With a stay at Little Arches Boutique Hotel Barbados - Adults only in Oistins, you'll be on the beach, steps from Miami Beach and a 4-minute drive from Silver Sands Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived, Sandra, Michelle and staff made us feel like family. We enjoyed every single second at Little Arches and are already planning our next trip back. The sea view room with our own private pool was heavenly, and the food at Cafe Luna was delicious. We have never met such friendly staff, I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat! x
Cons: Nothing. We loved everything (but the rum punch welcome drink was a clear winner)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very helpfull. Room was very clean and stylish. The Luna restaurant is very good. Short walk to the beach and to town. Many resturants nearby.
Cons: Can not think of a single things.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Little Arches is absolutely amazing! I have never felt more welcome at a hotel than I did here. I was celebrating a special birthday so I received a room upgrade, a small gift and they decorated my room while I was out at my birthday dinner! They couldn't be more helpful. I didn't have to lift a finger while I was there. The food at the restaurant was really fabulous too.
Cons: The only downside of Little Arches for me was that there weren't other restaurants within walking distance. However, the St. Lawrence Gap area is just a 10 minute cab ride away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, great location near the beach and Oisitins, fab food and the most fantastic staff. We could not have wished for a more perfect wedding and holiday!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location for a tranquil stay. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. The Hotel set up sunbeds and Parasols on the beach each day and can organize a drinks cooler which was ideal as the beach food/drinks van wasn`t operating when we visited. The Restaurant located at the Hotel has a fabulous setting and the food was excellent.
Cons: Minor point but the courtesy room would benefit from AC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff was super friendly. quiet neighborhood. well kept place.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is spacious and beautifully appointed. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is wonderful. Two sinks is a lovely arrangement.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the remodeled look... Have stayed there four times and highly recommend the property and experience to all.
Cons: More TV channels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location by the Gap. Very clean environment. The staff members were very welcoming and ready to assist if necessary. The food at this hotel is also EXCELLENT. The breakfast and burgers were amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view and location was perfect!
Cons: We only had our room cleaned once the entire week.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What you see in the photos is exactly how it is..! Modern, very clean, lovely decked pool area with ocean view and right on the gap itself. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We spent a week here and would recommend it for couples. Transport into Bridgetown, sandy lane and oistins are very regular (mini buses)...they'll toot you as they drive past and will stop if you want a ride..cheap too at 3 Barbados Dollars each way..can be crowded at times but, very regular so could always wait for another! Fish friday at Oistins was ok...if you've been to Antigua it's a poor mans version of Shelley Heights without the views or the amazing steel band and with a few souvenir tat stools. Enjoyed Barbs but, much preferred Antigua and Saint Lucia!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room are clean. Decor is pretty. Staffs are friendly.
Cons: Probably better TV stations but it is down to preference and am just nitpicking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I truly enjoy les my experience. Although it always one night. The facility always very clean and staff extremely helpful. I would definitely return.
7.5 Good
Pros: In general had a good stay, the reception is quite helpful. Nice view from the window
Cons: They didn’t clean my room one day. So rubbish and dirty towels turned a bit smelly in such hot weather.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect! Near many restaurants and walking distance from many sights. I loved the breakfast! It was tasty and fresh. Service was amazing, from the front desk to the bartender! The view of the waters and pool was amazing to wake up with each morning. It was a beautiful hotel to stay in!
Cons: The rule of no guests past 10pm, not even for special circumstances. I feel if we are adults and can stay up late during our visit, we have to step outside to meet other friends since they are not allowed inside. Very limiting and first time I experienced this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is stunning. Beautiful rooms. Immaculately clean and the staff so friendly
Cons: Noise from the clubs close by but we knew what we were getting
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughters (aged 23 & 17) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Gap. Lovely, modernised hotel. Hotel is extremely clean. Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. Any issues where promptly addressed by staff. Great location; in the heart of St Lawrence Gap, a 15 minute bus ride from Bridgetown and a stones throw away from some truly beautiful beaches. Hotel is overlooking the Caribbean Sea and what a breathtaking view it is! The feeling of falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean is indescribable! Overall; excellent hotel which I highly recommended. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you South Gap
Yellow Bird Hotel - St Lawrence Gap - Building

9.2 Excellent (429 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Yellow Bird Hotel in St. Lawrence Gap, you'll be on the Strip, within a 5-minute drive of Dover Beach and Rockley Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast menu was fairly wide, and what we ordered was invariably well done and well presented. The service was friendly and efficient.
