Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Dirty, run down, unkept, nothing worked TV, phone, wifi, toilet didn't flush had to flush twice everytime. To nasty to shower. false advertising, other guests we talked to said the same.

Cons (-) They did not have the room i reserved with 2 beds available even though i visited earlier to be sure the room would be as we reserved. They were giving me a room with 1 bed until i complained. Then moved us to motel next door, the Royal Inn, which they said they owned. That room was shabby but had 2 beds,

Pros (+) Off main drag and major traffic
Cons (-) Price to high for neighborhood and service TV didn't work and told them and they didn't offer to fix or accommodate walls very thin didn't sleep good slot of noise from other quests late in the night
