The hotel has really become special ever since it was taken over by Wyndham. They did an amazing job cleaning the property up and making a top notch hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable offering amazing views of the ocean. A perfect place for anyone looking for a place to escape the winter up north without having to go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Not a big complaint but the pool could be a little bigger. When you have some kids in there it can feel a little small.
You can't get any closer to the beach than this and there are restaurants within walking distance making it perfect. The only small downside is that the underside of the duvet covers are a bit slippery so they kept falling off the bed throughout the night.
The room size Balcony is not really a balcony Mold in bathroom Found black hair and dirt under the bed sheets it looked like someone used the bed sheets before
I booked 3 nights here with my girlfriend. This hotel seemed like the best deal in the area as far as wanting an ocean view and a balcony. The fridge in the room was a great plus, we were able to buy drinks and snacks to keep in the room. The beds were comfortable, although extremely warm, just turn the thermostat way down before going to bed. The restaurants in the hotel were very good for breakfast and lunch. The night desk person was very rude. We got back to the hotel one night around 11:30pm and wanted to know if room service was still available or if any of the restaurants were still serving. We waited at the desk for a few minutes before finally calling the hotel from one of our cell phones. The night desk person came out of the back to answer the phone, which was us standing there waiting on her. She rudely told us that she had too much work to do and could not stay at the desk. I would understand going to the back room around 3-5am, but this was 11:30 at night, people were still coming and going, bars and restaurants in the area were still open. I suggest this hotel give this person work they can do while at the desk.
I liked that there was a separate room from a mini-living room and the bedroom. I didn't like that the hotel was near so few restaurants. I also was a bit peeved that both televisions were out of order inside the hotel room.
Hotel was clean, and our room had the two doubles with a fold out couch. None of the beds were very comfortable, but the room was otherwise nice, as it had two tv's and a door to separate the beds from the front room. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the pool is heated so it felt nice on a cool morning. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I felt it was a good value for our money. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
StAff was great
In the midst of renovation. Lots of construction debris. The room: One end of the bed headboard fell off the wall. (I was sitting quietly at the foot of the bed.) The toilet water ran continuously so it could not be flushed. There was the sound of rushing water continuously in something in the wall.
Beds were terrible, construction noise was awful, showers were terrible with barely any temperature control. Would never return
Price7 Worn & dirty.
Location was good for me, the pool was nice, Staff was friendly and the breakfast. The Air conditioning did not work right, there were stains on the couch, and a crack under the door that allowed some bugs to come in.
Nice place It had bedbugs then when I told them and showed thennthe pics they told me to contact there insurance and they couldent do anything bout it dont stay here very rude ppl there air conditioning leaked and they did not refund my money or comb me a night or say they r sorry trust me don't stay here inless u want to be attack by bed bugs
The food was gross. It was not very clean.
Location Renovation-noise,dust during my stay, too clouse to free way
Reliable WIFI, decent looking pool, nice location next to highway, large room Gnat and fruit fly problem in shower area. About a dozen live ones flying around shower head, and another dozen that were smashed on the ceiling and walls, that apparently cleaning staff were already aware about but didn't want to the clean dead ones up. We also stayed on the top floor, and all we heard was the loud jackhammers and construction noise inches away from our bed during the weekday morning. Could not sleep at all. Hotel management did not care or want to move us, or give us credit. Never again. If you like wasting money, stay here, or expect management to care, don't think that.
Good Location In renovation... Rooms smell like paint....lots of construction materials....give it 3 months....need new pillows!!!!!
Upgraded to ocean front!! This helped my allergies and cope with a funeral of a dear friend.
Room was spacious. Free breakfast with lots of hot choices. Huge pool area with servers. Direct beach access. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Gift shop. Very clean, just dated. Rooms and halls are somewhat dated. No free parking. $23 to self park and $26 for valet. Everything else was perfect.
Not crazy that we had to pay to park. Connecting to wi-fi was extremely frustrating; finally gave up!
We made the mistake of booking thru Kayak. That will never happen again. We through we were booking a sweet. When we checked in all that was in the room was a king bed, a very small closet, some kind off stand , TV that sat on the stand, desk and chair. There was no sofa nor was there a dresser to put our clothes in. I have stayed in Double Tree before and Deerfield version of a sweet is different from the others. After multiple phone calls with the front desk and with Kayak which I got no satisfaction. Finally I spoke with someone in guess services that was able to move me to another room. Initially I was told that all the rooms were booked up by the front desk. I which I could remember the lady from guess services name. Before I spoke with her I was very upset. To her I say thank you.
