Pros (+) The Hotel was amazing and I enjoyed my brief stay there.
Cons (-) Room service for both dinner and breakfast was a disappointment because items were missing that were requested and even after repeated phone calls nothing happened to fix the issue. Additionally, had I booked the same room, for the same night at the same price on the Radisson Hotels website I would have had a free breakfast. Instead I paid for it.
