They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. Hearing all the horror stories about security, I was glad that my experience at the airports was excellent. Nashville airport is spread out, poorly marked and difficult to navigate.

We then called Korean air and they told us they couldn’t contact West Jet-no one knew what the value of the flight from Toronto to Ottawa was. We were only provided with a refund of $4 (for the taxes) when it cost us $280 to rent a car to get to Ottawa. I will never book a flight with West Jet again."
Cons: "The stewardess (Stephanie was her name I think) grabbed my arm and pushed it out of her way rather than asking me to move. While it may sound dramatic, I am certainly not accustomed to a stranger putting their hands on me and it was hugely inappropriate and ruined my flight. This was my first WestJet flight after flying countless times with Air Canada. The whole experience was soured and I will never look at WestJet the same again."

Communication - 20 minute delay turned into over 1.5 hour delay with minimal communication
Absolutely no food on the flight that you didn’t have to pay for. And only small snacks if you wanted to pay. Plane was dirty. Bathroom garbage was full and I was the first one in there. No paper towels and garbage on the floor. Attendants just standing around talking. No leg room, late boarding
Decent movie selection. Price for the tickets were very expensive. Paid a lot extra for specific seats so my wife and I could sit together. When we checked in my reserved seat had been also sold to someone else so I was bumped back 20 rows and to the other side of the plane with no explanation and no refund. I asked the staff at the gate and she was very rude and short with me saying they had to cancel a flight and prioritize families (parents with dependants). In the end the woman that took my reserved seat was travelling alone and also had paid to reserve that seat so was not willing to swap with me. Air Canada sold the same seat to two customers earning double the seat selection revenue. They have yet to acknowledge this or refund me so now I have to spend my time calling them to complain in an effort to get my ~$75 refund for the seat selection they charged for but failed to deliver. I’m very disappointed in this service.
When we reach Montreal there was no ground crew to unload the luggage from plane and no information broadcast to explain why there was a three hour delay for picking up our luggage. There luggage area was jam packed with luggage for the last three days of flights. I understand stand it is a difficult time for flying But there was only one person at the lost or delayed luggage and the line was about 100 deep. It would have helped if there woul be an announcement that the next shift arrived at midnight and the luggage would be delayed by three hours

Those who attempted to sleep in their seat found that the seats were very uncomfortable and had very little to no leg room. When it came time to land at our destination, we ended up having to circle the airport for an additional 35 mins waiting for the terminal to free up. It was a very long 10hr flight that even the nice selection of movies to choose from couldn't help. Terrible flight experience, Canadian Air has really gone down hill."

Cons: "Paying $25 to check a bag each way just to be able to do early check in on the app. I only had a carry on. Total scam. Shady AF. Also the United entertainment in the app does not work with Bluetooth headphones on an iPhone."
Pros: "Flight was fine and flight attendants were nice. Employees at the gate were less than helpful."
Cons: "United booked too many flights when they knew the destination was limiting arrivals. This delayed our flight by 3 hours. Communication to the travelers was poor and misleading."
Pros: "I boooked through Kayak based on recommendations fron Rick Steves. When I tried to check in the night before, I was told I wasn't on the flights I had booked. Turns out SAS had switched me to a later flight without any notice. It took hours on the night I was readying yo leave for a three-week trip to find out what had happened. At best, I would have found out the next day at the airport and waited an extra three hours. Not the big fun! At worst, who knows? Would someone have been able to figure it out in time? Huge run-around!"

Cons: "The new seats where not very comfortable one crew member was very nice the other two were curt when dealing with the passengers or moving the cart up and down the isle."

Cons: "I had to share my seat with the man next to me who continually had his arm and leg in my seat area. It's unfair and obnoxious to pay the same money as somebody else who then takes your already small space. I am not a large person (140lb, 5'7") and I could barely move my arms without bumping one of the people next to me. There's no reason that we should have such limited space."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by over 5 hours with very short notice. With the exception of a $10 food voucher for restaurants that were closed, United did nothing to try to make it right."
Pros: "The agent handling boarding was very helpful and friendly. The pilot did a great job getting us to SFO safely and smoothly."
Cons: "I was disapponted there was no back-of-the-seat screen for in-flight entertainment."

Cons: "I had a connection flight to San Francisco and then from there to Honolulu and the flight from Portland to SF got delayed 5 times to up to 4 hours late so I would've missed my second flight from SF to HNL. They couldn't do anything about it so they put me on the next available flight, the next MORNING. So I had to go spend a night in a hotel which I had to pay for and wait for the next flight in the morning the next day. Next day the flight got delayed yet again this time little over 2 hours. So I would've missed the flight from San Francisco do Honolulu yet again. This time they managed to find a little later flight and put me on that but still had to wait at the airports for over 8 hours. Super mad about how United works... Had problems with my boss as well because I was supposed to work the next day but they rescheduled my flight for that day. Really not a pleasant experience..."

Cons: "The seats are so narrow in coach that the man with broad shoulders that sat next to me could not help being in my seat. I needed to be able to sleep, since it was an overnight flight. This was not possible."
