Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, bars, and transport. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, noting its variety and quality. Cleanliness and modern design were also appreciated. However, the most common complaint was the very small room size, which many felt did not match the price. Some guests also mentioned noise issues and minor cleanliness concerns, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.

The hotel is tucked down a side lane but the location is excellent. It is close to various tourist attractions and a short walk to a tram stop as well. The staff were friendly and pleasant throughout, and the breakfast buffet was good quality too. I've had beds that I felt were more comfortable but there is always going to be an element of personal preference.

The location was fantastic and we were able to walk easily around the city and were surrounded by several restaurants and pubs. Very close to public transportation if n...
