8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is an affordable property and great for backpackers. It is conveniently located near Cotopaxi National Park. This is not only a hotel but also a great tour guiding organization with excellent offerings ranging from easy walks to extreme sports.
Cons: This was a hostel that has tried to move into high end lodging. The construction, furnishings and maintenance do not stand up in the larger suites. They are great for groups but not those looking for luxury accommodations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing food, amazing location, super friendly staff, the landscape around the estancia is incredibly beautiful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Excellent food. Good breakfast. Very convinient to stay at a hazienda whith lots of activities "in house". We enjoyed horse riding, hiking, cooking class - highly recommended and the spa. Our room Cotapaxi was cosy with a view of cotapaxi and a fireplace. The living room with fireplace is cosy.
Cons: I learned the haziende rais bulls for rodeo and bullfigths. I am very much opposed to crulety against animals and if I would have known in advance I would not have stayed here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, the style of houses, decoration, comfortability of the rooms, the heating system, the food,
Cons: I think the price to ride horses is too high
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice stay at a beautiful historic hacienda. suites with view to Cotopaxi, thus due to bad weather it was barely visible. Service very good and attentive. However due to sickness we couldn’t really enjoy much of our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic property and staff, right on the edge of Cotopaxi National Park.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was good, not outstanding but very tasty. The location is absolutely exceptional with vistas in all directions. We felt well cared for by the staff and absolutely loved the setting and remote (yes, difficult to get to but worth it) location.
Cons: While there is not much that could have been better, as someone constantly seeking a smaller carbon footprint, small things like not offering Gatorade in the box lunches and having refillable containers of trail mix instead of pre-wrapped chocolate and wafers would be one tiny recommendation. I would also encourage vegetarian meals as a norm and a more plant-based diet in general. I think it would suit your clientele well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The good, the view, the rooms, the service. Everything was top notch.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous surrounds away from the hustle and bustle of quito. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with the aid of Google translate as my Spanish is worse than I thought. The room was very comfortable and cozy with our own fireplace which they helped us get going. The food was amazing but way more than I could handle at altitude. The whole place seemed to be run by two women who were super friendly and did an amazing job. Also the tours they run out of there were great but all spanish speaking guides which didn't worry us even though we don't speak Spanish. Overall I cannot recommend this place highly enough
Cons: Showers weren't as warm as they could have been but it's not surprising given the location and we still managed to have a decent wash.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were amazing and the hosts were very accommodating.
Cons: The dinner was too salty but the food was well prepared.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Good food. A lovely place to sit and admire stunning scenery. Great touches like the stoves in all rooms made it even cosier.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everybody was so nice and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I caught a little bug, and didn't eat some of it. But, I enjoyed it anyway, the company was always good, the decor was beautiful - all in all, a wonderful experience.
Cons: The only thing was that it was a little cold in our room, even though we kept the fire going. The staff was nice enough to bring us 2 space heaters, so that helped.
