Pros (+) This is a very comfortable hotel that caters to their guests every need.
Cons (-) There was not an elevator from the parking garage to the lobby. It was easy, however, to bring the car up and load from the lobby level.
Pros (+) Top quality hotel 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to train station and all the typical English high street shopping. Bed and pillows were perfect and I’m picky. I plan to stay here again anytime I need a night stay near Gatwick. Crawley itself is a convenient area for eating and last minute shopping. I walked about 20 minutes through a nice, green residential area to Three Bridges for a few pints...

Pros (+) We were there over the Christmas I have to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the arora was excellent the staff are so helpful the hotel is way beyond excellent it's location is near all the shops and restaurants I will definitely stay again I will also recommend it to all my family and friends
