Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff, has own mini play park for kids and backs onto the larger municipal one, so ideal for kids.
Pros: One of the best places I have stayed. Hotel had a traditional feel but was modern, coffee machine, water, very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast and coffee. We had a very good triple room for three adults
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: The dinner was exceptional. Staff really friendly.
Cons: There were a lot of flies in the bistro which was annoying at times.
Pros: This was a great place to stay. Close to our friends. Clean and tidy. The shower was a little small, but it has great water pressure and hot. The breakfast we had was great. Staff very friendly and did the best to help us.
Cons: Carrying our cases up a Spiral stair cases was a little difficult. But considering where where we were we managed.
Pros: Very friendly, near airport
Cons: Soundproofing is not good, one could hear the restaurant and kitchen downstairs into the room.

The tram stop is only two minutes away on foot, taking guests to the city center in 10 minutes, while the United Nations Headquarters building is only one stop away. You can also find shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby and the Lake Geneva is only 15 minutes away. There are 70 rooms at NH Geneva City, are tastefully decorated. Every room comes with modern comforts such as free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, and climate control. For a bit more of a luxurious feel, the bathrooms are finished with marble and if you need more space, we have Junior Suites with separate living rooms. For breakfast, we serve a wide variety of options including cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, and cereals and guests can order eggs prepared to their liking. Enjoy these alongside freshly brewed coffee and tea. In the afternoons, unwind at our cozy bar with your favorite cocktail or have a light snack on our garden terrace. The hotel offers extras such as a fitness center and a small meeting room for up to 12 people.
Pros: Great breakfast buffet, extremely friendly staff; property seems to be renovated, cozy rooms. Hotel is a perfect city hotel, reachable in a couple of minutes by tram from Geneva (Cornavin) train station
Cons: Breakfast cost CHF 30.00 if not booked in advance.
Pros: The hotel has been renovated recently and the rooms are now really nice and newly decorated. Now it is a true 4* hotel. The receptionists as always (same guys :)) very pleasant and helpful. As always I have enjoyed stayed at this hotel as I am frequently in Geneva.
Cons: The breakfast could offer more Swiss specialities like cheeses.
Pros: Was a solo traveler. Arrived via a bus from the airport (FREE!!). Bus stop is 2 blocks away from the hotel. It's more a residential neighborhood. A great value for the money. It was clean - hardwood floors throughout. Had the best hair dryer ever! Access to the city center was convenient - a few Tram stops away with the Tram stop being about 2 blocks away from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. McDonald's, a bakery, and a convenient store is about 2 to 3 blocks away, so you have access to quick bites.
Cons: Breakfast buffet/full breakfast is expensive (or normal by Geneva standards - I believe approx. 30 CHF). It's not exactly "city center" - you have to take a Tram or the bus to get to the city center; definitely not within walking distance (you can get there about 30 min walking). The beds are hard, but clean linens.
Pros: Very modern and fresh looking. Also liked the easy access by tram to city centre.
Cons: There was nothing to not like.
Pros: We got upgraded to a beautiful room We were also given a free pass for the buses/trams for the weekend. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful
Pros: Perfect breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Parking. Free public transport card.
Cons: Small bathroom.
Pros: Upgraded clean
Cons: Bathroom sink would flood after each use but they did not fix despite multiple requests they kept promising me without action I believe because it was weekend this is what hurt the most The bed was two single beds that would separate in the middle easil
Pros: Newly renovated rooms. Wonderful staff, and lovely hotel. The hotel provided travel passes for the duration of the stay, which could be used for convenient tram travel to airport.
Cons: Wifi in rooms could be better
Cons: very old facility, the elevator was incredibly small. the room was small. the tap water smelled very badly. also there were places of water leakage
With a stay at Geneva Hostel in Geneva (Downtown Geneva), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Ariana Ceramics and Glass Museum and Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMCO). Featured amenities include luggage storage, coffee/tea in a common area, and lockers. This hostel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The basic room was comfortable and provided a plug and a light for each bed. There was a kitchen with a hot plate and a microwave so easy meals. The buffet breakfast was delicious and made the day of being a tourist a bit cheaper.
