My boyfriend and I were so surprised and excited when we returned to the room after dinner to find a rose on the bed and Glenn Miller playing on the stereo system. Because we'd met swing dancing I was sure he'd somehow arranged it as a suprise but he swears it was a coincidence. It was such a nice touch and added to the romance of the trip. Plus, the room was large enough that we were even able to do a little swing dancing together!
The staff was utterly one of the BEST ever! From the front desk, to room service and JAKE the driver. Brunch on Sunday was lovely and well priced. Location was amazing. 1st floor room was in the way back with a parking lot view and smelly corridor near the kitchen. Also, outdoor pool not on premises.

My daughter and had a nice relaxing time. We love the pool so much We didn't have time for this but I was happy for this, the addition of the teen spa choices The removal of kids pizza from the menu ;(
Beaut. They upgraded us for free, without even telling us. Everything was fantastic.
Room was clean, quiet all night, view for city view was lovely. For having so many floors the elevators were always quite quick. Front desk service was great: we had a misunderstanding upon check in that was a little frustrating but once the staff realized their small error they were extremely apologetic and always polite. Location was great. Room was dark only one bedside lamp. No overhead lights and no light in shower, and shower head leaked leaving it with bad water pressure. We tried to relax after a busy day and watch tv for an hour, our tv had 2 channels. The rest said no information on the menu and we were not interested in the two channels we could use. The parking situation was horrible. We used self park outside and the attendant was not there when we reached the rooftop parking. We struggled with a suitcase to find how to check in and enter the hotel. The pool looked lovely but we tried to swim at 8:30 on Friday night and a male employee was rather rude telling us the pool was closed. The sign posted for hours said pool open until 11pm.
We were here for July 4th overnight. We had a great view of the falls from the 18th floor! We enjoyed Brasa very much!! We were also thrilled with the accommodations and how friendly and helpful the staff was!! Finally we had our breakfast buffet included and decided to go to the Watermark on the 33rd floor. Again the view was spectacular and the food was delicious!! We'd definitely stay again at any Hilton after such a wonderful experience!!!! The only thing I didn't like was that the vending machines wouldn't take American money, so I needed to go downstairs for Canadian money to use the vending machines when all I wanted to do was relax that night. Also the waterslide for the pool was closed at 8pm when the pool was open untill 11pm, that was disappointing.

The Italian Restaurant was not good
Perfect location and very comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. The yawn in the middle of the Managers welcome voice mail and the pair of someone else's socks found in the bathroom under the vanity.
Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!

always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).
Bathroom was not very clean.
The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled. Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..

Great location for attending Shaw Festival - just across the street! Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Others just a 5 minute drive away. The room wasn't as large as we might have expected, given the price point.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom well equipped Breakfast choice , cooked or continental. Couldn't mix therefore no toast or bread offered.
The hotel is modern and luxurious. We were welcomed into our room with a complimentary brownie and personalized stationary. Our room was beautifully decorated and the mattress was very plush and comfy. There was complimentary tassimo coffee and tea in the lounge that looked like a living room out of a decorating magazine (my in-laws got great use out of it). There was also a filtered water dispensor in the hotel that saved us from buying bottled water. The television in the bathroom was also a nice touch! Complimentary continental breakfast was delicious! All the shops were only 5 minute walk away. The hotel had a lot of little details that made it a great stay. Our room over looked a parking lot.
The staff and kitchen were excellent. the location was very convenient for shopping and the plays in the festival. The room was claustrophobic and the liack of closet space was a major problem. The room is simply too small.

Well located, central but not in the heart of the town. On site restaurant food was excellent wih a great ambiance and in particular the breakfast was outstanding. Liked the coffee room in the foyer.
The room was very spacious and the beds were very very comfortable. The information provided to the guests re local sites was extremely helpful! And the spa had excellent treatments. Great gym too.
The White Oaks staff is friendly and helpful and speak to you when they see you. Their customer service is impeccable. Nothing

We went over to USA to watch American Football and had difficulties with the crossing. We loved Niagara on the Lake and enjoyed the hotel, good food and well mannered staff. I would have enjoyed an outdoor swimming facility as it was very hot when we were with you.
Yes,when I was told that my card was declined, I was shocked. I was under the impression that it was prepaid with my other card that I had given them before I left the usa. She said no that was just to hold the reservation.I Have the form that clearly states what our credit limit is and I am writing to the consumers division to report this lack of privacy. In the end we stayed only two days instead of four. They gave us a hard time about that also , needing 48 hours notice. Which they had on the first day we got there when we saw the way we were treated. We decided not to stay for the four. They got more than the 48 hours.

The service at this hotel is always exceptional and we enjoy coming back again and again. I don't like the extra parking and facility fee.
Free parking. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff, one of whom took us to our room and provide non-stop chatter about all of the hotels wonders which amounted to a grand sales pitch. Hello, we already paid. Very annoying first few minutes.
The location of the conference center allowed easy travel to the quaint town of Niagara on the Lake as well as the falls. Once inside your facility I was impressed with the cleanliness .... Excellent!

This BandB is fresh and beautifully decorated- not stuffy or overdone- with many lovely touches that create a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding- delicious, beautifully presented, delightful and beyond expectations. No- all was perfect!

The resort was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at the front desk because they overbooked! Our room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the falls. The staff was super friendly. Our room had a jacuzzi, and the jets were broken. AlsoC the walls were really thin and we could hear everything.... and I mean everything... that the people in the room next to us were doing.
Like the location, the room and convenience of being connected to casino. Didn't like that we had to park in parking garage of casino. It was quite a hike with bags.

Very good location Starbucks in hotel prices are expensive and drinks are not good. I ordered strawberry banana almost $10 (including tax) and taste so bad.
Close to Clifton Hill. Parking being so far away and 30.00, resort fee. An additional 50.00 after already paying 100.00+ for the room

It had everything you need and want for a conference stay and for the family. Cost. Why is WiFi an extra charge? Why are we charged a tourism tax when we are there for a conference? Otherwise great location, services and amenities.
Quick late night check-in (with I believe his name was Colin). I hope I got it right. He made my anniversary getaway great with good advice, directions and delightful conversation. Also want to thank Tom for his help at valet. Running late for lunch, he kept my car up front and ready so that I could grab a few things from the room and rush back out. Breakfast was a bit pricey and didn't have any meat options for those who do not eat pork.
There were stains on the pillow. Washroom looked very old. pillows seemed very low quality.
My room had a awesome view of the falls. Front desk was great. Hotel Valet was quick and worth it. The shower was small even though it had a jacuzzi tub init.. And watch for extra fees in the bill at checkout.
