Everything was really good. It was quite far from the city centre, though Paisley was also a good place to stay. Further, swimming pool hours for Hotel guests were only for two hours in the evening so I couldn't use it.

The food was excellent especially the carvery. I particularly liked my first taste of haggis! The equipment in the gym was outdated and not as good as that in other 4* hotels that i have stayed in.

Room was very good, the food in the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. The room was uncomfortably hot (even with the windows open) and I didn't really sleep very well as a result.

This is a lovely, listed building hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Very nice lady checked us in. Common rooms were pretty and very Scottish in decor. Room had a couch that was a nice touch. The bathroom was very small. That I can deal with. But the faucets were not attached to the sink well and kept turning around. The hot water was running and filling up the sink. Finally got the water to turn off. The shower head dripped all the time but it just flowed down the drain. It appeared that the sink had tried to be repaired.

Quiet environment although within walking distance to town facilities, helpful, pleasant staff

I could not fault the hotel. My room and the hotel facilities were excellent.The location is very quiet despite being so close to the town centre, and it is very handy for the airport. I very much appreciated that they offer evening meals.

Proximity to Glasgow International Airport is excellent as is easy access to the cities of Paisley and Glasgow. The owners of this family run small hotel could not be more friendly or accomodating. The rooms of this converted 200 year old merchant's house are generally large and feel airy with high ceilings. The one-way traffic system in Paisley is confusing and makes getting to the hotel difficult if you have just picked up a hire car at the airport.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Staff made you feel very welcome. There was not enough towels in the bathroom.Did not seem to be anybody manning the bar.
