Quiet1 bedroom fully equipped cottage in a park like setting, close to shopping Tim Horton, Costco, restaurants, and activities. 30 Minutes to Mt. Washington skiing, Crown Isle golf course 10 min. Par 3 golf course 10 minutes away.Downtown 10 minutes. Airport 15 minutes. Patio and BBQ for your enjoyment. Going hiking, fishing all are close by. North island hospital close by. Owner lives on same property and has 2 small dogs. This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, not suitable for children aged 2 - 12, primary renter must be 25 or older, smoking permitted, no parties or events, no pets. This house is not suitable for children. Owner also lives on property and has 2 small dogs who are scared of them.breakfast is a continental 1st. Day only.
