Pros: Staff was very stuffy shuttle service not advisable hotel greatly under stall in summer
Pros: The room was very nice, clean, well furnished-- everything I would expect in a higher-end hotel. Staff was pleasant, location near shopping center was convenient.
Cons: Temperature in the common areas was freezing! The hotel restaurants were closed in the afternoon.
Pros: When I showed up around 9:15p, the desk receptionist was fast, accurate and very nice in getting me checked in. he provided me with a room option that was good for me and I appreciated it. I was checked in within minutes of arrival. A very good experience. the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. The bed and reading chair were very suitable for the space and I was able to work effectively.
Cons: I had some confusion on where some outside walking options existed. I was there for a conference and did not feel the conference rooms were marked well from the hotel lobby. Early in the morning, prior to 8 am, there was cleaning activity next door in an adjoining room. I felt this was too soon.
Cons: We stayed at the Town center Marriott in Boca twice this month for 2 nights each and both times they did not do housekeeping (towels, clean bathroom, make beds) on the second day. We made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Nice hotel and good value through kayak but having to ask for towels on the second day in such a hotel is less than expectations.
Pros: Location was perfect.
Vallet was awesome!
Cons: Unfriendly staff at check in
Only 2 towels in bathroom upon arrival
No safe in the room
The refrigerator was turned completely off and we had to pull it out of the cabinet to figure out how to turn it on.

Cons: Balcony is not really a balcony
Mold in bathroom
Found black hair and dirt under the bed sheets it looked like someone used the bed sheets before
Pros: I booked 3 nights here with my girlfriend. This hotel seemed like the best deal in the area as far as wanting an ocean view and a balcony. The fridge in the room was a great plus, we were able to buy drinks and snacks to keep in the room. The beds were comfortable, although extremely warm, just turn the thermostat way down before going to bed. The restaurants in the hotel were very good for breakfast and lunch.
Cons: The night desk person was very rude. We got back to the hotel one night around 11:30pm and wanted to know if room service was still available or if any of the restaurants were still serving. We waited at the desk for a few minutes before finally calling the hotel from one of our cell phones. The night desk person came out of the back to answer the phone, which was us standing there waiting on her. She rudely told us that she had too much work to do and could not stay at the desk. I would understand going to the back room around 3-5am, but this was 11:30 at night, people were still coming and going, bars and restaurants in the area were still open. I suggest this hotel give this person work they can do while at the desk.
Pros: You can't get any closer to the beach than this and there are restaurants within walking distance making it perfect.
Cons: The only small downside is that the underside of the duvet covers are a bit slippery so they kept falling off the bed throughout the night.
Pros: The hotel has really become special ever since it was taken over by Wyndham. They did an amazing job cleaning the property up and making a top notch hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable offering amazing views of the ocean. A perfect place for anyone looking for a place to escape the winter up north without having to go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
Cons: Not a big complaint but the pool could be a little bigger. When you have some kids in there it can feel a little small.

Pros: The hotel is connected with the Boca Raton Resort and club therefore all the facilities at the main hotel are available for quests at the beach club
Cons: the beach club can get very crowded on the weekends especially holiday weekend since it is not just a hotel but also a private country club.
Pros: Arielle is the best bartender ever!!!

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. They had a pretty decent breakfast that was included. The building seemed to be in good shape and is either fairly new or recently updated. Convenient on and off the highway.
Cons: Just an outdoor pool and no hot tub. It was pretty expensive, after fees and taxes we paid $210 for one night.
Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Nothing. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: No phone in room. Provided kitchen - no paper towels or kitchen towels. Staff was scarce. No map was provided in rooms or attractions near by the area. To walk to your room you are outside there is no cover so if it rains you will get wet. Limited parking space. Breakfast was located outside the staff did not tell us where it was at we ended up having breakfast at McDonald's. There's is NO beachfront view completely false advertisement.

