Perfect location!!! The proximity to the beach was convenient for a family with children. The Junior Suite was perfect for a family of four.
The timing for the housekeeping services, we sometimes returned to our room in the afternoon (at about four o'clock) and on one occasion the room was in the process of being cleaned and on another occasion, it was not cleaned at all.
Check-in and check out is very swift. No waiting for room
They left my hotel room door wide open after i checked in - thi room was used due to guest having a disability/ mobility limitations. We were a party of 3, a couple and a friend with us, who had the disability. They put a queen bed in the bedroom - perfect, and a queen bed and a single bed in the living room area. The queen bed - perfect, but the single bed was at the foot of the queen bed - T shape design. There was a small gap between the two. As you can imagine it is a hotel room. What I cant understand is 1) they knew we were a party of three, made up in the bundles as described, so why so many beds. 2) they knew she was disabled as i emailed 4 times prior to arrival to explain. This is a risk of falling 3) why would you stick a bed in front of a main exit door,? if there was a fire, even those with the best of mobility would have to take caution to get out, never mind someone who can hardly walk I know there is a patio door exit- but that is not the point. To be fair the young guy who efficiently checked us in, had it removed immediatly. Hence the guys whilst removing it, left the room door wide open ...it was lucky that i had forgotten something and went back and an opportunist had not popped in and helped theirselves to our things Finally, our stay was poolside due to the friends DIsability. Hummm, the pool is no where as clean as the other side. It really is numb around that side. Even if you want quiet - this is not a therapeutic quietness ... its just a numb space. Empty looking bar, no snacks. Absolutly numb. Stay on the seaside. Breakfast second day ...we waited for 45 minutes. The breakfeast for my friend was returned ...i would def say it was not worth 12usd. To be fair we got up early to leave early as storm was on the way, so the expected storm could have impacted on their business as usual schedule i would suggest as part of their contingency plan, they let guest know whats happening. Delayed our travel to next parish

Pool was not clean
The location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel was right on the beach. The staff were amazing. Hotel was clean. A few beach activities.
My only negatives were the prices of the food and accommodation was expensive, but I did like the food compared to other restaurants on St Lawrence Gap. Sometimes housekeeping did not make the bed the same way every morning or replace the hand towels after I placed on the floor to be wash. The tours were expensive too. I felt their prices did not reflect the 3 star hotel that they are.
Every morning i had breakfast on the patio n The view from my room looking out to the ocean was beyond spectacular. I think Wayne the beach guy is the most amazing helpful guy. Took care of everyone like royalty
My first 'hotel on the beach' experience and honestly i am in love with Infinity. I think this hotel is very family oriented and i have no complaints
