Pros. We got here exhausted from trekking and just wanting a place to crash. The staff was extremely sweet but he room was not. The plus: the view of the city of Cusco.
Cons. I pulled back the bed covers to find hairs and stains on the sheets: not ours! The room had definitely not been cleaned. The towels had skid marks on them. The walls were way to thin and everything could be heard. Though breakfast was included, we didn't get any because we had to check out at 5 am. We slept in our sleeping bags to avoid the sheets. Since it was for one night and NYE, I felt bad bothering the one individual staff that was working that night.