Cons: I'm surprised there wasn't a pay-toilet! Extra for everything.
Pros: Located on beach near Birch Park. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc available on beach for guests. Valets, check in folks, & staff in general excellent. Rooms nice with good layout and generally quiet. Maid service okay- did not clean our room one day, even tho gone during mid day for about 3.5 hours- not really a biggie as rooms well supplied except for coffee. Saw young, middle aged, older, and family's with small children- EVERYBODY looked like having a good time.
Cons: Two things- one morning fire alarm system tested for about an hour. Very loud speaker- wonder why cannot check b/t check in/checkout vs mid morning. Maybe fire dept controls and hotel does not have a choice. Other thing is somewhat trivial- hotel has very limited TV channels; missed The Walking Dead:( But wife could watch Oscars on other TV. Having 2 TVs a plus, even tho channel access limited.
Pros: Beautiful ,quaint ,romantic hotel on the beach. Nostalgic luxury. Our new go to vacation Resort!
Cons: Bathroom could use some attention to the grout. Little mold here and there. Overall still an excellent place to stay.
Pros: Our room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The balcony off our room and on the back of the resort was great. We really enjoyed eating and having a few drinks out there. The resort's beach was very nice and the guys that worked the beach stand were very attentive. All of the staff were very friendly as well. We had a great time!
Cons: The bar closes at 11:30pm, which seemed kind of earlier. We were there at close Saturday night and there was at least 30 people in there still wanting to stay at close.
Pros: I absolutely loves this place. Great location, friendly staff, amazing food. And the beds were xtremely comfortable.
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive. $30/night
Pros: The rooms are a bit dates but beautiful, and the location, staff and amenities more than make up for it!

Private balconies with sweeping ocean views, oceanfront dining and pool with a lazy river and private beach provide the perfect sanctuary to escape. A central location to area attractions and businesses makes our location a popular choice for leisure and business travelers alike.
Pros: The Marriott Courtyard Hotel Fort Lauderdale East was a great value for the money; I had requested via the Bookings.com app a hotel room on with a 'preferred' view and was presented with a fourth floor pool view hotel room that was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient and courteous and the facilities were of very high quality. The hot tub was an excellent touch to the pool area. I would definitely choose this hotel over similarly priced hotels in the area as it was a great experience.
Cons: The only thing that was missing was a coffee maker in the room.

Pros: Including trial sign in and sign out quick and easy
Cons: They did not have two bed room despite reservation for same
Pros: Free breakfast for kids
Pool bar and restaurant
Outdoor space for sitting and lounging
Sheets were very soft
Cons: Low quality pillows
Too few towels both in room and pool side
No drawers in room-all Shelving and storage were open/visible
Toiletries not replaced well-we stayed 5 night
Pros: This is not a four star hotel--more like a fancy 2.5 star place
Pros: Pool was lovely. Staff was friendly
Cons: Dirty pillow case the first night and then the next day, the cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth that wasn't mine on my bathroom floor and didn't refill the toiletries.
Pros: Staff was incredibly attentive. Very clean.
Cons: windows have a GREAT blackout shade, but there is no semitransparent shade to let light in while still having some privacy. most rooms face the parking lot and on the first floor there are cars only 15 feet away.
Cons: No balcony in room
Pros: Pool was great. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Loved the look of the hotel. Very modern and beautiful.
Cons: The toilet did not work upon arrival. Called twice to get it fixed, but did not get fixed. Had to go to first floor from 6th everytime toilet use was in need. Definitely not happy about that.
Pros: Pretty sure the housekeeping folded my clothes. That's weird.
Cons: Didn't quite follow the card provided for green housekeeping. Hung towels still replaced. Would have been alright with them being left to reuse.
Pros: Room was very clean and had a number of thoughtful touches. The staff was thoughtful and very caring. I have stayed at many high end hotel chains and the Rennaisance is exceptional for comfort and service.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. I will be staying at the Rennaisance again.
Pros: All the staff was very friendly and they did anything to accommodate you. The manager on duty on 02/14 was excellent. When he was told about our inconveniences, he went out of his way and gave us a refund from our expenses and on top of that gave us free breakfast to go.
Cons: Did not receive room service at all. Had to ask for towels every time.
Pros: We made a very last minute booking when we missed our flight due to delays in the Florida Keys. We chose the Renaissance because it was close to the airport without being on top of it.
We were welcomed like we were long anticipated guests and made to feel totally comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and cozy.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.
Pros: Excellent front desk service

