The hotel is tucked down a side lane but the location is excellent. It is close to various tourist attractions and a short walk to a tram stop as well. The staff were friendly and pleasant throughout, and the breakfast buffet was good quality too. I've had beds that I felt were more comfortable but there is always going to be an element of personal preference.

Location was excellent. I sometimes felt "invisible" to staff (reception gave priority to phone calls vs people standing in front of them). Similar experience with the dining area (stood around while waiting to be seated).

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful for first time visitors to Dublin. The bar service was great. The room was very different from any place we’d previously stayed, but we enjoyed it very much and it was well equipped.