Cons: The roadside menu could be more user friendly, as it was not as readable at night as rival establishments, This does not affect the hotel guests, who have access to personal table menus in the normal way, but a dedicated and illuminated roadside menu in black and white like virtually all others in the Gap, could attract more 'passing trade' which could add to the atmosphere of the dining experience at the hotel restaurant. This is not a criticism, but just a useful suggestion (hopefully) to express my good wishes for the Yellow Bird Hotel and its staff.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, rooms very modern and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extra supplies provided when needed ,such as make up wipes, toothpaste, what a great extra touch!

Cons: I loved everything about my stay! Highly recommend!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked that it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was spacious and I loved the bathroom. (I literally wanted to take it home). I also liked that the lamps had outlets in them which made it easy to charge my devices
Cons: There wasn't much option of cable stations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: I liked everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: + Excellent location + Great breakfast options (for vegetarians and gluten intolerant people too) + Very friendly staff. They even had a surprise in the room for my birthday. + Fully recommend this place!
Cons: - Just that the internet connection could have been a bit faster/stable. This seems to be the issue in most hotels though in my experience, even in Europe surprisingly.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and the bar area was pleasant and the restaurant next door was fantastic. Good views from the room.
Cons: Closest beach was a 15-20minute walk. Toilet leaked one evening and the pool was really small and right next to the main road. Expensive for what it was especially considering breakfast was not included.

Cons: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and cozy house. A home away from home
Cons: Not walking distance to the beach, but minor issue.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was well appointed, clean and tidy; I was able to get a good night's sleep. Heather was very helpful as host and Chris provided airport pick up and transportation services during my stay.
Cons: The apartment is located in a residential area within 15 minutes walking distance of the airport. Closest place I found to buy food was at the airport itself.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is just awesome... talk about relaxation... the apartment has everything you could warm, all it needs is a pool but who need a pool when you have the beach couple minutes away.
Cons: That there were no room service.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Host heather was above and beyond. Even gave us gifts for the Easter. What more can one ask for?
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great to be close to the Airport, you can actually walk there. There are buses you can take to get into Bridgetown. It was very clean, peaceful and quiet. Get for couples who don't want to spend a whole lot of money to be close to the beaches.
Cons: Couldn't find a place to deliver food. Taxi service needed or bus service needed to get closer to everything.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to air port
Cons: There was kitchen ware but not enough. Needs more pots maybe a rice strainer.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was immaculately clean, fully equipped with everything you would need for both leisure and business. The location was spot on, very close to public transportation and also right next to the airport, less than 10 minute walk. A very quiet location as well. Simply perfect.
Cons: There was not much not to like. It is apparent the owners thought of all comforts . But I would have liked the option for a warm blanket or comforter as part of my bedding options. The bedroom can get quite cold and there is no blanket to help stay warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were provided with a few breakfast items as well as laundry detergent. Host was exceptional
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were so many things that I loved about the place, from all the rooms to the hospitality of the host. It was really nice to get complimentary groceries.
Cons: Nothing!!! I loved everything

Cons: Beach not suitable for swimming
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a stunning property with beautiful gardens. Drinks are internationally branded and the bar staff are always ready to please. We enjoyed the food and the speciality restaurants The spa bath on the balcony is really worth having as is an ocean view room.
Cons: It is a minor criticism but the pick-up at the airport was a bit slow and disorganised. Our reception at the resort was not very impressive. Some of the staff require better training.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The gardens were excellent and the beach at the time of year we went was excellent. There is a great choice of pool areas all varying in ambience and shade. First rate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: awesome
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very welcoming and friendly and did everything possible to make our stay perfect.
Cons: Information in room about restaurant opening times, entertainment programme and how to contact Reception. Sandals app shows out of date times.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is one huge resort with 2 names Sandals Barbados & Sandals Royal Barbados - there is no divide guests use all facilities the Royal accommodation may be modern but who stays in their room much in Barbados! We had club level penthouse ocean view amazing! Fabulous view room was large spacious had fabulous large soaking tub overlooking ge ocean. Food at all restaurants very high standard staff amazing entertainment could be improved but it's difficult to find fault with a 6* double resort in Barbados! We travelled around the island so its accessible. Advice would be dont book expensive accommodation or think swim ups exclusive book accommodation at Sandals Barbados but enjoy all the facilities of the Royal. The pools are well kept, the gardens are incredible, the beach (December) was so clean picture perfect. No need to do external boat trips as Sandals does them free!
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, attentive and gracious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Love we had a microwave and refrigerator in room.
Cons: The beach waves were rough and rocky seabed. Wish they had more night entertainments at the hotel. No elevator but stairs were not bad. Needed more varieties on menu.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the breakfast! It had a great variety and it was on the beach. Hearing and seeing the ocean was lovely.