Cons: No hot water in the shower or sink! Compensation & apology were totally inadequate.
Pros: Nice sized, fairly clean room.
Cons: Staff was all over the place, removed our ac remote control, came into the room and opened windows while we were out, almost towed my car.
Great low cost option. Love that there is a hostel and hotel! Will definitely book there again. Maybe I was just lucky, but they seem to have good rules which prevent the 'party hardy' hostel crowd. We found it quiet and enjoyable. Even though it's on a main road, traffic was not loud.
Pros: Location is PERFECT! Dennis is a sweetie and a great host.
Cons: I wish there had been some daily cleaning - it gets pretty sandy - but the room and facility was very clean, overall.
At The Hotel Deauville, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Bonnet House Museum and Gardens and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. You can splash around at the outdoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a terrace and a garden.
Cons: Construction during our stay; workers outside on our balcony made the stay uncomfortable and we felt we had to keep our curtains closed most of the time.
Pros: If I could get a $100 price at every Embassy suites I would always stay there. I travel for business
Pros: Great value and amenities.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and quick to help if we had requirements. The room was clean and well maintained. We were visiting with friends, but found lots to do with nearby beaches, gardens, an excellent city walking trail, and good restaurants.
Pros: Clean and convienient.Great breakfast.
Cons: Need more valet folks to park cars.parking is limited. many of the staff know little english.
Pros: The two rooms
Cons: The hidden location

Pros: I like the color and decoration theme outside/ inside... Good use of the space was made to fit microwave and refrigerator...good location.. Walking distance from food stores and pharmacy.. Buses stops outside to the beach or shopping areas...Staff was great and helpful.
Cons: The bathroom needs to be renovated..the toilet is too small and creaks a lot..the bathroom is too small to have a bathtub.. A walk in shower would suffice... Where my room was had a sign next door that said quiet corner..it was the nosiest motel I've ever stayed.. The neighbors kept slamming the doors... The lamps between the beds should be higher in order to not block the person on the other bed.
At Galt Villas Inn, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and parasailing, scuba diving, and snorkeling are nearby. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with LED TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The location was great and the rooms were very nice! The wedding we attended was beautiful.
Cons: I had left a watch by the pool and checked with the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. They simply said no and sent me on my way. However, when I checked at the pool restaurant, she asked me if the front desk had checked with lost and found. The front desk didn't even bring up lost and found as an option. Luckily, security had received the watch and we were able to get it back.
Pros: Beach front and accessible to anything, nice ocean view from the room, clean hotel and it has everything we need.
Cons: Front desk is horrible specially the person who checked us in. She told me that I will get a text or a phone call when the room is ready but unfortunately no one calls me back not text. I have to call and find out myself to see if our room was ready. Other than that everything was perfect.
Pros: Walking into the resort really felt like home. The staff was friendly and very accomodating and it felt so fancy! I really enjoyed my stay and I always stay at the Hilton when I travel, never disappoints! We had a jetted tub in the room and a view of the beach, the swimming pool overlooked the ocean which was walking distance from the hotel! Our whole experience with the resort was everything we dreamed of. Will definitely return our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!
Pros: It was a great location however service and staff were average. No one really went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and were not allowed into the room till 3pm. The jacuzzi tub had yellow water coming out of the faucet.
Cons: I had to wait until 6pm to check in
Pros: Great service, staff, food. Great location.
Cons: Hidden fees. Mandatory "resort fee" should be part of up front cost, not an "indicental" learn-about-it-upon-checkout fee.
Wifi painfully slow.
Pros: Location and suite we stayed in
Cons: The valet parking - over priced and under delivered
Pros: Nice pool area, access to beach; good restaurant/bar; close to lots of activities in Ft. Lauderdale