People were nice. The under construction aspects. The clock radio awoke us at 1 am and could not be shut off -- not fun!
Check in was quick and easy. We just needed a place to sleep due to a long drive, and the bed was excellent. Large room considering what I paid. The chicken chip cookies were very welcome too.
I like that the hotel is right off the interstate. They offer coffee and tea at the front desk. The staff is generally overall friendly My last two visits resulted in me having to switch rooms. The first time, when I flushed the toilet, it filled up with nasty black stuff. This last time, when I flushed the toilet, it never filled back up with water.
It was very clean.
room , beakfast

The staff was very courteous and helpful and the free breakfast foods were excellent choices of healthy foods. The room was very clean and we liked the decor. How can I get a king or queen size mattress for my home. It was the best sleep I had in years. The hotel advertised a heated pool. The pool was not heated at night.
We have used this hotel before and received exceptional service from the desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff. The location was convenient as well. Everything was fine.
The bed I was awaken by the fire alarm at 8 am an also tried to charge me 50 additional dollars that I had to dispute
Great room, staff friendly and awesome breakfast and happy hour
Everything was good to excellent but not having wifi in the room, and no resolution, changed my opinion on on everything. No wifi in room. Moved to diff. room when reported as necessary for work. There, too, wifi did not stay connected. . This was also reported but no efforts or offer of a room where it worked. Apparently, they are aware that: 'Rooms near elevators don't ge

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Would prefer bedroom separate from living area.
Nothing The staff was very rude will not be returning
It looked more like a motel !!! It wasn't worth my money at all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone .
Girl at the front desk was rude and never looked up when I was talking to her the hallways were filthy and the pool was filled with leaves and water level was low. The FREE breakfast was consisted of bread and frozen waffles. The room was d I try had hair on sheets and hot water went in and out during and shower. We were there for 1 night and went 5 miles down the road to best Western for 10 more dollars a night we had a suite with complimentary drinks and pool bar and the staff was professional and very friendly. Do NOT stay here Trashy and very rude staff
there's nothing I like about the place! except for the woman at the front desk was nice enough for being in Florida where people are generaly very rude to others. The Hotel was very dirty, smelly, and everything is falling off ( i.e...ceiling texture, carb wed on lamp shade, bathroom and sinks was very disgusting, beds sinks when you seat on them and hurts your body badly next day etc....it appeared to me that whoever maintain the place is very cheap because even the screws they used to hold the lamp shade to the walls are the wrong screws and color and they are not even attach to the wall properly and if one don't touch them lightly they will fall off, the TV has soo much dust like it hasn't dust off in years. over all I would never stay there again and I don't recommand it unless you enjoy dirty disfunctional place, than go right ahead other wise I don't care who you are you will not have a good time there period.
I was only there for an overnight stay due to Dr. appointments on successive days..........................
Nothing did not stay left Cops and drug dealers prostitutes
If you are looking for that authentic ghetto experience, look no further. Staff at the front desk were rude upon check in. Would not even take the time to tell us where our rooms were and appeared annoyed that they even had to help us check in. While loading our luggage in we got to witness a fight between to females in the parking lot. This included screaming, swearing, etc. We were offered crack cocaine within 10 minutes of being there. The pool was full of debris and when a kid tried cleaning some of it out to go swimming, she was yelled at by management to put their pool supplies down "they're not toys" When we told the woman (who appeared to be management) to have someone come and clean out the pool, the response was to send no one down to clean the pool. The bathrooms stunk and were far from clean. The buildings, rooms, stairwells, and grounds in general were worn down and in need of a lot of repair. There were police cars (albeit comforting at times) driving through the parking lot all night with their lights off. (not sure what/who they were looking for). There are definitely more people living there then people using it for short stay. If I were La Quinta corporate, I would tear this place down and start over.
When I showed up around 9:15p, the desk receptionist was fast, accurate and very nice in getting me checked in. he provided me with a room option that was good for me and I appreciated it. I was checked in within minutes of arrival. A very good experience. the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. The bed and reading chair were very suitable for the space and I was able to work effectively. I had some confusion on where some outside walking options existed. I was there for a conference and did not feel the conference rooms were marked well from the hotel lobby. Early in the morning, prior to 8 am, there was cleaning activity next door in an adjoining room. I felt this was too soon.
