9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed many times since this location opened in Broken Arrow, Ok. We leave be the theme and the indoor/outdoor pool! Breakfast is good. Love the sitting area with fireplace in the winter. The little library room is nice too!
Cons: The only thing that you could improve on would be to offer more food choices at the bar. Sometimes you might want a burger, bowl of soup and sandwich etc. Having that option for guests would improve our stays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and the view we had was quite nice. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite.
Cons: If you want the complimentary breakfast get there early. The staff tries to keep it stocked but they couldn’t keep up on Saturday and we ended up going out for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I had to wait long times to get breakfast due to running out of items.. like there was no biscuits and no gravy when I showed up for breakfast and waited 10-15 minutes for some.
7.0 Good
Cons: No one to help with luggage. Bed was hard.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, I loved the decor! Breakfast was delicious!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality
7.5 Good
Pros: The view from the balcony was nice. The bed was comfortable. Nice big TV
Cons: The room smelled bad and not all of the jets in the hot tub were working. Breakfast was mediocre.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast had a great number of options and I was glad that they had cartoons on the tv in the little side room. My kids are 3 and 5 and don’t need to watch the news. We really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool.
Cons: There are no curtains in the room we were in. Just blinds. The sun came In through a crack in the blinds right across the pillows. We had to hang a blanket over the window. It would be nice if they had black out curtains like other hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean friendly hotel. Room was very clean and every staff member we met treated us so nicely. I love the 10-11 pool time for adults only too!
Cons: Breakfast was good but they were out of orange juice and eggs when I was there. I think they just needed more staff to keep everything stocked up.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and the breakfast was really good, and different every day. Another thing I noticed was the quietness....sometimes you can hear everything going on around you in a hotel room. We didn't hear noise and voices at all. The bathroom set up was good as well, with a shelf to put things on and pull out shelves under the counter. We were happy about that since we are 2 "high maintenance" chicks with lots of stuff.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to where I needed to be, always the same layout and features which I like, free breakfast.
Cons: The fridge didn’t work and I feel like I can hear everything around me.. especially when people leave their rooms, the doors slam
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From a luxurious bed in a comfortable King suite to a great breakfast every morning we found ourselves wanting for nothing. Even the location was perfect for our needs. We were just off the highway that took us into Tulsa for an event every day yet far enough away to be in a quiet, safe area with superb dining. Staff was very helpful. One of our favorite parts of our stay was breakfast. The woman who stocked the breakfast bar was entertaining and a bright ray of sunshine. We were disappointed to find she was off on our last day there. We were looking forward to letting her know how much we enjoyed her.

Pros: Friendly, clean, good location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Great location with restaurants and shopping. Close to highways.
7.0 Good
Cons: Although I love dogs and don’t usually mind folks bringing them, the howling and moaning dog in the next room wasn’t a pleasant experience. The staff tried calling the room to help stop it but I assume the dog was upset because it was left alone in a strange room. It was about two hours total and we turned up the tv to help drown out the sound. Not hotels fault. Owners should not bring dogs and leave them alone locked in the rooms.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, large suite... pretty clean. Good location.
Cons: They charged us $75 for our dog which was 90% of the cost of the room! $75 for one night! We had messaged the property ahead of time and called them about the fact that we were traveling with our dog. No one informed us of this fee until we were checking in... By then, of course, it was too late to find another place. Oh, and the breakfast was lousy. We ate better at La Quinta in Salina, KS, the morning before!
6.8 Good
Cons: Water leak, no water in our suite when we checked in, which we were not notified about, had to find out the hard way after using the shitter. After that ordeal we noticed ants, lots of them in the window, the staff was kind enough to move us as to not get eaten in the night. Room #2.... Stains on lamp shades, weird right? Ripped couch, couch bed broken... Neither TV worked, called staff whom stated the guy that works on them was gone for the day.... After some looking a chord was lose on the back of both tvs, they are now working, your welcome Homewood Suites. Walking down for breakfast now, stay tuned....
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The cleaners weren’t thorough in cleaning my room
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Beds are always perfect. Rooms perfect temperature too.
Cons: Breakfast has gone downhill my last 3 stays here. My TV would not come on. Had "no signal". I ead tired & didn't mess with it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was really set up well and very comfortable. My husband loved the large shower.
Cons: The breakfast at this location was just ok. Nothing was really hot and coffee was average. However, as it was included, probably still and ok value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All our needs were met. Highly recommend.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The main lobby smelled nice when we came thru the front door...very deceiving
Cons: Our vehicle got the window busted out of it and dented in the parking lot during our stay, the room smelled terrible and was dirty. This day and age you need mattress covers and our bed didn’t have one so it was a sheet on an old stained mattress. Then we were informed that break ins happen all the time at this hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Everything was great
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. The hallway on the 2nd floor had a very strong smell of smoke through out the whole floor. The clothes in my luggage had the smell of ciggarettes,I had to redo all my laundry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk clerks from checking in and the morning of checking out were very polite and considerate. The best part was Thoth guys were friendly to my 2 service dogs traveling with me.
Cons: I didn't see a disgusted area to walk my service dogs. They prefer grass instead of asphalt. But that didn't stop them from doing their business.
7.0 Good
Pros: ok
Cons: tiny bathroom, no grab bar behind tub. Only 1 chair in room, no easy chairs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfy bed.
