Pros. The hotel is simple (which ensures costs are kept to a minimum and thus allows for a cheaper room) - easy check in, easy and quick access to the lifts, small room which was fine - I just needed a place to sleep and shower so it was fine for that. If you plan to spend time in the room for more than sleeping and showering then maybe the room will not be suitable for you. The breakfast was simple but nice, fresh and wholesome. Staff (reception and restaurant) were friendly at all times and also helpful. The snack bar at reception was reasonably prices and staff were happy to help make a tea/coffee or provide a sandwich (pre packaged). The only thing which was a minor inconvenience was the location - with the hotel tucked away about 10 min walk from the Central Train station - this meant there was no restaurant or convenience shop close by and required a 10min walk there and 10 min walk back. As I said - not a major problem but something to be aware of if you prefer a hotel that is in the middle of shops etc - this is not that hotel. The hop-on-hop-off bus has a stop just a 3 min walk from the hotel - which was great. All in all - this is a great hotel which suited my needs and ensured I had a great stay in Copenhagen.