Cons: There was little space for socialising, and lacked comfortable seating areas. The kitchen was hidden in the basement, and was not inviting. The staff were quite stand offish, however this may be due to my poor hearing so there may have been miscommunication.
Pros: so close to the lake side and loved to take morning and night walk by lac leman, beds comfy and breakfast ok, security fine with cards, room was warm
Cons: Wi-Fi slow and not good, showers can have more soap dispensers, we had just one
Pros: The place is well located, near tram and bus lines. One thing really nice is they get you a transport card to use during your stay, it gives you access to almost everything in terms of transport in the city. The staff was really nice and the place is very organized. There are lockers for luggage right outside the rooms, and the size is good. Bedroom facilities are good, they were also clean and organized. The breakfast is good with some interesting options and usually fresh out of the kitchen, given the number of people. Access to some parts of the building, and to the room, locker and bathroom/toilet, are only possible with the access card they give you, so seems rather safe. Overall, a very nice place to stay, if booked in advance it's a very good price.
Pros: Modern and clean and fair breakfast
Cons: Trouble with plug falling out of socket
Pros: I really liked that the lockers were outside the room, so I wouldn't disturb my roommates & vice versa. it was also cool that a locker was coded for your keycard. very safe neighborhood, close to transit. breakfast cafeteria style was great.
Pros: Lovely staff, awesome breakfast, we had a room for ourselves which was really great !
Cons: Lockers outside the room are maybe a bit annoying but we didn't have to use them as alone in our room.

Pros: good price for the location, nice room, nice staff!
Cons: breakfast was bad and expensive
Pros: Situation near Airport and transfer service available. Room comfortable and staff very friendly
Cons: Unfortunately Covid-19 closed the restaurant and room service is pricey
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Toilet seat broken and not mended 12 hours later
Pros: Great location for airport and trams in to town. Good beds. Lovely staff
Cons: Food and drink a little too expensive.
Cons: It was hot, the a/c did not work.We opened the window, but it was muggy. There was a step-on/lid-lift type garbage can in the bathroom, every part was broken on it. We are a married couple and they put us in a room with 3 twin beds in it....
Pros: Large room. Comfy bed. 10 minute free shuttle bus to airport. Good value.
Cons: Room smelt of cigarette smoke.
Pros: The staff spoke English and French with me
Cons: There were flies in the hotel restaurant
Pros: The guy at the desk was amazing. Very helpful on his own accord. Thank you for making a difference with our trip.
Cons: Hard to get extra bedding
Pros: Reception was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not a single complaint, hotel was wonderful!
Pros: The frequency of the shuttle which was free. We had previously stayed at another nearby hotel and had to pay from the hotel to the airport but free in reverse. I also liked being able to open the window as I do not like air conditioning.
Cons: The hotel was as expected but I would not qualify it as a 4 star. It was also slightly further than I had thought and it cost 20 SFr, for a taxi as the last shuttle had gone. It is also very near the runway so as soon as the flights started it was noi
Pros: It was so clean
Pros: Good standard of airport hotel. Two excellent shuttle bus drivers who went the extra mile to help customers in uncertain times. Very impressive service from them both.
Cons: WiFi service was consistently poor. I suspect they have capacity issues when the hotel is full. Not acceptable these days.

Pros: Location is good for exploring not just downtown Geneva, the hotel is on a busy intersection of two main roads with public transport links, but we didn't hear any noise of traffic. Geneva hotels provide free public transport cards for the whole duration of your stay including check-out date till midnight.
Cons: You can only change your money to CHF in town centre. Post Office, local bank branches won't do that. You can find cash machines to get some cash though.
Pros: good location, clean, basic breakfast, nice reception
Cons: I was told to recieve a bill by email but I didnot receive it.
Pros: The quantity of transport options around, the good quality x price relation and the lobby/bar/living room which is very cool!
