10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great location, the hostel was clean, the staff were lovely and the rooms were a good size. It's only a short walk to the main market square.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great that it was so close to the old town and also close to reasonably priced restaurants and a supermarket. The member of staff on duty when I arrived was really helpful and gave me lots of information about what sights to see and also told me about a special festival happening that weekend. The hostel was lovely and clean.
Cons: The sleep-walker in the bunk above me but that's hardly the hostel's fault!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Matress was too thin that I had to go to the common area to sleep on a sofa. Trams are 5 meters away from any window. Too noisy. Shared bedrooms have no key. Anyone could enter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The blonde guy with the glasses was so helpful and kind!!! My favorite hostel I have stayed at!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Central location
Cons: In front of tram lines and doesn't have double glass windows - very very noisy at night
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are nice and helpful. Kitchen and washing machine available. The hostel is in the town, quite convenient. The common is large and have many facilities available, e.g. TV game, board game, books, pentry.
Cons: The locker in the dorm room is a little bit small, I cannot put my pack bag inside. The hostel is close to the main road, it is noisy in the early morning when the trams start running.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and new. Staff was very friendly and the hostel location is perfect.
Cons: It would be nice to have a full kitchen
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hostel with a good location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Spacious common room. Clean WC and showers. And the most important of all: extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Super kind and friendly staff. The street is a bit noisy but no big deal.
Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very nice, they will help you if you want advice about where to go and what to see. It is in the city center. It is only 2 minutes walk from main touristic attractions. Very clean and nice place. You can play video games, watch TV or drink coffee of you have time. The place is very safe, you have your own locker where you can keep your stuff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked the two bedroom suite (#24) which was the nicest accommodation at the property and it far exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely "apartment" with beautiful furnishings, marble bathrooms, huge TVS (we never turned them on) and a wine dispenser just out our door. A truly lovely and comfortable and elegant place to do our one day exploration of old town in Bratislava. The bar and restaurant provide good pub food and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Thank you for providing us a beautiful home away from home with every comfort.
Cons: The morning staff in the restaurant were not especially helpful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything especially the staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, between the train station and the city centre, was very convenient. The hotel was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and dinner in the restaurant was very good. The courtyard garden was a lovely place to dine on warm evenings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location within walking distance of old town and train station. Loft style and hotel design really lovely. Beer brewed on site enjoyed and recommended. Both restaurant and lounge bar lovely but we did enjoy the quiet atmosphere and decor of the small lounge. Rooms really lovely and very comfortable. Staff generally helpful and pleasant.
Cons: We didn't like the rushed atmosphere at breakfast. It was self service and staff were too eager to clear everything from 09:45hrs (breakfast was until 10:30hrs). The other point is in relation to the small lounge area. Having paid money to have access to all areas in the hotel we were very disappointed on our last night to find the small hotel lounge closed as they had a private function!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed a night in the old section of the hotel- a beautiful large room that was so good we extended our stay. This meant a room change to the new section of the hotel that was just as charming. The bar and restaurant are excellent and very popular with the locals.
Cons: Nothing- a great hotel all round.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of good quality things to eat. All of the staff we me were very friendly and helpful. The free mini-bar was great and meant we could have a couple of cold beers after walking around Bratislava all day.
Cons: The lift were small and one was not working for 2 days which meant sometime a 5 minute wait. We arrived at the hotel at 23:15 on Sunday evening, we checked in and took our cases up to our room, we went down to the bar to get a couple of drinks at 23:45 after a long journey only to be told that the bar was closed even though it said in the hotel information pack that the bar was open till midnight, other residents had nearly full glasses of drink which must have been purchased a few minutes before we walked into the bar, a couple more would not have made a big difference as they would have been consumed quickly and would have been appreciated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bedrooms were very large, beds very comfy and very clean. Breakfast was amazing!
Cons: Not much not to like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with the nice restaurant, close to the Old Town, recommend!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with good restaurant. The staff was very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The location was wonderful and the property was beautiful. The young man who helped us with our bags and parked our car was very friendly and made conversation with us. The lady who checked us in was giggling and talking to her co-worker while collecting our information. It did not leave a good first impression but we enjoyed everything else very much.
Cons: The check in as explained above. She may have been preoccupied with another conversation but it felt as if we were the joke. I will admit we did not look like 5star guests after traveling all day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has everything going for it, a good central location; excellent restaurant and in the main committed and welcoming staff. The hotel PC room with connected printers was a real bonus and the library/bar area was ideal for a discrete/private meeting.
Cons: The female reception staff brought the score down with poor client handling and in our case a failure to meet our initial request for an iron and ironing board. Their poor attitude was in stark contrast to that of the porters; who could teach them a lesson or two on client relations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful, very elegantly appointed. Loved the rain shower. Great breakfast. Enjoyed having a drink in the Library bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel with charm. Everything is thought of. Details are cared.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, close to city center
Cons: Parking was a little confusing but adequate.
6.0 Good
Pros: THE SITUATION. STEPS FROM THE POINT OF INTEREST IN THE OLD TOWN, AND JUST 10 MINUTES FROM THE NEW MALL.
Cons: THE WELCOME AT THE HOTEL. THE CONCIERGE SERVICE. THE ROOM AND THE SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT. SIMPLY COOL ....... POOR BREAKFAST , AND DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST IN THE TOWN......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel boy made a perfect first impression. He was nice, helped with the luggage and explained the working of the air-condition in the room. All these seems not to be specific things but I do not face such behaviour in other hotels. Very comfy bed and pillow.