Cons: Consistent ice water would have been great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the friendly hotel and restaurant staff.
Cons: Definitely need elevators as I was on the 4th floor and had to climb 48 stairs each time! Cable did not work and gave fire stick and that didn’t work either. TV kept going out and repeating the same words which was annoying . Had to give me a cell phone as room phone did not work. Could use an update to the rooms such as tiles on floors in tub, bathroom and all rooms.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beachfront, nicely laid out, comfy, clean.
Cons: It does not protect the guests from taxi overcharging - the only country I've been to (and I've been to many) where taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is cheaper than from the hotel to the airport!! Taxi overall is expensive, and there are no cheaper alternatives for families. Ocean waves were all the time too choppy to swim. Hotel could use renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facility was clean and the staffs were friendly, always willing to assist.
Cons: Breakfast. My toast was burned and I asked for medium cooked eggs but got something before over easy. Totally uncooked.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms, comfortable, nice terrace with a nice view.
Cons: A lot of seaweed on the beach, no breakfast included.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It room was extremely well furnished. Impeccable bathrooms.
Cons: Personally: cats around the property.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff attitude was very professional and accommodating. Service in every department was excellent. Location of our room (4th floor no elevator) was challenging at times. Mother Nature did not cooperate with rough ocean that made our beach adventures difficult. First time that we visit the island of Barbados and we hope we can come back next year again!
Cons: Location of our room(4th floor).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good location, 5 minutes drive to St Lawrence Gap, etc. Amenities such as gym were very good. Great pool area and a step away from Maxwell beach.
Cons: Wi-Fi connectivity wasn't good in our room and kept on fluctuating and disconnecting. No complimentary tea / coffee in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Staff and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Clean hotel and facilities.
Cons: The menu at the restaurant was limited and nothing to write home about.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The resort was beautiful and in an excellent location! Gorgeous flowers! Two lovely pools and steps away from a beautiful sandy beach. It was extremely well maintained and had all the amenities we needed with a full kitchen. We loved sitting on our balcony and having breakfast or lunch and listening to the ocean and viewing the grounds. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Nightly music was nice to listen to either poolside or in the restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner in one of the restaurants and they provide take out if needed. A grill was on the property if you wanted to barbeque. Easy to walk to the bus stop to tour around or the hotel provides a shuttle on some days to the grocery store in town. A wonderful holiday!
Cons: It would have been nice if there were more kids activities available outside, such as table tennis. There was a very nice kids room but it was in the basement of the resort, out of the way of the main activities. The little park across the street had a small play set and the highlight was the tortoise and the hare living there! Maybe you could offer a kids movie under the stars one night?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were given a tour of facilities at check in. The unit had 2 full bathrooms and a pull out bed in the front room. Central A/C and extremely clean and modern. Laundry facilities inside the room for easy access. The beach at rear was spectacular saw turtles swimming.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty, good location, a lot of places to eat close by. Right on a beach. Close to the airport and good security.
Cons: The description should say all one bedroom units were partial ocean views only. The balcony looked over a parking lot and had to lean over the railing to see the ocean. The music was loud at night in our unit towards the back of the building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is fabulous. It really feels like home. The staff treats you like family. My bajan family visited and did not want to leave. I had an exceptional stay!

Cons: Was unable to have breakfast since breakfast starts at 7:30 am and I leave for work at 7:30 am. requested a grab and go only to realize there were no hot items on the menu. 7.0 Good
Pros: I loved the view of the ocean from my room. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The manager, he was very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms. Overall, I thought it was an average hotel. Really need some updates.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, impeccable service and on-site restaurants and grocery
Cons: No
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent the staff was superb it was a fun time here. The pools the grounds are wonderful, a very relaxing environment
Cons: The only negative for me was getting my laundry done, laundry facilities should have been more accessible at a more reasonable cost.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Love The Crane! Our third year in a row that we have visited The Crane. Love the staff, the facility and the location. The beach is lovely and the waves are beautiful.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Lack total of service skills from the personnel. Borderline disrespectful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were in excellent shape and the staff was great
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Need a Shuttle service to supermarket.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Yummy food, large suites, beautiful beach and facilities.
Cons: It is a bit more remote.
6.3 Good
Pros: The pools are nice and spacious. The buildings and gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. The view is spectacular. Our room (1-bedroom suite) includes a kitchenette, a dryer, a wash machine (it destroyed some of my clothes though), which makes it quite convenient.
