The staff was utterly one of the BEST ever! From the front desk, to room service and JAKE the driver. Brunch on Sunday was lovely and well priced. Location was amazing. 1st floor room was in the way back with a parking lot view and smelly corridor near the kitchen. Also, outdoor pool not on premises.
My boyfriend and I were so surprised and excited when we returned to the room after dinner to find a rose on the bed and Glenn Miller playing on the stereo system. Because we'd met swing dancing I was sure he'd somehow arranged it as a suprise but he swears it was a coincidence. It was such a nice touch and added to the romance of the trip. Plus, the room was large enough that we were even able to do a little swing dancing together!
My daughter and had a nice relaxing time. We love the pool so much We didn't have time for this but I was happy for this, the addition of the teen spa choices The removal of kids pizza from the menu ;(
Beaut. They upgraded us for free, without even telling us. Everything was fantastic.

Comfort and convinience Nothing
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was literally in awe from the sparkling bathroom floors! ( not one mark, hair, or streak) bedding and pillows were calling for us! My girls even commented and trust me they are Teens and super hard to impress let alone give a compliment. The maintenance call was handled quickly and effectively. The gentleman apologized for the interruption and easily fixed the shower drain backup. Most unprofessional staff We have encountered at a Hilton. We stay at them often and love the superior rooms and service. But after a long evening with our girls walking and enjoying the falls attractions Amd sites. Dropping almost $ 700 ln the room to start off to have to be charged for WIFI for the one person extra and to be told that we cannot enjoy the complimentary breakfast or attraction packages (even though we are paying the exact same price as the ones who qualify) and then to be insulted by offering us $3.00 off an iMax show (wow no thanks) super disappointed in the lack of effort and quite frankly rude and curt tone. Calling me dear while my title is Dr. That is petty and really didn't bother me too much just mentioned as a sidebar. Also I am a HIlton Honors member but I husband booked online and forgot to include the member #. Which they told us we cannot earn the points for this stay.... Why???? Idk
always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
Hotel itself was huge. Very nicely done. Clean. Pool area looked different than in photos, still a good pool for kids. View was slightly obstructed by a giant casino with a huge digital monitor display on the side of it. Could still see both falls ok.

The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled. Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..

Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).

It was in a central location near restaurants and right up the hill from Niagara Falls. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Parking is $30 a day! Also was given a room without a bed in it when I first arrived. They were able to switch rooms for me though. I think there were cheaper hotels around that would've sufficed
The Italian Restaurant was not good
advertised a whirlpool tub and a view of the casino got a back room butted up against the elevator pick another hotel

we were made so welcome and the staff made themselves available for our beneift without being obtrusive .The room had everything you would need for a luxury stay
I loved the breakfast and the daily wine tastings. And the staff was quite amenable especially since I took everything to my room.
We enjoyed our stay at the Harbour House. The staff was very courteous and very knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and I especially loved the shower, as it was nothing like most hotel showers. We celebrated our 20th anniversary, and will definately be going back.

This hotel is so clean and luxurious! There is Jacuzzzi in the bath room! I really loved it!!

I loved the staff that we came in contact with;they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and non- stressful time. The bed was ultracomfortable. Although the breakfast menu had variety, I would have liked to have seen more hot foods to choose from. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. The air conditioning was set too low in the room and public areas, and it was difficult adjusting the temp. in my room.
We love the rooms....the beds are extremely comfortable and love the extras...real glasses, nice products, excellent breakfast. Can't think of anything I didn't like....

The hotel is modern and luxurious. We were welcomed into our room with a complimentary brownie and personalized stationary. Our room was beautifully decorated and the mattress was very plush and comfy. There was complimentary tassimo coffee and tea in the lounge that looked like a living room out of a decorating magazine (my in-laws got great use out of it). There was also a filtered water dispensor in the hotel that saved us from buying bottled water. The television in the bathroom was also a nice touch! Complimentary continental breakfast was delicious! All the shops were only 5 minute walk away. The hotel had a lot of little details that made it a great stay. Our room over looked a parking lot.
The staff and kitchen were excellent. the location was very convenient for shopping and the plays in the festival. The room was claustrophobic and the liack of closet space was a major problem. The room is simply too small.
Great location for attending Shaw Festival - just across the street! Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Others just a 5 minute drive away. The room wasn't as large as we might have expected, given the price point.

Well located, central but not in the heart of the town. On site restaurant food was excellent wih a great ambiance and in particular the breakfast was outstanding. Liked the coffee room in the foyer.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom well equipped Breakfast choice , cooked or continental. Couldn't mix therefore no toast or bread offered.
Free parking. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff, one of whom took us to our room and provide non-stop chatter about all of the hotels wonders which amounted to a grand sales pitch. Hello, we already paid. Very annoying first few minutes.