Cons: One night (1AM) other guests at the same floor were talking loud and partying at the corridor.
Pros: Easier check in and friendly staffs. I extended my stay and it was very welcome. I was sick and they offered me some pastry and hot drinks.
Cons: The upper bed was dusty.
Pros: Actually Nothing. There wasn't' even a fridge in the room where to put some soft drink.
Cons: Hotel room were always been too hot, I had two room booked. The air conditioning never worked. Bathroom & Toilet's are very tiny which hardly someone can move.
Pros: Only the Geneva Free Transport Card from hotel.
Cons: Hotel Room Quality was so Poor. The room were so tiny & poor quality, there was no Fridge or Microwave in the room even we've asked for it while we requested when booked due to our baby. I was told the hotel is fully Air Conditioned but i had two rooms booked & None of it had air condition in the room & the room were so uncomfortable during this hot summer. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that premises as their hotel facilities are so bad. I had very bad hotel experience in Geneva Switzerland in Ibis_Budget. Very poor quality hotel & rooms as well as Toilet & Bathroom so poor & below the standard.
Pros: It is a big Hotel with many nationalities travelers very good environment, clean, organized and receptive.
Cons: The prices could be a bit better but it wasn't that expensive as well.
Cons: No linnen on bed. Had to put it on myself
Pros: Good location close to everything by foot. The rooms are too litlle but given that you Don't really stay in your room, I think it's enough. Good kitchen and common rooms in general but a little bit of ambiance is still missing.
Cons: There's no social activities. Only a few movies during the night, but no one really knows about it.
Pros: The location was fantastic. The room was perfect and clean, with an attached wash basin.
Cons: Shared bathrooms could have been bigger with more number of toilets.
Pros: Spacious and clean communal areas with a very relaxing environment, rooms were spotless and bathroom facilities were great, also plenty tourist information and guides in the foyer
Cons: Noisey beds so I was concerned on waking other guests if I had to go the toilet

The hotel offers 204 comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free WIFI, with a paying car park and restaurant nearby. Enjoy a great value stay in Geneva for a weekend or week for 2 people, with family or in a group.
Pros: Customer service as nd cleanliness
Pros: Reception were superb and helped out politely and efficiently with everything
Cons: The price
Pros: Room was clean, and elegant with a TV. The neighborhood was quiet. There a shopping mall with restaurants few meters away, just across the road. My stay was very short, just one night before traveling on the morning; and it was a gentle, smooth and happy stay. Hotel is 20minutes away from the aiport, walking distance.
Pros: Basic but very adequate hotel for airport. All facilities excellent if basic but what would be the point in having more when it’s a stop overnight before flying? Free bus right outside direct to airport
Pros: The free transport ticket.
Cons: No bar!
Pros: Some where to stay considering the circumstances.
Cons: Two bags of rubbish left from the previous user of the room. Dirty towels. Went to reception with the rubbish and ask for a clean towel.
Pros: The location near the airport and there’s a bus station few steps from hotel and a large Mall in front of the hotel

This hotel has facilities measuring 2605 square feet (242 square meters), including conference space.
Pros: Room was on first floor : Very good sound insulation from street noise.
Cons: The double bed was actually made of two separate mattresses which created a very uncomfortable strip in the middle.
Pros: I loved the rooms, it was more I was expected!! The hotel location was excelent and the staff was very kind and professional. I will truly recommend the hotel with my family and friends!!!
Cons: They didn't give me my booked room and relocated me to another hotel instead. They offered to cover the cost of the night due to this unfortunate event and afterwards they stood down their original offer and refused to refund the money I paid for the room in advance.
Pros: Location, breakfast, bed and pillow
Cons: Too cold in the rooms
Pros: Clean and close to station.
Pros: The bed was made every day and also clean towels were supplied every day weather we needed them or not.
Cons: The hotel was extremely clean very comfortable and well priced
Pros: Helpful staff and fantastic location.