Cons: For everything I asked for, e.g cotton buds, slippers, power adapter, bottled water, etc. they sent me to thier shop :( And by the way, we stayed in a "suite". The breakfast wasn't that bad (but certainly not great), but from this resort, I had expected much more. Things got broken constantly. Some got successfully fixed, some not, e.g. the a/c.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were beautiful. The security on site was good. All staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the 2/2 private residence with 13 ft private pool. Being a private residence, we assumed housekeeping would only be once a week when it was daily. The kitchen had everything— stand alone ice maker, nice coffee maker (looking to purchase one of these), blender, etc. The number of resort pools was awesome. Even though the water was not for swimming, jumping the waves was fun and jumping off the cliff into the water below was exciting. The restaurants on site were excellent. We dined at every one. We did not utilize room service which was something else you would not expect. The water tasted great, so need for bottled. Everything you would need is located on site.
Cons: The beach at the resort had a lot of seaweed and the water, too. The resort did not utilize its equipment to clean the beach area of seaweed. The area was not for swimming or relaxing in the water as the waves were too intense but we did not realize this when booking. The resort is not near anything, so either a rental car or taxi is needed to get around if you desire to leave property.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very kind and friendly and very helpful
Cons: That it wasn’t all inclusive
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious
Cons: The location is good if you want to stay at the resort , not so good for getting around the island unless you want to drive or take taxis.

Pros: The best location! All the staff were very very friendly. The food was great and I felt really looked after. Would recommend to anyone, I'm definitely coming back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There are no words to describe how incredible all the staff here are! It is magical sitting eating delicious food everyday looking at the postcard-esque beach. Room extremely comfortable. We will miss it so much! Thank you Sugar Bay!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: + friendly staff + wide options for dining - steakhouse was the best! + hammocks at the beach + evening Entertainment + you can use the beach and the area even after you check out. We really appreciated this since our flight was at 8 pm! :-) Since It was our last night in Barbados we wanted to make it special. And it was phenomenal!
Cons: - pool not for swimming - it is more for kids I'd say - walls too thin! You can here literally everything your neighbours saying. Their alarm clock woke me up at 5 am.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was like a boutique hotel. Very clean and food was excellent!
Cons: Beach on south east side so water was rough in late afternoon.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location and food
Cons: Air conditioning wasn’t work, we had to change room. New room in the first floor was smelling strange, annoying experience.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and well mannered. The food was great.
Cons: Some of the games like the Air Hockey and Fuseball Tables were not operational.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s a quaint hotel with character the food was fantastic even in the buffet restaurant and all the staff so polite and helpful One small improvement on the garden facing room would have been a fan on the balcony
Cons: No fan on the balcony
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds excellent shower. Food OK. Reception staff very accomadating .
Cons: Pool has a maximum depth of 3'9" and that is only over about a third of its area. In fact it's a big paddling pool. Small pool is about the size of a large bath . Lovely beach but as soon as you enter the water the sea bed is full of large stones.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and always willing to assist and meet your needs.
Cons: A shuttle service would have been a bonus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so friendly. The food was amazing as well as the drinks from the bar! We slept great because the bed was so comfortable and they had black out curtains
Cons: Having to leave
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room appeared to be recently remodeled. We had the last room oceanfront top floor (3rd) room, furthest from the bar and restaurant. I don't think that we could have a better room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. All of the staff was terrific and friendly, but there were a few standouts (Shamia - Can do wonders with the limited options beyond Rum, Cheryl Ann- Ready to make your dining experience effortless and Darian on the beach at the right time with just the right drink!)
Cons: I would have appreciated knowing that the parliament building and its museum were closed on Tuesday. The shuttle to Bridgetown was offered by the hotel on Tuesday and Thursday, but no indication that the only thing to do in town would be Duty-Free (which is no financial value to anyone in the US). A waste of 4 hours.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire property was pretty clean. The wait staff at UMI were very good. If you want a quiet and calm place to stay with not much activities, this is the place to be.
Cons: The restaurant staff were not very attentive except for the specialty restaurant UMI. The food at the reef restaurant could be better. The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly. Nothing much to do on the property especially at night.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous hotel - very boutique in style - really interesting pool - excellent food and finally, wonderful staff.
Cons: Little bit cut off, but no regrets staying on the property and dining in the restaurant.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location, the attention to detail, the thought and effort that had gone in to creating a lovely environment. Also the friendly, welcoming staff.
Cons: Some difficulty with midges and mosquitoes because the pretty garden rooms are very near to the swimming pool. We couldn’t use the terrace room in the evening.
7.5 Good
Pros: Our peaceful verandah with swinging bed. The sea view. The peacocks. The wonderful colonial house. The very interesting breakfast. The charming and kind staff. The intro to their interesting & reliable cab driver.