We went over to USA to watch American Football and had difficulties with the crossing. We loved Niagara on the Lake and enjoyed the hotel, good food and well mannered staff. I would have enjoyed an outdoor swimming facility as it was very hot when we were with you.
Yes,when I was told that my card was declined, I was shocked. I was under the impression that it was prepaid with my other card that I had given them before I left the usa. She said no that was just to hold the reservation.I Have the form that clearly states what our credit limit is and I am writing to the consumers division to report this lack of privacy. In the end we stayed only two days instead of four. They gave us a hard time about that also , needing 48 hours notice. Which they had on the first day we got there when we saw the way we were treated. We decided not to stay for the four. They got more than the 48 hours.
The White Oaks staff is friendly and helpful and speak to you when they see you. Their customer service is impeccable. Nothing
The location of the conference center allowed easy travel to the quaint town of Niagara on the Lake as well as the falls. Once inside your facility I was impressed with the cleanliness .... Excellent!
Room size, staff courtesy A little like a maze. Long walks with many turns to get to various facilities.
The service at this hotel is always exceptional and we enjoy coming back again and again. I don't like the extra parking and facility fee.

Very nice lobby with with Starbucks and a restaurant for your convenience. Our falls view room was spectacular . A definite place to stay but do your homework first. The rooms are expensive, ask for anything that might be included! I asked and then recieved vouchers. Parking was outrageous at $35. Unless you have lots of dollars to throw around there might be a better deal around the corner.
room was spacious and clean The pictures on-line were doctored to make it appear that the marriott was in fact in the location that is actually the fallsview casino. I chose the hotel and paid extra for the view but felt mislead by the photo online. Also I was not given marriott points for my stay because of booking through a third party. I won't do that again.
Hotel was way too hot. The rooms never cooked nor did the lobby. The wait for breakfast was too long.

The view in our room (we upgrade it to the 18th Floor) was magnificent. The Marriot falls view is ideally located and easy access to every where. We enjoyed our stay very much. In room coffee machine is bad and outdated.
We had a room with a window that would open just wide enough to hear the Falls. Perfect. Rooms have two chairs facing the Falls. Short walk to a really nice non-smoking casino and a lift to visitor center close to the Falls. Need directions for getting from the Rainbow Bridge to the hotel. It was confusing. Cell service is expensive in Canada.
Came to this hotel basically for the view. Great to wake up seeing the Niagara falls. Bathroom toilet was too small, not standard size. Wi-Fi should always be free for guest, shouldn't have to pay for something that is standard in other hotel chains. Parking was expensive!
The view from our room was magnificent! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location - kind of at the end so as to not be excessively busy and loud - and within walking distance to many great locales. I would suggest buying the bus/tour package for local attractions - great value! The room could looked clean on arrival. Housekeeping didn't do as great of a job as I am used to on subsequent days. I wasn't thrilled with the extra parking fee and taxes - to me it would be better to include it in the overall price and not charge additional for parking.

We stayed on the 22nd floor rm 2225 and the view was incredible! Smack in the middle of the falls. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice! My only complaints were that I found hairs in the tub and the parking was extremely expensive $35 a night isn't in my budget so we parked the casino. Coffee in the room was horrible and also WiFi wasn't free in the rooms either. Overall worth to pay the upgrade for a falls view. And in my opinion the only way to go it truly was a million dollar view! Parking fees very expensive No free WiFi were my main complaints

Clean rooms, clean spacious bathroom, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great outdoor pool - awesome view of the falls, great location - everything is walking distance, starbucks at lobby, fast check-in and check-out concierge glanced at us, maybe saw we're not Canadian (he was), glanced right back down at what he was doing. male staff behind him realized other guy was choosing not to attend to us, so he greeted us and asked us what we needed and proceeded to help us out. tsk tsk. this tiny bit was the only negative thing. shame on that dude.
Like the location, the room and convenience of being connected to casino. Didn't like that we had to park in parking garage of casino. It was quite a hike with bags.
Very good location Starbucks in hotel prices are expensive and drinks are not good. I ordered strawberry banana almost $10 (including tax) and taste so bad.

Got randomly upgraded to a falls view room for free, was awesome! Nice big spacious room. Window opened to outside. Could hear and see the falls all evening. Nice and clean. Fridge in the room. Resort fee included a beer tasting plus other perks. Would stay there again if I ever went back. Parking a bit pricy, but everything is.

The resort was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at the front desk because they overbooked! Our room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the falls. The staff was super friendly. Our room had a jacuzzi, and the jets were broken. AlsoC the walls were really thin and we could hear everything.... and I mean everything... that the people in the room next to us were doing.
Close to Clifton Hill. Parking being so far away and 30.00, resort fee. An additional 50.00 after already paying 100.00+ for the room
