Pros (+) This was my 3rd half marathon (doing one a month since December) and this was my best hotel experience! I loved being able to come back from the marathon and have a hot bath in a full-size tub, that I didn't feel squished in. And after that, a super-comfortable bed! Front desk staff was very helpful, too. All around good experience.
Cons (-) No complaints.
Pros (+) We stayed here for the 127 yard sale and it was perfect. Just right up the interstate from Crossville which is where the sale is. The location is great, right off of the interstate. It was very clean and quiet. There is an onsite Mexican restaurant, we didn't eat there but it stayed busy so is apparently pretty good. There are all kinds of restaurants right down the road.
Cons (-) There was only one person working at check in. She was tied up helping another guest who was having a problem with her door. It took us a while to get checked in.