Cons: It was rather off the beaten track for first time visitors to Barbados. That is probably our fault rather than theirs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The numerous nooks spotted throughout the property to welcome holiday reflection, and meditative like relaxation is sublime. An isolated compound with oceans of charm and none of the over imposed employee invasion is an original experience to enjoy for as long as you are staying in Barnados. Lush Quiet spaces, jungle pool and peacocks, are words that come to mind.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful, green and peacocks everywhere. Staff helpful and friendly. Jessica was very hands on and went the extra mile for us.
Cons: I wish we had a better view from our room. Apart from that it was a nice room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff and personal very good. set up the TV to be more friendly
Cons: the long distance from the airportgood
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely house, carefully put together with lots of character and charm; beautiful gardens; magnificent peacocks.
Cons: No phone in room - inconvenient as I needed to make local calls. Breakfast on second day completely fell to bits - we were offered DIY instant coffee, and then fried bread with butter and marmalade - I had to point out to the waitress that it wasn’t toast. And then they got the bill wrong. BUT I loved this place and shall go back, many times.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room and cleanliness excellent. Bed very comfortable. Food very good and well presented. Pool and garden area very nice. Within walking distance of Carlisle beach.
Cons: Check-in was a bit slow. No readily available history of the building. Had to ask for information.

Pros: Very polite and accommodating staff absolutely breathtaking decor
Cons: Too little options at the restaurant Pool opening hours too limited
7.0 Good
Cons: Pilows could be softer Food could improve
7.0 Good
Pros: All rooms have an ocean view and are in very close proximity to the ocean. Additionally the staff are very helpful - particularly the cleaning staff.
Cons: There is no gym/exercise area. This was a big issue for all of us as we had to go offsite to another hotel. They should convert the “rarely used” small restaurant into a gym. Small double beds should be upgraded to Queen at least. Decor is very dated but that’s not really an issue.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We really loved the location and the resort. There is an added convenience of staying in a smaller, more quaint resorts, and short-distance walking from the front desk to the studio room, and to the beach in a matter of minutes!
Cons: The breakfast menu and food quality needs improvement. I did not like baked beans as an item choice- and it was actually pork& beans. The hash browns should be prepared using fresh potatoes, instead of frozen brown & serve potatoes, and the bacon was not quality or cooked well.
6.8 Good
Pros: The coffee
Cons: Bar was barely attended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies are lovely. The hotel is immaculate, good location about a 10 minute walk (maximum) to St Lawrence and about 10 minute walk to Accra beach. This was our 4th visit to the island and our first stay at coral sands, we will be back to stay at coral sands ❤️
7.5 Good
Pros: Location Location Location
Cons: Needs a bit of updating
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are large, great kitchen, bathroom, bed, balcony, views. We rented a car but unless you want to discover the island you won't need one. Stores, restaurants are within walking distance.
Cons: The restaurant for breakfast was ridiculously expensive. The food was Okay, we only had one breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing not to like. Hotel is adjacent to the beach has a nice pool area and our room had a nice outside space. Reception went out of their way to give us an early check in.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New to all the bars and fantastic restaurants.
Cons: Its got everything you need on the beach beautiful views, not the biggest. hotel but clean.& comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Brilliant beach bar just around the corner called the Carib. Nice for just chilling would say not for young children.

Pros: Hands down the BEST vacation my wife & I have even taken! The grounds were pristine. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and made us feel right at home. Debra (gift shop/tour booking agent) is AMAZING!! Food was fabulous! We cannot day enough about Butterfly Hotel. We will be back VERY SOON! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
Cons: Everything was fantastic!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Hmmmm. The girl that checked us out was nice.
Cons: Location. Beach was very hard to get to. We were treated like we were not welcome Room was very hot. Not the cleanest.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Right on the Beach! Small beach and chairs available for your use, not crowded. Comfortable, clean room with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Debra was amazing! She arranged for us see everything we wanted in the short time we were there! She says " I know a guy", a quick phone call, and off we go! Thanks Debra! 10 mins to the airport. 15 minute walk to Oistins Fish Fry.
Cons: The Whirlpools were not heated, and dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean with friendly staff in a lovely location . It had really well equipped kitchen for all that really need.