Pros: Location was nice. Housekeeping and the valet were polite.
Cons: Hotel construction was everywhere including the expensive beach front view I payed for. I was treated disrespectfully by the day manager. He lied to kayak about approval for an early checkout refund. We left anyways. The chair in our room was held together with gorilla glue, the a/c and fridge worked intermittently. Overall all of the inconveniences made it for a difficult first trip with our new baby. The hotel refers to itself as luxurious, but customer service and repairs to the inside of the rooms are greatly needed.
Cons: No housekeeping
No available chairs, etc for the beach
Pros: Great location. Comfortable bed and room.
Cons: Dated and worn out furniture and kitchen cabinets.
Pros: Nice large room and decor
Hotel Pool and Lobby are very nice
Restaurants are fun
Cons: Missing remote, room service book, etc. upon arrival and took about 45 min to bring it up.
Food prices on room service menu.
View of construction site with blocked view of ocean on "oceanview room"
Pros: Great location right on the beach. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me to check in a few hours early since they had a clean room ready. Nightly turn down service with chocolates on my pillow were a nice touch.
Cons: Front desk staff was average. At best. At a hotel of this caliber I expected a lot more courtesy and friendliness. Broken shower. No available chairs at the pool TWO days in a row. No bellhop to carry my luggage. And no apologies when I told them about my underwhelming experience.
Pros: I have stayed at the Atlantic twice and there is literally nothing one could not like about this hotel.
Cons: That my trip was not longer :)
Pros: I know this might sound wired but the shower, hotel showers are usually bad but this one was great! Lots of pressure and never ran out of hot water.
Cons: The king bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
Pros: The service, food and staff were amazing
Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: Best resort I have been to in decades. Won't need to go anywhere else when in Florida. Reasonably priced and is a true 5-star resort. Best kept secret in Fort Lauderdale region. I can't wait to go back!
Cons: Shower was horrible.
Pros: The pool areas, the restaurant overlooking the beach, the beach access.
The food at the restaurant was quite good.
Pros: It was a nice hotel, very clean.
Cons: The service in the dining room and outside dining area was very much on island time. If you are not on a schedule then it would be fine.
Pros: Location, location, location- beautiful property directly on beach. Outdoor restaurant overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Food was okay and pricey.
Cons: Room was not well cleaned. No dressing mirrors in room other than in bathroom.
Pros: The outdoor restaurant with a view of ocean while eating. Good food
Cons: The room was small. The lounge chairs by the pool were wicker and very uncomfortable

Pros: My bed was very comfortable had a great weekend rest it was quite and peaceful
Cons: I had no problems
Pros: very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The two rooms next to us had obnoxious families traveling together. After midnight they went between the rooms, slamming doors and talking in the hall. I called the front desk and it stopped. At 6 am it started again. Didn't sleep much that night.
Cons: They should have vending machines on each floor, lobby is way to cold
Pros: Front desk staff very friendly.
Cons: First room given, the toilet didn't work.
Second room given, air conditioner didn't work.
Third room given, stank to high heavens from deodorizer perfume. Went back to second room after they fixed the air conditioner.
Pros: I'm not really sure why this hotel has any low ratings at all. We stayed during the boat show this year and the room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice with great water pressure. The staff was also very friendly and checkin & checkout was simple.
Great stay all around!
Pros: The staff was amazing and helpful and i will definitely be use this hotel each time i visit family
Pros: Facility offered everything one would expect from a thriving chain of hotels.
Pros: The staff here (receptionist, bartender, maid) was extraordinarily friendly.
Cons: The food was mediocre - mostly pre-made and microwaved. I would advise going out-of-house for your food.
Pros: I arrived around 2am because of flight delays. It was in a quiet area about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was only used for a few hours but it was comfortable. It's a nice hotel.
Cons: I found hair in the tub and on the tub water control and in a towel. The bathroom was spotless otherwise.

Cons: first room I couldn't shut off the lights in the living room.
they put me in another room (I arrived late night):
-the street light was so bright it felt like it was daytime all night.
- the room was freezing and the AC/fan kept going after I shut it off all night, loud too
- I woke up to use the washroom and found the toilet bowl had dried blood in it.
- the tub was so filthy i couldn't shower
I complained about the state of the bathroom early morning after seeing all of this to the manager on duty. She huffed and said "I'll go take a look" I explained I was checked out and there's nothing she could do for me but maybe fix it before the next guest arrives. She disappeared, I sat in the lobby for about an hour and she never returned. She never apologized for my terrible stay. Nothing.
When I asked why do I get such a terrible room at a four star, she corrected me and said "this is a three star". Seriously? If I wanted a filthy bathroom I would have stayed at a hostel.
Don't waste your money.
Pros: Everything especially the Staff. Second to none
Cons: Prices of drinks at JAlexanders
Pros: Friendliness of front staff under difficult circumstances ...
too many guests seeking attention from too few employees
Saturday night = one staff plus assistant
Sunday AM = one staff only
Surely Hyatt can afford to up its staff .... lots of waiting
by registered guests needing assistance as well as those
That said, the employees did the best the could!
Cons: No kleenex No trash can in bathroom Older mattress
No room to eat breakfast .. Short staffed
Still ... a nice location and good value ... with attention to details,
property could be outstanding
Cons: After having a prepaid hotel the lady at the reception didn't find the reservation and told us that we have to pay the night to get in, fortunately after 30 minutes she found it.
They didn't clean the room during the complete day, when We arrived at night what a surprise... nobody had clean the room, it doen't look like a Hyatt.
Pros: I arrived at the hotel early (about 10 am or so) so I wanted to see if I was lucky enough to get a room that is ready. It was busy (billing dispute) but not surprised, it wasn't ready. Scott took down my number and that they will give me a call as soon as the room is ready and that he will get housekeeping to start preparing my room immediately. They offered to hold my bags while I was waiting for the room and I accepted the offer. I decided to have breakfast after this and they called me right right after I finish, ironically.