The room was very nice, clean, well furnished-- everything I would expect in a higher-end hotel. Staff was pleasant, location near shopping center was convenient. Temperature in the common areas was freezing! The hotel restaurants were closed in the afternoon.
Staff was very stuffy shuttle service not advisable hotel greatly under stall in summer
Location was perfect. Vallet was awesome! Unfriendly staff at check in Only 2 towels in bathroom upon arrival No safe in the room The refrigerator was turned completely off and we had to pull it out of the cabinet to figure out how to turn it on.
We stayed at the Town center Marriott in Boca twice this month for 2 nights each and both times they did not do housekeeping (towels, clean bathroom, make beds) on the second day. We made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Nice hotel and good value through kayak but having to ask for towels on the second day in such a hotel is less than expectations.
The room, bed, location, and property were all very nice. They must have an issue with their fire alarm system because it went off near the same time both nights of our stay. Right around midnight. Staff did not say anything or ever apologize.
Nice to have a fresh and healthier place to eat. They had a total gym with no connectors to use the machine. House keeping was rude and never smiled or acknowledged you.
The staff were so accommodating when we stayed for 8 days with an 11 month old. We could not have asked for better service or more understanding and kindness. Great gym! They should really do a free breakfast. The tea lounge is great but it is very pricey. $3 for a cup of tea in the morning! At least a complimentary continental breakfast would really make this visit perfect.
Pool area and location are very good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too small Tv didn't work. Had to call for a repair. Toilet paper was just placed on the vanity. No toilet roll dispenser. Air conditioner is very loud and could not sleep.
Great location and value Was undergoing maintained on the pool
Clean and nice. Great pool Perfect location.
Although, getting into my room was a pain, the room was extremely clean and so was the pool area. (disclaimer: the pool is not as big as it seems in the picture at all) Four times when I tried to enter my room my key wouldn't work, so I'd have to go down to the lobby and ask them to fix it. It wasn't my key, it was the door! Surprisingly enough after 4 times trying to enter my room, you could imagine that I was a little upset; the staff did not apologize or even offer me a different room but they sure did take their sweet time to fix it.
Pool area and restaurant was great. Finishes in rooms (e.g., bath) were surprisingly dated for a Wyndham. Clearly converted from an older hotel. But they were clean.
The Tea and Coffee house on the second floor. And the Farmer's table adjacent was good. Convenient to many business venues and restaurants. Very basic. Not a four star hotel. Pillows were so bad I went out and bought my own.
Good location. Good service. Clean and looks great No refrigerator
No balcony in room
Pool was great. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Pool was lovely. Staff was friendly Dirty pillow case the first night and then the next day, the cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth that wasn't mine on my bathroom floor and didn't refill the toiletries.
Staff helpful, friendly Bedding needs replacement
Staff was incredibly attentive. Very clean. windows have a GREAT blackout shade, but there is no semitransparent shade to let light in while still having some privacy. most rooms face the parking lot and on the first floor there are cars only 15 feet away. no refridgerator
The service was outstanding
Including trial sign in and sign out quick and easy They did not have two bed room despite reservation for same
This is not a four star hotel--more like a fancy 2.5 star place
Free breakfast for kids Decor Pool bar and restaurant Outdoor space for sitting and lounging Sheets were very soft Low quality pillows Too few towels both in room and pool side No drawers in room-all Shelving and storage were open/visible Toiletries not replaced well-we stayed 5 night
The staff was incompetent and unapologetic. The room smelled like a dog. The crowd of angry customers in the lobby was clearly a sign to find another hotel.
I booked the room through Kayak and, when I got to the hotel they didn't have me in their computer. Luckily they had a room but, charged me more money.
Bed was firm. Tv allows for connection of devices. Decent internet speed Smelled like smoke. Sheets had bloodstain on them. Need i say more. Door look like it had been pushed through the wall previously. Thermostat had to jam the lower button for it to actually go down
Staff was friendly and very helpful! Rooms were clean and air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was alright. Standard.