Cons: There was nothing to not like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really loved the view! It was well priced considering that we were just there for the night due to heading out the next morning to go to the Sandals resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: We were happy with everything considering the price paid
9.3 Excellent
Cons: I did not like the fact that the room advertised a king size bed but instead had two twin beds pushed together - which proved to be a bit uncomfortable as you can't sleep in the middle of two beds.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the beach is optimal, the service staff is amazing and breakfast is lovely. The ocean view studio is very cute and comes with a stove, plates and cutlery if one is interested in cooking for oneself. This was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The pool is not the biggest, and after having stayed at Accra Beach Hotel it was just basic but this is not a deal killer. The beach that the hotel occupies is not the the calmest but this is the south coast of the island and that's what you get. The walls are a bit thin and some adjoining rooms might have guests that are sticklers for quiet and your noisy child might drive them crazy :) Other than those minor things, they're really no downsides to this hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the hotel and location which was quite close to oistins The staff where very friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day I liked that the hotel was by the ocean and that we could sit on the deck chairs facing the ocean as well as having 3 jacuzzis and two pools , I would definitely return to the butterfly beach hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family .
Cons: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff at the restaurant were hit and miss, some of the older women would barely acknowledge you and just had horrible customer service. Check out took a long time, I had been double charged and they made me really prove it before checking their systems to confirm and made me wait around while it happened. Room was lovely - very spacious. Bed was literally two stuck together so given the option again I wouldn’t select king as there’s no way to sleep across them comfortably! Location is fine - bit of a walk into town either direction (15/20mins) to the nearest grocery / restaurant. Staff want to put you in cabs all the time but I wish I knew sooner the bus was right out the front - so cheap and really good! So much wasted money on taxis getting around.
Cons: Went through it above
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Cons: Breakfast seemed very expensive if all you wanted a bit to eat - e.g. coffee and toast or fruit.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was perfect, right on the beach and St. Lawrence Gap.
Cons: Breakfast was not included which was a bummer. A/C was not functioning as it should. it took a long time to cool down the room. The Lunch portions were small, eg. I ordered pasta and it came in a small dish. It was more of an appetizer than a meal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location clean cool rooms . Good air con Friendly staff. Beautiful beach
Cons: Rooms a little dated but perfectly acceptable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice smaller hotel on Dover beach. Pool is across the street and also nice. Nice ala-carte breakfast on the beach. Good selection of other eating areas also available within walking distance.
Cons: Some noise from the area could be heard in the rooms at night. Activity desk wasn't as helpful as I would have hoped.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was nice for walking to restaurants
Cons: Would like to have had a coffee maker instead of instant coffee in room. Breakfast menu needs to be improved. Daily buffet would be so nice. the restaurant location is beautiful but underused because of its menu.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hotel was right on the beach which was perfect! Lots of restaurants around the area. Relatively affordable hotel near St. Lawrence Gap.
Cons: I wish there was an elevator since my room was on the 3rd floor and I had heavy luggage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable hotel. Excellent air con .adjacent beach beautiful.
Cons: Rooms a little dated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Infinity on the Beach is definitely a home away from home. The first point of contact with the front desk staff's beautiful smiles - every single one of their staff will never walk by you without saying " good morning, hello, good evening or asking how are you". The check-in process was smooth, the room on the lower level was huge and super convenient for my daughter, the bathroom was clean and renovated , the bar staff and security were amazing and friendly, they had the pool perfect for my daughter and so much more I can write a novel on this Hotel.
Cons: I loved everything - they exceeded my expectations!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked how close it was to several restaurants and stores.
Cons: Hotel I don’t think had any control but huge problem for us. On Sunday and Wednesday night until 1-2am was karaoke going on next door that was so loud that you couldn’t not sleep at all. Got 4hrs sleep both nights. With all the perfect things about this property, that one thing would keep me from staying there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was OUTSTANDING! Very kind, helpful, friendly
Cons: menu selections coyld have been better. More variety and... maybe quicker service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food, service and beach were excellent. We were really happy with our short stay there and will recommend it to others.

Pros: The room is ok.
Cons: Completely poor service. Nobody cares about any of your requests. The transfer was supposed to be organized by hotel but nobody came - and no excuses at all. Main restaurant is awful. Sea view room in fact was a pool and roof view, and very little of the sea. Had to ask for making-up the room for three times. Lots of disappointment. We left this hotel 2 nights earlier, and spoke to a manager asking for refund - no reaction. We even didn't receive a final statement. The location is not really great - lots of waves and windy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. High quality. Everything was tip top. Intend to return.
Cons: Board games not readily available. Crisps, nuts, olives etc to have with the excellent all inclusive drinks would have been very well received
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were really impressed by the hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the location was great (including great white beaches), the food choice every day was very good, the cocktails were great. It was also helpful to have the different pools to relax in, with beach towels supplied.
Cons: Maybe more info online if the facilities (only a small thing).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was exceptional and a really varied menu staff very friendly and polite always trying to help
Cons: The fact that you couldn't smoke on
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The beach is one of the best I've ever seen. The views are incredible. Great location. Food not bad at all for an all inclusive - something we loved everyday. We would come back.