Cons: I paid extra to upgrade to a higher floor so there would be less noise. Unfortunately it was so hot in the room that I had to open the window and thus we had more noise than expected.
Pros: The hotel was lovely with very accommodating staff, we were staying to celebrate a birthday and received a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival.
Cons: The room overlooked a busy road but this was not an issue for us.
Pros: Proximity to train station. Cleanliness of the hotel. Professional staff.
The Starling Residence Genève is located 400 metres from the Faculty of Business and Economics. It features modern studios with a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a variety of bathroom amenities. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge. Guests can also use the fitness room at the house. The United Nations Headquarters is a 15-minute drive away, while Cornavin Train Station is 2.5 km from the Starling Residence.
Pros: We chose this for two reasons, it was affordable and it seemed easy to get to from the railway station. We weren't disappointed on either point. It was a matter of coming out of the station, buying two tickets at the tram-stop (the machine takes cash and gives change - contrary to some reports you'll read) catching the no 15 and, when disembarked, crossing the road to arrive at the hotel. Easy! The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke good English. We were on the 7th floor which afforded better views of the mountains in the distance. The facilities were great - all seemed new, very clean and well considered, there was everything we needed. The 'dressing table' area had to double as the food prep area and dining table, but this wasn't an issue as we had a simple meal of spaghetti. Two chairs were thoughtfully provided (at last, a room where both occupants can sit on a chair!!). A local supermarket just a few metres down the road provided our supplies although they didn't sell alcohol, so had to visit the small local shop to buy a bottle. There was a supply of coffee / tea sachets at the hotel. We were advised in advance of some noise because of works taking place on the premises, but this was during the day when visitors would be out sight-seeing, so was not a problem
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: The reception who was from italy, he was so kind and and very nice person. The bed was so much comfortable. The hotel is next to tram station. Thank you for all.
Pros: I liked the Kitchenette, with sufficient and clean utensils to make a small meal. The room was very clean and modernised. ,There is a tram-stop of one of the most important lines just in front of the hotel,
Cons: A bit of noise of the tram passing by early in the morning.
Pros: The room was nice, clean, spacious and warm. They had a kitchen and kitchen equipment so we could cook. Good location. Tram station was outside the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. They gave us a free city pass ticket for bus/tram use.
Cons: Hotel under renovations without letting me know upfront. No food, no beverages, nobody there after 22pm
Pros: Hotel is kind of apart hotel, well equipped with house and kitchen stuff. Hotel is places next to city center but still in walk-able distance. As alternative hotel offer you free travel card working in whole city public transport.
Cons: I've used hotel few times, but during the summer air-conditioning appliance very little to noise. Last time I was in winter, I saw new devices in the rooms, but was no reason to test it;).
Pros: It has very good access to public transport and the city center
Opt for a convenient location near Geneva International Airport and complimentary public transport to city centre when you stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Casino Geneva. Business travellers enjoy close proximity to the Palexpo convention centre, while leisure guests love that Lake Geneva and the Alps are nearby. Elegant interiors, soundproof windows & free Wi-Fi can be found in our 350 rooms and suites. Dine on delectable specialities from Switzerland and Japanese delicacies in two restaurants and a bar.
Pros: Location. cleanliness and very welcoming
Pros: Great location. Wonderful staff. Close to transit.
Cons: restaurant, i would never eat there again, overpriced food which came in longer when 40 minutes and two times asking , salmon was dry compare to any other food for that trip was the worst
Cons: We didn't like the fact that our Delux King Room (for 2) had only 1 bottle of water, had only 1 English Breakfast tea bag (and when we asked house keeping for another tea bag, we were told we needed to request this from reception!) We were also surprised that there was also only 3 small pillows for a large king bed (and no other pillows in any of the cupboards). This did not feel like a 5 star hotel bedroom! We didn't like that the airport shuttle service dropped us at the arrivals level rather than the departures level. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past but was disappointed overall with our stay this time.
Pros: Spacious clean room. Outstanding customer service! Excellent location
Pros: Receptionists were very helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants in City Center.