Pros: Location is perfect. Right in the center.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Went for breakfast at 9 o´clock and the bacon , sausages and scrambled eggs were not kept warm, but were cold and not very appetizing. Fortunately there was a chef who could make an omelet. Apart from the trainee the staff in the restaurant seemed abrupt and not smiling.

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location in old historical center, easy to walk around. Excellent restaurants around in historical center, but we can as well recommend hotel restaurant for dinner.
Cons: We had a drink at hotel bar in lobby, we were shocked. Ordering champagne. It was served in wine glasses. One of the glasses was broken and the best of all, the champagne was already old, bitter and dark yellow color. Anyway bartender was trying his best and open new bottle. He agreed with us and confirmed that yes the champagne was old sitting in bottle several months in fridge.
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: The location. The 13th century building had a great atmosphere.
Cons: Small room. Very dark. A strange smell in the room. The spa is not included in the price and it is quite small.

Pros: I loved the attention to detail, and the professionalism of the staff. Breakfast was excellent! Location is perfect and room was quiet. I would recommend it to everyone and I would definitely want to stay here again.
Cons: I thought the bed was about due for replacement (new mattress and pillows soon), but it was still comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great in all aspects. Wonderful location, staff, breakfast and great for a romantic trip.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Although it is in the pedestrian zone of old town, a taxi or Uber can pull up very close to the entrance. The Franciscan church is right across the street. The lobby was beautiful and the bar was a library! There was a lift. The room included a very large bed with a single firm mattress, no crease along the middle, and had a large bathtub. The doorman was very helpful and let me know that my train left from the secondary train station, not the hauptbahnhof.
Cons: No problems
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were nice but were sold. When we asked that a fire was lit this request was not met
Cons: The room was cold
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was so clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons: We stayed 2 nights here. On the 1st day we found (1) the drainage in the shower area is so bad. The water was super slowly drained. Just after less-than-1-minute shower, the water flooded out to the dry area, so that night we had to have a shower in the bathtub where was not convenient at all. (2) one window in the bedroom cannot be closed properly, cold air could get in. but it was ok for us. *** So, next day, I informed the reception and pointed out that problem #1 (drainage) should be fixed now, and #2 (window) is ok to fix it later after we check out. BUT the 2nd night, the drainage problem was not fixed!!. and there is no explanation or note in our room at all. When we checked out, we talk to the other staff at the reception, the answer is "no staff/technician was on duty yesterday to fix it" "he was on the day off"!!! What's a surprise!! 4-5star hotel has no technical staff on duty every day!! (If one old people cannot step into a bathtub, how she/he can take a shower?!) BY THE WAY, at least, at the end of the 2nd day (before 2nd night), someone should inform us about the shower's drainage problem which still not fixed, before we found out ourselves. I've been trace and staying in many places, even in a small apartment, guesthouses, this kind of problem never been ignored!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location in Oldham Town was perfect for exploring on foot.
Cons: Check in was very slow even though there was no queue and no complications.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room, 27, was perfect. Very spacious with everything you would need. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The welcome email sent a few days before was a very nice gesture nd really made you feel that you were ready to arrive.
Cons: Our bedroom was quite hot, but we coped ok.

