Pros (+) Totally enjoyed the very friendly, helpful staff from the van drivers, concierge, bartenders to the front desk. The room was excellent (accept for the view of the dumpster, which didn't really matter since we spent little time in the room) with a comfortable bed and nice shower. We spent each evening on the outside deck area enjoying the sights of the riverfront. The shuttle to the historic distri...
Cons (-) The pool did not appear to be very clean and the hot tub wasn't hot either night we stayed. We notified the front desk the first night and were told it was repaired. It was not. It also appeared to be not very clean.