Cons: The shuttle needs to take reservations. We asked the night before and told no reservations needed. We were downstairs at 5:10 for a 5:30 am shuttle. A Group showed up at 5:30 and held up the shuttle 15 min arguing that they should all have seats.
Pros: The hotel is close to Geneva airport. It offers shuttle bus and is within 5 minutes from airport.
Cons: It does not meet 5-star rating
Pros: Nice big room and free shuttle to airport.
Cons: Room was too hot, noise of planes taking off very noticeable and the buffet style breakfast was eye wateringly expensive at £30 per person!!!
Pros: The rooms were very comfortable, the restaurant was terrific, and the shuttle to the airport was a lovely convenience.
Cons: What you would expect from an airport motel, meals overpriced would be the only criticism
Pros: The bed was excellent, close to the airport, shuttle service and the gym.
Cons: The Japanese restaurant's prices. View from the room, or lack there of.
Cons: High price- probably due to overlap with Geneva auto show which was canceled. We should have canceled our reservation and rebooked - probably would have gotten a much lower price.

Pros: Location is unparalleled convenience. From landing at the airport to my hotel room was 30 mins by train to the adjacent station.
Cons: The breakfast is quite simple for the price, but with a great view over the city.
Pros: Location was great ,close to train, food etc Quiet
Cons: Everything was satisfactory
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: Slightly smaller room than expected
Pros: People at the desk were very nice. The room was at a corner of the hotel very large with a beautiful view on the city. The position is ideal next to the train station and not far from any interesting spot. We recommend it!

Pros: Good hotel, clean, efficient & great location.
Pros: Close proximity to train station, and walking distance to popular tourist spots.
Pros: WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CHARGED US EACH $19 SWISS FRANCS FOR 2 BREAKFAST WHEN WE ONLY HAD COFFEE AND TOAST WITH CHEESE WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY TOLD US THAT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED WE ENDED UP PAYING 76 SWISS FRANCS WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS FOR COFFEE W
Cons: WE FELT THAT WE WERE MISLEAD AND AT THE END THEY CHARGED US FOR BREAKFAST WE WERE IN A HURRY TO CATCH OUR FLIGHT SO DID NOT HAVE TIME TO ARGUE, I DONT THINK I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Pros: Great breakfast
Pros: Staff! Super friendly staff!
Cons: Please stop using single use plastic cups wrapped in more plastic in bathrooms. It is so 1990s and we are way to modern to think this is a good thing.
Pros: Excellent breakfast, located in a village just 3 minutes off the motorway in beautiful countryside overlooking lake Geneva and the alps, perfect location to overnight on a journey.
Pros: Did not like anything about this hotel
Cons: Service all round needs to be looked at for a best western hotel very poor .

Pros: Excellent experience at check in and given complimentary upgrade. Ate in the Italian restaurant which was ok. Airport shuttle arrived quickly and service frequent.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better supervised on the replenishment of foods
Pros: That it had a pool and shuttle to airport and free internet.
Cons: The pool hours need to be open sooner and longer hot tub was not hot it was like warm the food was expensive to eat there. Was not worth the price we paid to stay not a four star hotel.no free breakfast either.
Pros: Perfect location for airport. Free bus pass to town and excellent shuttle service to airport.
Pros: Clean and spacious room
Cons: Dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. I am sympathetic to allowing dogs in the hotel, but having them barking a lot right outside my door. Terrible experience, and something the hotel needs to think about - eg locating owners with dogs separated
Pros: The junior suite was everything we expected - comfortable, clean.
Pros: Close to the airport Good airport shuttle
Cons: The booking gave me 3 days free parking parking and the website said extra parking was available chf20 per day. It did not seem to ask for me to make a further parking reservation so I assumed all ok to stay longer. when I asked if I could leave the car there at the quoted cost for some extra days as I was away for more than the three days the reception said that parking was fully booked and so I had to take the car to another car park. I just wish the website had been clearer as I booked this hotel because of the parking offer, the ease of parking there, the shuttle and this was perfect for me taking a 7am flight. It was stressful having to rethink and change my parking plans on the evening before my flight.