Pros: The location was perfect, really in the centre and right next to Michael's Gate. The breakfast was really good. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The girl in the check-in was very pleasant and helpful. And Joseph was soooo nice!!!
Cons: I didn't like the check-out, the guy was not pleasent at all. The breakfast room doens't have any windows, and the manager and another staff member were ALWAYS around, God, very annoying.. I know they were keeping an eye on everything, but please be a bit discreet. Personally I like to be left alone and to look around and see what food is available.

Pros: What a great place. Situated just at the edge of the old town it is perfect for exploring Bratislava old and new. The staff could not be more helpful, particularly the folk at reception. They greeted us with a beer and biscuits. Brilliant after a cycle from Vienna. The room was beautifully prepared, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and varied with a choice of buffet and from a menu. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only small comment is that the replacement of the hot buffet breakfast food was a bit slow.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: On arrival we were greeted by a charming bellboy who helped us park the car & took our luggage. Reception staff were equally friendly & efficient. The room was spacious, comfortable & well-equipped. The gift of welcome edible goodies was much appreciated. Breakfast is excellent, as much of the products are made in-house. The carrot cake was especially delicious, as were the yogurts & jam. Dinner was also very good, though the restaurant was quiet & so lacked atmosphere. The hotel is well located & it is easy to walk into old Bratislava or wander down to the new shopping mall with its lively bars/restaurants situated beside the Danube. A great stopover hotel.
Cons: Nothing!
7.9 Good
Pros: Locatiion, size of room and good price bargain from booking.com.
Cons: Use of Spa cost would cost extra 75 Euro. Nice breakfast but need to order from the menu card for the good selection. My personal hotel rating 4 star.

Pros: Very friendly people especially the lady at reception. Nice breakfast. (especially the espresso fresh made on request)
Cons: No seating area like on picture. Just one chair. Noise from outside

Pros: Nice, clean and close to centre.Cheap parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an apartment so had all the amenities you would need for a stay if you wanted to cook and wash clothes.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: fool of dust. There is a vent in the toilet that when it works it bring smell of cigarets from other apartments. We moved to another room smaller than the one we booked and in this room there still smell of cigarettes. The water tap is mistaken and the red is cold and the blue is hot - the manger said, so children don’t need to use it! There is tunes for wires and door on the floor, in both of the rooms. So my one year son was hurt by it. The fire extinguisher just not connected to the wall, and again my son touched it and it felt on him. The manager answer was “we don’t own the building, it is not our problem”. The hotel manager is very rude.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's good and clean apartment. Location is very good - it close to center, there is a mini market in a 100 meters away and you can reach a castle by 10 minutes slow walk. Everything was in working condition including internet and smart TV.
Cons: There are two bedrooms in apartment, but the small one need more air. The air conditioner had his own life - no matter what we tried it was always set himself on 22 degree. Light is poor, so if your are a women it's a problem and a mirror on a wall is in a shadow.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Apartment is completely new and very nice.
Cons: Receptionist should be a little bit more friendly. It looked like he hate customers who are disturbing him.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious apartment with all the facilities near the center of Bratislava. Underground parking.
7.9 Good
Pros: It had all the services you’d need (washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, air con, etc.). The location was well suited to seeing the sights. Good value for money and very clean and tidy.
Cons: The staff were young and a little distant. They were pleasant enough and helpful but lacked a welcoming feel. The property is overlooked closely by other flats which can get a bit noisy and a bit dark.

Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good

Pros: Perfect position in the old town but also out of crowd. The room was perfect with a comfy bed, clean and modern bathroom and a nice terrace. It was also provided with tea machine. Very kind lady at reception and superb breakfast (same level or even better than many 4**** hotels).
Cons: I would only replace the coffee machine with a Nespresso one
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good restaurant.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Quaint breakfast room . Comfortable
Cons: Difficult to find . Taxi can only drop off outside pedestrian zone
6.7 Good
Pros: the room itself was actually quite OK, relatively spacious and newly renovated, comfy bed. Ground floor restaurant is good value for money and offers decent dishes.
Cons: breakfast of mediocre quality, bad coffee. "Design" elevator gets blocked quite often. the main problem is the hotel's location in the heart of the (too?) beautifully renovated old town, which gets very touristy and noisy; this is not a specific problem of the Perugia Hotel, but applies generally to the centre of Bratislava. The city has sold its soul to the Devil and Ryanair, and seems to live from the (cheap) mass tourism. In the daytime, the centre is completely taken over by the river cruise folks, and in the night-time and weekends you get hordes of noisy lager-louts and drunken stag-parties until the early hours of the morning. Half a day is enough to see the main sights - or come back when the temperature drops below zero...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the city center, next to the main plaza and restaurants. Close to everything.
Cons: Location is on a pedestrian street, we have to walk a couple of streets to get to the hotel, streets were under construction.