Cons: All the restaurant staff were amazing but the reception staff have a lot to live up to. Very slow. I asked for towels 5 times before I got it. We booked trips but no one told us when we were departing (despite asking 3 times!) No one knew anything. I found a few of them a bit rude. That said, everyone else was a delight. Very friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: I really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the fact that you can have 2 rooms communicating together. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect. The rooms and facilities were always clean and well maintained. There were some great events at the small bar of the hotel with great people teaching us about Barbados. Shawn from guest services was extremely great at booking us the right excursions. The location of the hotel and proximity of the beach was fantastic. We were very happy about the 'smaller' type of hotel/resort, with 3 pools and direct access to the beach. Finally we met some great people from multiple different countries and made some new friends.
Cons: It felt as though not all of the staff at the hotel is happy to be working in the service industry. When you choose a hotel you are looking for the best experience that will make you want to go back but not all of the staff felt as though this was their mission or values. From a cuisine perspective, both a la carte restaurant need better quality and better variety. Breakfast were great but dinner options were limited and not tasty. We ended eating out on multiple nights which makes a trip more expensive when you pay for all inclusive. There are some quite good restaurants on the island so hotels need to follow as well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was amazing!
Cons: The restaurants and the food served was not very good. It was quite annoying having to book a table every night and not being able to eat whenever we wanted to.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall, we all loved our 5 night stay here at Sea Breeze Hotel. The resort isn't super large or populated, so it has a nice intimate feel to it overall, and you quickly get to know the lovely staff and other visitors. The beach is very nice, with good chairs, and is right in front of the hotel. They served us drinks us on the beach which was a first for us. We spent most of our time their. The rooms we stayed in were recently renovated (or it was a new building), so we were very happy with their quality. Pretty much all of the food was spectacular too.
Cons: My partner and I, and another couple, were traveling together. So when booking, instead of getting 2 separate individual rooms, we saw that we could save some money by getting a shared room that had 2 separate bedrooms each having a large bed in each (and we didn't mind sharing a bathroom and living area so this made sense for us). That is how the room is listed on book.com. But when we arrived, we were not happy to see that one of the rooms had 2 single beds in it. This was a very difficult problem to resolve, because the on site management could not provide us with the room that we had booked through this site. At first they actually challenged me, and asked me to provide proof of the room that I booked. Luckily me being the paranoid person that I am - I had proof. I also even took the initiative to add a special request in the booking that we were 2 couples who each wanted a room with a single large bed because I had read other reviews where people did not get the room that they thought they booked - which didn't matter. Since we arrived at 7 pm, and nobody on site has any power to change anything, we had to wait until 8 a.m. the next morning until their central office was open to get it resolved. So for the first night my partner and I slept in two single beds quite reluctantly. It turns our after some very hard debating (I'm a very stubborn person, and I felt wronged by this, and I wasn't going to settle until they accommodated to our needs), we learned t problem is this sort of room configuration does NOT EXIST at all, which we found out the next day when the marketing manager came on site. Aka they are false advertising on book.com, so be careful what you book. I am happy to say though that eventually they did resolve our issue, and ended up giving us two separate rooms that were conjoined - which I greatly appreciate.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodation was modern and brightly decorated after a recent refurbishment. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location and beach lovely.

Pros: Great beach
Cons: Room too small, cramped bathroom, staff a little too stiff
7.0 Good
Pros: The tea and muffin services we loved! The manager's cocktail was lovely. The steel bands were awesome. The privacy of the beach was awesome.
Cons: The restaurant wait staff would not acknowledge you when waved at for service. Waited over 3 min to be served. They were painfully slow and very unfriendly. You had one waitress who is quite a bit older than the others who was amazing and worked circles around the younger staff. I wish I had gotten her name. I believe she had shorter hair with a little grey and was of a slim build.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great staff especially sandy and edwin
Cons: No cushions for chase lounges would have paid a little extra.beach lounge chairs very uncomfortable considering the price of rooms.lighting in room was terrible
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location on a long and sandy beach with amazing views out to sea.
Cons: Th the Sun beds for the beach need replacing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: We booked a kings size double bed with a balcony We got a queen size double bed with a balcony
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable room with superb beach view. Staff were helpful if we needed anything. Beach was fabulous.. red flags out on a couple days but the further end of the beach was always calm and usable. Being visited by 3 turtles made up for it the day after anyway.
Cons: Having to pay $3 a day to use the safe in the room is ridiculous. The presence of a kettle and cups but the absence of tea/coffee/milk etc is not what i would expect in this range of accomodation. I would also suggest the fish ponds be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was.