The staff was amazing, especially Nicholas
The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. Free wifi was a plus. The room I was given was labeled as "non-smoking," however, it was heavily stenched with smoke and had burn marks in the carpet everywhere. The quality of the room was horrid, more like a dingy motel of a Norman Bates horror movie. The floor was crusty, the wood floor sticky, and the entire room extremely outdated. I felt very uncomfortable all night, as if a cockroach would come crawling on me at any moment. The hotel floor was very loud, with doors slamming all night. As soon as I got home 8 hours later, I had to put my entire suitcase and clothes to be washed, as it all reeked like smoke. I'm very surprised because I've never encountered a La Qunita like this. Especially in a popular beach community of affluent neighboring hotels. Very disappointing.
Price This hotel smelled very musty. We stayed on the second floor and both the elevator and hallway to our room smelled "old". The room itself was fine, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable. For $150 a night I would have expected a better facility overall. Breakfast, while free, was really unappetizing. I tried a chocolate chip muffin and couldn't finish the first bite. The waffles were a nice addition, but given the musty smell of the entire hotel, I wouldn't eat anything that wasn't prepackaged.
Nothing The room was dingy; the mattress was old and uncomfortable; the towels and other items were cheap And of poor quality; there was no writing surface in the room.
Location and while there was nothing special about it you could see the staff/ownership made a real effort. An extra amenity fee. I've never paid one before and didn't I got anything for it.
The hotel is in a nice location and the room had a nice lush garden patio. The pool had a tiki bar that was convenient and well maintained. Everything looks nice until you enter the hotel room. The hotel seems to be in need of updates and repairs. it was fine for a quick overnight stay.
Loud construction noise
To start, they tried to put us in a lesser room then we booked. The rooms smell musty/moldy. Bed sheets were not changed daily. Housekeeping straightened up, but did not CLEAN! The same room service tray sat outside the room next door for 3 days! No information in rooms about amenities or services - when asked at the front desk, we were given a xeroxed sheet of paper that didn't offer any real information. Glad we did not spend a lot of time in room! Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. The only good thing was the location.
Close to everything Two tvs only one worked
Great price for the location. Nothing to write home about in terms of the interior of the rooms but was clean.
Location, pool, easy check-in. Restaurant and tiki bar on site. A/C, ice machine, refrigerator, everything worked as it should. Friendly staff. A couple roaches came out of the microwave.
ALL the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs enough to be friendly and accommodating. Pool private, big enough to do laps. Breakfast awesome! Linens comfortable. Price good value, a 10 minute walk to the beach Plenty of parking in lot. poor internet with personal laptop, and even business center computer. Only my husband was able to connect to the room wify.
It was not right on the beach, but within easy walking distance. It was very near the pier. The hotel was old, small, and nothing fancy. It was in a very congested area, which I don't find relaxing when I go to the beach.
Monique ran the front desk like an orchestra conductor. Breakfast room was well stocked and neat as a pin. Cleaning staff did a great job too. Traffic noise on busy street made it hard to get to sleep.
Desk staff allowed us to check in early after making the reservation just moments before online. We had just gotten off a cruise and we were exhausted. Breakfast was really good for being free. Rooms are nice. Laminate floors and renovated bathrooms. The inside was totally different from what you saw on the outside which was cool. Apparently there's only one elevator in the entire building (not even a service elevator). This didn't seem like an issue at first until all of the maids were using it alllllll day which caused us to wait longer just to get downstairs. That was the only irritating part of the stay.
Restaurant food is delicious and the service is awesome. The views are lovely. The beach resort is accessible by shuttle and is worth the ride, very beautiful. The best things are the staff and the view Everything is way overpriced, starting with the $40 a night mandatory valet parking to the $35 per person breakfast. If you don't have a car you don't have a choice, so it gets expensive. The rooms are nice but there is very low water pressure in the shower and the sink. No soundproofing so you will hear everything your neighbor's are doing (I.e. The screaming infant in the adjacent room).
It had a good location by I-95 The shower did not work in the first room and it smelt like smoke. We room moved but then in the new room the thick comforter had a large stain on the inside. It was tossed on the floor. There was also a large amount of long white hair in the corner of the carpet. There is also no pool at the property which was our mistake because we assumed it did. The lady at the desk was very nice though.
The front office staff did not appreciate that we did not book the room directly from Ramada. We had requested a room with a king bed, my husband and I had the worst night's sleep, we had showed our confirmation of a king bed, and they scoffed at our request, due to the fact we booked on "one of the sights".
Hotel had all the basic amenities we needed while our family stayed for three weeks until our new home was ready to move in
I think Guest suites offers good value for the accomodations. It was quiet and relaxed Only did not like the tv, thought the channel selection was limited and the quality of the image not so good. Not really a deal breaker.
