Pros (+) Breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were awesome and very polite/eager to help.
Cons (-) The lady driving the shuttle to the Strip was very rude (both times I had the chance to ride with her). Didn’t help me with my suitcases and got mad/raised her voice at me when I asked if it was the right shuttle. I would definitely give a 5 start rating if it wasn’t for her.

Pros (+) Enjoyed the scrambled eggs, buffalo-chicken wrap and the grilled salmon was particularly good. Courteous staff at breakfast, at bar, and FD, and the room was comfy room too.
Cons (-) If I would change anything, would be nice to be able to buy a bottle of beer from the front-desk area. Elevator is a tad slow too, but was still a 5-star stay for me.

Pros (+) The staff was welcoming, recognized my status and the appropriate perks were provided.
Cons (-) I had a problem with the schedule of the shuttle to the Strip - runs once every 2 hours - quite infrequent and had to wait for 45 minutes once to be picked up. Keep that in mind when booking this hotel!