Pros: Everything. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. We had no problem with noise. We were right in the middle of the,old town with many restaurants and bars around. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We had an early start when leaving and they had a packed breakfast ready for us. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to friends or staying there again.
Cons: Strong smell of cabbage in the hotel in the afternoons.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was great, very central. Beautiful city. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Nice large room, comfortable bed.
Cons: Very very noisy toilet flush. The shower head was broken. Very noisy street, mainly due to partying in the near by bars. The bread at breakfast was old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. Best location in Brat. Nice touches like fresh water dispenser at the registration counter. Really good breakfast and breakfast room downstairs. Nice to have a fridge in a hotel room. Needed help to get the a/c cooler at 11pm and help came immediately and she was successful. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Such wonderful staff. And breakfast was delicious. I am vegetarian and loved the options. I loved the breakfast area being next to the street. Hotel breakfast rooms are often in windowless rooms. It was nice to watch the world go by while eating! Chocolates on our bed on arrival and also when we checked out. Very sweet. Location is so perfect I regretted getting the travel card I prepaid for as everything was so close we walked everywhere. The room was great and very comfy beds.
Cons: I know this is a silly thing to complain about, but some more English language channels would have been good. Lots of German and Italian ones were there. A couple of nights we got back fairly early but couldn't watch TV. But I do of course understand.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spacious. It was a comfortable stay.
Cons: The shower can’t keep the water in as it’s only half covered by glass. We got a pool of water in the bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, cosy covers, desk and chairs to sit, and work on. Privacy curtains, personal lights, multiple electric points Great, friendly and helpful staff Small, but perfectly usable kitchen area with plenty of clean pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. The location was great. Easy walking distance to old town, the bus station (to Vienna, Budapest, Devin) Fantastic Wifi
Cons: Bathroom was private only in the sense that it was only used by the room guests. The bathroom was not ensuite, but in another room, separated by the kitchen. No separate bathroom and toilet. When the room is full with six guests, there can be a a wait, especially when the girsl are doing their make-up. Breakfast was coffee or fruit tea. The coffee was awful.

Pros: The location The cleanliness
Cons: The breakfast could be better for the price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location.
Cons: From my room I could hear my neighbors.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was large, clean with excellent facilities, for example, hair dryer and kettle.
Cons: The walls were quite thin which meant I could hear people's conversations next door.
6.7 Good
Pros: Environment.
Cons: Not very clean. Be aware of one concept when you book: be sure that the shower is private and not in a shared bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I didn't have a breakfast because of my holiday plan. But I have an opinion about 10 beds room. It has perfect design to stay more than 6-7 people. You have special field to sleep, to read, or to relax in your bed. You have a power point at bed headboard and practical light to do your works such as reading, cleaning or wearing.
Cons: There weren't any park places. All park fields are reserved for locals. You can not park cross-sign areas. You should go out of city center or find non-cross sign park fields in the streets
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was nice
Cons: The common area wasn't really cosy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, clean, staff was great and rooms quite confortable
Cons: On our floor (4th) there is just one (1) shower for 5/6 rooms, thats mean potentially 20/24 people for just one shower and 2 bathroom. That’s insane. The same with the kitchen. I never find forks nor big plates available, too few cutlery, too few pots and pans, too few glasses, too little space for such a big structure.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The receptionists tried to help me but the hostel didn’t take any responsibility for what happened.
Cons: I got my stuffs stolen in my room. I put them in the locker but it couldn’t lock properly (it was broken). Like always they said it was not their responsibility even if the locker was not working.

Always a nice touch. Old town Bratislava, some great cafes and restaurants, and the US Embassy are all within easy walking distance.
Cons: Parking was tight, and a bit trickey to get in to. The hotel is elegant, but starting to look a bit passed its prime.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent for exploring Bratislava. The old town is only a few minutes walk and the hotel overlooks the beautiful River Danube. Our room had a wonderful view onto the river. There is a lovely terrace at the front of the hotel where it is lovely to sit out and have a drink or some food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also used the swimming pool and gym, which were great.
Cons: We had a wonderful lunch which was excellent value. The only issue was that my wife and I were the only people having lunch in the restaurant, which meant there was very little atmosphere. The food did make up for the lack of atmosphere however!