My wife and I weren't sure how many days we'd be in Boca until we got down there and were pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of parking, the lobby was nice with a very friendly staff. The room was great and new, and the pool was a great size by the bar and restsurant. The hotel wasn't on the beach or by Mizner Park, but in a good area to explore all of Boca. The only down side was the complimentary breakfast. It included coffee, danishes, and bagels. Eggs and juice were extra.
They don't have HD channels on their televisions, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel just feels dark. I wonder if a color scheme change can improve the mood.
I had to change roommate 4 times due to having no hot water, the room smelled like mold, the smile detector was beeping, the noise of the dumpster begins the room. Awful experience. They have older rooms which ate less than one star And the newer rooms are 1.5 stars. Would NEVER recommend this hotel
The Ramada was conveniently located across the street from Embassy Suites where I attended a real estate seminar. The staff was friendly and anxious to please. The rooms were clean and cozy. I enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. The bartender at the Seabreeze was friendly and hard working. I was not happy with the menu at the Seabreeze restaurant as there were very limited healthy choices. The drink choices at the bar were also limited.
I liked the overall appearance. But as we discover all too often is that beauty is only skin deep. My reservation was messed up by the staff and they were extremely rude. Even with a do not disturb sign the house keepers continued to knock on the door at early hours and the desk staff would call constantly. I will never again be using this location even in the case of an absolute emergency.
Helpful front desk that obliged with directions to a bank, even tho it wasn't near the miles she said it was. My room was outside a staging area for the housekeepers. They started chatting - and chatting - at 7 am pretty oblivious that they were just outside guestrooms. Not the wake up call I expected or wanted.
Too much money for a run down hotel
When we arrived we asked if we could see a room sine the previous place we booked had roaches they were very friendly and said sure gave us a key and we checked it out it was very clean and bug free we booked it online right from the room. We went to the front desk and requested the same room that we looked at which we got along with free breakfast for myself and husband for the week water and chips at check in and we were on our way to the room There were a bunch of construction workers there that wanted to sneak people in and out all night long they kept propping the gate open with bricks thanks to the mantainance guy he had to go back and shut it several times to make sure people weren't just coming in and out especially if those people are people that shouldnt be there. Other then that no complaints everything was great including the staff The omelette lady was excellent such a hard caring worker that cares about doing a good job and excellent with the customers, those workers are hard to find and are few and far between. Overall excellent experience and we will be back!
The hotel is connected with the Boca Raton Resort and club therefore all the facilities at the main hotel are available for quests at the beach club the beach club can get very crowded on the weekends especially holiday weekend since it is not just a hotel but also a private country club.
Arielle is the best bartender ever!!!
The location is good Id you want to stay in Boca. The rooms were unclean. That is my first priority and they failed miserably. Used band aids, gum, dirty carpets, common areas. Really disappointed.
Large rooms with door between bedroom and living area. Clean, courteous staff, free full breakfast Lot of noise from children there for a softball tournament
The food From The room service restaurant was amazing. Best part of our stay.
The location was ideal. And, although the food was mediocre at best, the free breakfast buffet added to the overall value for the total cost of the stay. Likewise, the fact that parking was free made this property a better value than other area properties we considered who charged for parking, resort fees, etc. The physical plant was a hot mess (literally and figuratively)! Woefully inadequate air-conditioning left lobby frigid, hallways steamy, and wild variations even within the suite. The plastic bathtub was cracked and peeling, and the "vintage" sofa sank down to the point that we could not sit on it. The entire property reeked of mold/mildew. The maid service was poor, and the housekeeper we met was downright surly and acted as if our presence was an imposition. The gift shop had weird posted hours (closed all afternoon), and then it wasn't even open during the posted open hours! The front desk staff at check-in treated us like second class citizens because we had booked through Kayak instead of Hilton Honors. Whenever we stopped by the front desk, the staff was too busy socializing to interrupt their conversation to help us.
We loved how family friendly this hotel was. We were also happy with room service, breakfast and cocktail hour. We'll be back. N/a
We were placed in a room alongside 4-5 teenagers who were incredibly noisy in the hight. My wife finally got up and yelled at them and they quieted down. Your front desk should know better than to place teenagers anywhere except isolated from the rest of the guests.
very comfortable hotel in the neighborhood of great shopping mall and restaurants. Only 45 minutes from Miami. no we loved it.l
