Perfect mix of private rooms yet sociable common areas. Really nice decor and very centrally located. Friendly staff
Beautifully decorated hostel with lots of little nice touches and colours everywhere. Perfect place to relax and explore Cusco's old town. Good breakfast (breadrolls, eggs, fruit salad, tea).
They don't serve coffee at breakfast, which is fair enough but it would have been nice. Wifi worked fine in the front room but it was non existent when we changed the room to the one at the back (I think called angel).
Nice rooms, free tea and friendly staff. Perfect place for amateurs to get into spiritual culture if Peru. One of the best things about this place is the atmosphere and nice view to Cusco city center
The hot water in the shower sometimes runs down due to lack of gas, you need to contact property manager for that. Room heaters available at additional cost of 10 Soles per night.
It is centrally located and it is in a quite street (during the night). The neighborhood is picturesque and offers lots of eateries and restaurants.
Well, it gets cool at night. I had to pay for a small heater in order to sleep comfortably. But at least you have the heater option. I had three thick and heavy wool covers plus a duvet, but the next morning I felt extremely tired with all that weight.. So, I opted to remove the woolen covers and I felt much better.
Staff was friendly. Location was good. Little bit of an uphill walk from main areas of interest, but closer than some other places with similar pricing. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. Didn't have to wait to shower. Always had hot water in shower, never in sinks. Had nice common areas to hang in. Only complaint was could have been cleaner.
Only complaint was that the linens did not seem really clean when we arrived. We then checked out and came back two days later to the same room. Found our hair on the linens so they were clearly not washed during our leave.
