Pros (+) The bartender was amazing. I arrived early (about an hour and a half before check in time) and was tired. My room was not ready but the staff rushed to get it done so I could check in and shower.
Cons (-) I’m a clean freak so I noticed things like dirt around the floor boards. The finish on the bathroom mirror was visibly peeled off. The entry door to the room had a strange gap so I could actually see quite a bit of light from the hallway shining through to my room. And in the shower, the ceiling was damaged.

Pros (+) Very pleasant, friendly, courteous, helpful, professional staff willing to go out of their way to be of service. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view from our balcony of the inter-coastal waterway and all of the boats and yachts passing by. Our stay was very pleasant from start to finish.
Cons (-) Sliding door to balcony made a grinding noise when it was opened and we could hear the door above and below opening from time to time during the evening. The doors just need a little maintenance. For some reason the cleaning staff was short wash cloths a couple of days and we had to call to get them delivered to our room.