Cons: Little bitty bathroom
6.8 Good
Cons: At 4 am we were woken by the phone, did we have a leak or water problem. Not that I’m aware of...but I’m up now and go into the bathroom. There’s some water on the floor, I dry it up with towels and all seems ok. Manager knocks on the door, he’s irritated, by now other family members are up and needing to use the bathroom. I now notice there’s more water on the bathroom floor so I rush the family out of the bathroom and let the manager in when we are decent. He goes in the bathroom and pulls on the tub knob, it comes off and water spews everywhere. It’s a mess, he’s yelling and cursing. We gather up all our stuff, no offer of another room though we had to be at the airport by 6 so we just went on to the airport. No one’s fault but treat your guests with courtesy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The fitness center is very nice. Too bad the treadmills don't face out the picture windows! This is a clean, comfortable hotel with good location by the highway. Downtown Broken Arrow is charming!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk, and manager (Vic) were just great. Will use this hotel again when in Broken Arrow.
Cons: Slight bit of mold in shower, but that was all.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Hotel keys are too sensitive to magnets or metal stripes, had to replace my keys twice because I placed them inside wallet which has a magnetic closure. Bathroom light switch connection would go in and out
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. This is not a fancy hotel but it definitely was a pleasure to stay at.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Decent breakfast choices. Clean, comfortable.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The gentleman at check in was very friendly.
Cons: The room and hallways reeked of mold and Smokey odor. The bathroom had hair coming out of the hair trap and the paint and wallpaper in the entire room was peeling and curling. The fridge interior and microwave was disgusting and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks.
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly. NO CARPET IN THE ROOMS!!!, large rooms, pool area was clean as well as the water in the pool, outside areas were clean and well kept, housekeeping staff did an great job of cleaning our room and even tucked our 2 year old daughter's baby back in bed (it's the little things that mean the most), breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The hallways and lobby smelled fresh and clean!!
Cons: The paint in the tub part of the shower was coming off. I have 4 small children and it was somewhat unsafe. Our room was beside the stairs and outside exit so it was somewhat loud. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and when I ask for one more I was informed they did not have extra. None of these things really effected our stay, we enjoyed ours selves and will be back again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was good!
Cons: Spider in bathroom!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The cheap price and the staff was nice. The pool was ok. Lots of parking.
Cons: The beds weren’t very comfortable, we all had back aches in the morning. The bath tub was pealing paint off of it. The supposed breakfast didn’t have much to eat. There was nothing for my daughters to eat, they have gluten have gluten intolerance. The drinks were very watered down. The coffee was terrible. The room for breakfast was very small, not room for more than 8 people. We had to go and pay for a breakfast that was eatable.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The maid knocking on door at 9 am.
7.0 Good
Pros: Easy access from the highway and it had a pool.
Cons: Not very clean and had a weird smell. The staff were super nice and helpful but this is not a place I'll stay again. The "free breakfast" was decent but it was just pastries and cereal. Their maids need to go through some cleaning coursed again because there was hair in our bathroom and trash on the floor in our room and the edges of the carpet were definitely fill of dirt. Overall it was okay for one night, but I won't be staying there again.
7.4 Good
Cons: the breakfast was not as good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had an issue with room and they took care of it quickly. Room was also good for price.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Water leaking from ceiling and had to move rooms and then got put right by elevator so much noise from hearing elevator

4.3 Okay
Pros: Phenomenal customer service by Adam. Sheets were clean.
Cons: NO ELEVATOR so going up and down stairs with two handful of luggage six times is not recommended. The first room at 221 lock didn't work even after the card was rekeyed and I was requested to try again and failed. The second room at 212 had everything from bulbs out, drawers not clean, half-size old pillows, the toilet not attempting to flush, tattered, stained shower curtain, crushed table lamp, cigarette burned table and 80° room apon entering. For the $61 price I feel even that is too steep. I was offered a room upgrade for my concerns as I was checking out for the same price, no discount. The whole of the experience was less than expected even for a two star hotel.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to meeting location.
Cons: Breakfast staff don't speak English, need someone at least speak the basic. Should understand hot water, microwave, butter etc... Housekeeper cleaned the Room, but no condiment replenish.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location to where I had business was easy access to and from the motel. The staff was helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and hot.
Cons: The room air conditioner vents were angled into the drapes not allowing the air flow to cross the room. The air conditioner was turned off when I arrived to the room and took a bit of time to cool. The refrigerator temperature had no place to adjust and had a tendency to freeze anything put into it.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Very little, other than the courtesy of the housekeeping staff.
Cons: The sausage for starters appeared to have been saved and reused- as in, days old, and put out there again and again. The apple juice dispenser gave the juice an acidic taste- likely hadn't been cleaned in some time. The entire upper floor was like a sauna, until you got in your room and turned the AC on. The toilet had an algae and bacteria ring upon entering- unthinkable and disgusting.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds are very comfortable.
Cons: n/a
5.8 Okay
Pros: The price was fair
Cons: The noise level of the guest. I work nights and it seems that g uest seem to think that everyone in the hotel is sleeping during the nighttime
6.0 Good
Pros: Price was great and clean.
Cons: No security. Doors did not lock.
7.5 Good
Pros: Cindy was awesome.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Breakfast sucked.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel to stay at on our trip to Colorado. Beds were comfortable, especially after driving over 12 hours.
Cons: The bathroom ceiling tile had signs of mold. The tile can be easily replaced.
6.3 Good
Cons: There were two separate groups drinking and hanging out in the parking lot. The side door did not lock, allowing one of the groups to come in and out as they please. There were 3 holes patched in our bathroom. Not repainted or anything, just patched. I guess I should be glad they were patched. When someone around us was showering, we heard a very loud pitched whistle the entire time until they were done. Oh and they decided to shower at 11pm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! All of the staff was warm and friendly. They were very accommodating to my families needs. The continental breakfast was very good, as long as you dont oversleep and miss out. The rooms are very good size with a fridge/microwave. The beds are very comfy, i slept like a baby. My son loved the indoor pool. I will always choose Quality Inn Broken Arrow as my home away from home.
Cons: I cannot think of anything i didnt like. Was very content with everything.