The Hilton Barbados Resort holds the biggest hotel meeting facility on the island, making this the ideal place for business travelers. However, families in search of an easy vacation with a great package deal also find comfort at the hotel. Located on Needham’s Point and close to the capital city and commercial center of Bridgetown, the Hilton is close to major historical and cultural sites in the area. Golf courses, surfing areas, botanical gardens, and more are all within a 30-minute drive or less from the hotel Large resort amenities make the Hilton popular with conventions and families. One of the largest beaches on the island great for swimming and snorkeling is the big draw for vacationing families. A large bi-level pool complex with lounge chairs and flag-up bar service is extremely popular, as is the full-service spa, kids’ club, and social event including limbo night and karaoke night. A modern fitness center is on-site, along with a water sports facility, three tennis courts, and tons of business facilities. The resort offers several dining and drinking options for everyone. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most amazing views of anyplace ever! So clean and the staff were so friendly!
Cons: No microwaves in rooms or laundry facilities ( self serve) and the food wasn’t great but everything else was perfect!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. A wide choice was available in buffet everyday. The hotel was excellent overall, clean and comfortable, nice facilities.
Cons: Dinner. There was limited options for a la Carte. Same menu each time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a really good value for the price. Friendly staff, especially Tracy-Ann who cleaned out unit.
Cons: The beach was close and pretty, but the red flag was up a lot. Thus went next door several times, which was a bit cumbersome.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location in heart of hotel area
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire facility was nice and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Fabulous pools and beaches.
Cons: Relatively small issues. First, there is a seaweed problem during the summer in Barbados. Rather than simply rake it every morning (or night), the Hilton chooses to ignore it. As a result, no one (or almost no one) used the beach.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The beach is kind of secluded because there’s no other access except through the hotel grounds; which is great. However, the beach is nested with seaweed and current is strong. Not suitable for Swimming. Other beaches in the west are clean, soft sand and calm water.
Cons: Through booking.com, the hotel allocated the worst room for us and when we complained about how noisy the aircon was in the room, the reception replied that they can’t do anything about it and said that it would be the same even if they moved us as we booked through booking.com instead of directly through the school. The next day when I gave feedback to the housekeeping, they just asked me to monitor it. After three nights of enduring it, the reception called to inform that they can offer us a room change on the last night! We didn’t bother to move anymore since we are checking out 3am the next day! Throughout the four days stay at the resort, only Sophia the receptionist is full of smiles and welcoming. The rest didn’t look too happy to work there. Gina, the duty manager, was probably one of the rudest staff in the hotel with an attitude. I guessed there’s a change of management perhaps; the last time when we were there few years ago, all the staff were really nice and friendly. Food quality at poolside had also deteriorated, but the grill bar was still good.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super friendly and rooms cleaned everyday. Plenty of sun loungers around pool.
Cons: Breakfast ridiculously overpriced.

Pros: Really didn't use the restaurant facilities at all but because it is located close to the pool we did observe the coming and going of the staff.
Cons: Very little. Perhaps a bit more attention could be given to some small details. We did initially have a 220V electric kettle with no place to plug it in. The staff quickly replaced it with a new one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for the places I had to go. A very good location. Excellent food.
Cons: It only serves breakfast and lunch. Dinner only if requested.
7.0 Good
Pros: Each time I stay there the hotel staff tries to charge extra fees. For example, the oven was dysfunctional and so I had to use a small bath towel to remove the food because of the smoke. The food got on the towels and the staff wanted me to pay for the towel. All they needed to do was use bleach. Also, the fire alarm in the room was removed. This is the second time I've had a towel experience with this hotel. They did not was the towel beforehand but wanted to charge me. Wash the towels. They are supposed to get dirty
Cons: Sorry I wrote the story above. Tell the staff to wash the towels and stop expecting guests to pay extra for the use of towels. Also the towels are old and need to be replaced.

Pros: The location is excellent, 2 supermarkets very close by and convenient for stocking up on anything you need. Also, Worthing Beach is right across the road, we had a lovely view from our bedroom. Rockley Beach is a short walk away and the St Lawrence Gap is as well. Really ideally located to see the south coast. Nearby there is a good choice of restaurants for those days you don't want to cook. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop, so getting around the island is easy if you don't want to rent a car. We have stayed at Worthing Court before, but visiting in June meant that the hotel is a lot quieter, many days, we had the pool area to ourselves. Our apartment was clean when we arrived and daily maid service was provided. Everything was great, staff are wonderful, room is comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to make a meal.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was having to leave, but we are returning next January so that helps :)

Cons: Everything was marked CW while I understand the purpose as I work at a resort some things shouldn’t be so visible to guest
