Pros (+) Great staff--very friendly and accommodating. Very clean.
Cons (-) Kayak told me my "pre-check in" was all set. That my preference of a quiet room would be ready. Needless to say, we were on the 2nd floor (out of 5), right near elevators and across from some sort of party! Well at least after going down to front desk, we were finally moved to a quieter room on the 5th floor. I guess it's not really the hotels fault. Wouldn't stay here again though.

Cons (-) We stayed here two weekends in a row due to a family emergency. Both weekend had large groups on kids staying there for track meet and baseball. The kids ran up and down the halls till almost midnight. Totally unacceptable.