Pros: The "navette" to the airport and the terrasse at the italian restaurant
Cons: The person who welcome us at the reception desk was not smiling at all and seemed bored about her job

Pros: Very good hotel and good location. Close to the train station.
Pros: The hotel was well located, walking distance to the main train station, and close to lots of walking and tourist areas. They give you a free transit pass for all buses and trams, and the hotel steps from a tram station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized rooms.
Cons: Location is also close to a local red light district, so some of the surrounding areas are a bit seedy, but seedy Geneva is a clean neighborhood in most other cities. Room climate control was not adjustable and room was just too hot in the winter.
With a stay at Hotel Churchill in Geneva (Les Eaux-Vives), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Jet d'Eau Fountain and 14 minutes by foot from Bourg-de-Four Square. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Pros: The public transportation pass given to us by the hotel to travel for free by bus!
Cons: The breakfast was correct but could be improved
Pros: Great location and very courteous staff. The "Churchill" motif is quaint and the room spacious (we stayed in the Ceasar room). A block away from lake Geneva and the water jet. A couple blocks from a lively bar scene (recommend the Little Barrel).
Cons: The ameneties are dated and the joined twin bed we were given would split halfway through the night. Not romantic. Shower was also one of those typical European showers where it's just a hose with attached shower head.
Pros: I loved the staff, their friendliness and willingness to help. It is clean and well kept and cozy. They had umbrellas for you to borrow which was great since it rained all day while I was there and I was unprepared.
Cons: It is rather small, so not good for multiple people and the beds are not the most comfortable but they served it's purpose.
Pros: there were some language problems at the reception but the personnel did their best to get my problem (I was charged twice) and tried to solve it (was ok at the end). location was good - close to Geneva lake, groceries, walking distance from the train and bus stations and city sights
Cons: the room was dark. I know it was not mentioned but an electric kettle would be super-nice (was in March, the weather was chilly)
Pros: The guys in front office were professional and gentle
Pros: Check in quick and friendly. Good location.
Cons: The shower is over the bath and there is no mat. It is dangerous getting in and out of the shower and this I formation is not on the web site. There are no tea or coffee making facilities avail either as one would expect in a hotel of this price.
Cons: No kettle in room. Hotel strong smell of raod tar
With a stay at Hotel Royal, you'll be centrally located in Geneva, within a 10-minute drive of Ariana Ceramics and Glass Museum and Jet d'Eau Fountain. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in.
Pros: Staff was polite and helpful Spa access was nice
Cons: Bed wasn't comfortable A bit rundown Didn't feel like a 4 star
Pros: Food was great, staff was great, location was great
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the pictures about the spa and wellness were made to look a lot better than they are. The spa is tiny and dated
Pros: Rooms were nice, modern and clean.
Cons: We would like a bit more diversity for room service options
Pros: Everything was great. Staff, breakfast, free public transport travel, room had plenty of storage space. Location good with station 5 mins walk and lake Geneva 10 mins walk.
Cons: Room was a bit warm on arrival but this was easily sorted by the lovely staff as they gave us a large fan.
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: Breakfast poor
Cons: The property adversities a spa however, turns out his is only available to the executive suit.
Pros: Amazing location and lovely staff
Pros: beautiful smells and nice atmosphere.
Cons: The gym!! I would have given this a 10 but I really needed access to the gym at 6am but there was NOTHING to be done and the receptionist was entirely unmovable. This wasn't a health and safety situation - no one needed to be there and present in the gym - they just needed to turn the AC on and the lights. And refused to do this earlier than 6.30. I couldn't go running outside as was too dark at that time, and I needed to leave at 7.30am. It really was such as shame as it really coloured my visit. If I'd known there were restrictions on the gym opening time, and it wasn't 24 hour, I would have chosen a different hotel.
Pros: Good location , clean
Cons: Rooms are old and too much furniture jammed in
