I was sick with Covid The hotel was kind enough to tell me I didn’t have to go But kayak (which is who I booked the hotel through) would not refund me the money. They told me to talk to traveluro. Pros (+) Great location and the common area were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had a lot of options.
Cons (-) We had a one bedroom suite and it was great to have the extra room but one of the closet doors was missing, there was mold around the tun surround, the luggage rack was broken and one of the hvac units didn't work quite right.

Pros (+) The price and location were good
Cons (-) The room was clean but the mattresses need replacing. That is the most important thing to expect a good sleep and Hampton Inn fell short.

Anonymous, Aug 2016 - Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley
Pros (+) Very Nice, clean hotel from the outside and in the lobby.
Cons (-) Our King Suite had very badly stained carpet, dirty base boards in bathroom around the jetted tub. Bad caulking job around the jetted tub which gave it the appearance of being not so clean. For $189 a night, I would say it needs to be a lot nicer and cleaner. We have stayed in many different hotel's in King Suites and this was the worse room by far that we've had. The hotel overall was very nice a...