Pros: Good location. Good service. Clean and looks great
Cons: No refrigerator
Pros: Clean and nice.
Pros: Pool area and location are very good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too small
Cons: Tv didn't work. Had to call for a repair. Toilet paper was just placed on the vanity. No toilet roll dispenser. Air conditioner is very loud and could not sleep.
Pros: Nice to have a fresh and healthier place to eat.
Cons: They had a total gym with no connectors to use the machine. House keeping was rude and never smiled or acknowledged you.
Pros: Although, getting into my room was a pain, the room was extremely clean and so was the pool area. (disclaimer: the pool is not as big as it seems in the picture at all)
Cons: Four times when I tried to enter my room my key wouldn't work, so I'd have to go down to the lobby and ask them to fix it. It wasn't my key, it was the door! Surprisingly enough after 4 times trying to enter my room, you could imagine that I was a little upset; the staff did not apologize or even offer me a different room but they sure did take their sweet time to fix it.
Pros: Pool area and restaurant was great.
Cons: Finishes in rooms (e.g., bath) were surprisingly dated for a Wyndham. Clearly converted from an older hotel. But they were clean.
Pros: The staff were so accommodating when we stayed for 8 days with an 11 month old. We could not have asked for better service or more understanding and kindness.
Cons: They should really do a free breakfast. The tea lounge is great but it is very pricey. $3 for a cup of tea in the morning! At least a complimentary continental breakfast would really make this visit perfect.
Pros: The room, bed, location, and property were all very nice.
Cons: They must have an issue with their fire alarm system because it went off near the same time both nights of our stay. Right around midnight. Staff did not say anything or ever apologize.
Pros: The Tea and Coffee house on the second floor. And the Farmer's table adjacent was good. Convenient to many business venues and restaurants.
Cons: Very basic. Not a four star hotel. Pillows were so bad I went out and bought my own.

Pros: Great value for the money on a weekend. Too bad we only stayed one night and didn't get to fully enjoy the amenities.
Cons: "Family friendly" cuts two ways, if you aren't into a lobby full of screaming kids coming from the pool.
Pros: Location was great. Maria at the lobby bar was fantastic.
Cons: The rooms and hallways smelled musky and smokey.
Asked for a champagne bucket and flutes and they never arrived. Toiletries were not replaced everyday.
Called to request a late check out and I was given a very scripted speech and followed by a hang-up.
Went to the pool around 5pm and there were not towels available. Pool bar/ restaurant was nowhere to be seen, even though there were menus laying around.
Pros: Everything about this place was very nice. Beds comfortable clean and spacious room and friendly staff.
Cons: Bed wasn't confutable. Ac wasnt good.
Pros: Very clean great valuee
Pros: One of the easiest check-ins I have ever had.. Friendly staff and beautiful room.
Cons: There was hardly any I disliked regarding my stay... Maybe more premium cable TV channels?
Pros: Nice pool area on a lagoon even if there is no beach. But not necessarily a kid pool. No slide but nice lounge areas. Love that parking is so convenient and no extra cost! Friendly staff with prompt response. Good location off I-95 even though it is in a business-like park area. Large and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Can't say I have anything negative.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and we really enjoyed the pool.
Pros: Good wifi
Cons: Great place near 95. The wifi is good and the staff was friendly.
The king size bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice but not crowded. The business center needs an upgrade. Overall it was very good!
Pros: The hotel was very nice. Very attractive.
Cons: The staff was extremely rude.
Pros: It was clean and friendly staff
Cons: It was clean and staff was friendly
Pros: Typically we love Westin hotels. This hotel should not be allowed to carry that name.
Cons: The first issue was that the hotel was dirty. Not just our room but all of it. Elevators were slow and old. Lobey was not clean. The pool was nice but the health club was dirty. The hot tub was broken.
The restarunt was way over priced for quality of food.
We were very disappointed.
