Overall, the hotel was great. We had almost no complaints about it. Great location, within walking distance of metro stop, Souq Waqif and Corniche. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Erin, was able to check us in a couple of hours early since they had a room available. She also helped us figure out the Etheraz app, which is needed to enter some buildings and venues. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Sharif, also at the front desk, helped us with planning our visits to all World Cup stadiums. The restaurant is also great, with quality food, and very friendly staff. Alice and Deni made sure with had a great experience every time. The only con was the construction happening in front of the hotel, which makes it a little bit challenging to access it by car, specially at night when they tend to close the road completely. Fortunately, cars can drop you off/pick you up right at the corner for a short walk. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the hotel, as Doha seems to be under major construction/repairs throughout the entire city. Thanks to the hotel staff for an amazing experience!
