Pros: The Inn was very wonderful. Had a nice lodge feel with a common dining area abd two sitting areas. Close walk to Main St and restauranta & bars. Had a yummy happy hour & free hot breakfast in the morning. I wish we could've stayed longer!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the complimentary "happy hour" (with a pleasant pianist) and breakfast. Pleasant lounge area. Patio rooms would be a summer treat! Nice B&B ambiance without the creepy feel of being in someone's home! Good housekeeping with various personal amenities makes it an overall good value.
Cons: Hot tub seemed too cramped. Rooms are adequate size, but not spacious. Remotely controlled thermostat seemed odd. The menu seemed pretentious, as if trying too hard to impress.

Pros: The room was great and I thought the price was excellent considering the awesome locations. Free breakfast in the morning was also a plus :)
Cons: My only complaint about the room was that the bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't really shut all the way and it just didn't allow for a ton of privacy in the room. Other than that, no complaints!!

Pros: There was a problem with my reservation and the clerk took care of the problem.
Cons: No

Pros: New, clean and nice rooms after we finally got an issue resolved

Pros: King studio room was very nice. Spacious comfortable, and accommodating. Located centrally anything is within short driving distance.

7.1 Good
Pros: Location on the lake is amazing
Cons: Walls are super thin Rooms get way too hot and the only way to cool them down is open the porch door
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location. Excellent from the time you check in until you check out. No A/C. This is quite normal for a mountain location. Opened the door and turned the fan on.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There were a couple of restaurants that were in walking distance, which was nice. The lake was close and it looked like there were some walks around the area but we didn't explore since we were already tired from our hike that day. The view of the lake is beautiful, although we weren't lucky enough to have one. We were fortunate apparently to have an AC unit in our room though, after looking at other reviews. The room was quite well equipped with fridge and coffee maker and I believe there may have been a microwave. The breakfast was much better than expected!
Cons: We got a basement unit, which it sounds like may have been a good thing after all since we had AC!
7.1 Good
Pros: View / many shops and restaurants in walking distance
Cons: No AC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Right on Dillon Lake...in middle of town...restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Room was a bit warm...tried to adjust A/C since it was a hot day. Ended up opening up balcony door and used ceiling fan, so it was OK.

Pros: If you want a motel that you can hear everything that everyone does, this is the place for you!
7.4 Good
Pros: Beautiful location overlooking the Dillon lake
Cons: No air conditioners in the rooms was rather strange

Pros: Very good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful views of the lake, close to everything, easy to get around, plentiful parking, close by restaurants and bars, great value
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, rooms were nice and well furnished. We were there mid-June and the flowers were lovely! Enjoyed our stay. I would request a room with a view of beautiful Lake Dillon.
Cons: It was unseasonably warm when we were there. There was no AC . The windows were easy to open and there was a ceiling fan which helped a lot.
5.1 Okay
Pros: the location
Cons: horrible night sleep (from noise and uncomfortable bed) was not worth the view. I would have rather slept and driven to lake.
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to the lake and cafe is convenient
Cons: Walls are paper thin

Pros: It’s right of the i70 and close to many ski areas, and has a friendly woman working there, and the rooms were pretty nice for a pretty decent charge.

Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable. Overall very good value for money. Did not try the complementary breakfast, as we decides to get breakfast in town.

Pros: This hotel is tucked away is right off HWY 9 and I-70 with a lower elevation so I never noticed it from the road. It popped up in a search and I'm glad it did. Pros: Location was really convenient and easy to find, close to I70 and Breckenridge, bed was comfortable, and room was not noisy.

5.1 Okay
Pros: The loft rooms are decent.
Cons: There are only like 5 channels on the tv. Their breakfast and coffee are terrible. The hotel overall is pretty dingy. The worst part though, is that the maid stole from us. We're in a band and stay in Silverthorne all the time as we're on our way to and from shows in the mountains. Our fiddle player accidentally left 2 dresses in the closet of the room, but realized it soon after we left and called to let them know. They basically said that if they had the dresses, they would call her. They didn't. My fiddle player called several times a day only to get brushed aside and put through to a voicemail box that never got checked. She even called corporate and was told they would start a case and look into it. She was told to wait 3 days and call back so she did. They said that no case had been started. Then, about a week later we were going to be staying in Silverthorne again so we stopped by the La Quinta to ask them in person about the dresses and we were told that the old manager had just up and walked out of her job and that we should file a police report. We called the local police and they said they would call us back. In the mean time, the new manager (who actually helped us) had a chat with the maids from the day we checked out and then the dresses magically and anonymously reappeared. So in the end she got her dresses back, but the amount of incompetence and headache that was involved was unbelievable. I wouldn't have recommended staying here anyhow, but with this mess we will never stay at a La Quinta again.

6.0 Good
Pros: Location in Frisco is very convenient to restaurants and activities.
Cons: No air conditioning in the room and without airflow our room felt like it was 80 degrees which makes sleeping even in a comfortable bed difficult. Probably great for the ski season but summer is tough. Also community hot tub was right out side our room. So if we wanted fresh air we had the noise and humidity of the hot tub.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was centrally located in Frisco, the service was amazing-- Harmony was great. Every
Cons: Everything was really great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was lovely, she's so sweet and happy to help with anything you may need! Room was also great
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location.
Cons: The hotel is not well maintained. The room we were in was missing the smoke detector from the ceiling, the patio door would not lock so a door bar was present, the tub had holes in it, so clearly water would go through and somewhere under the tub. The room was painted in a hurry paint from the ceiling (only partially covering) had dripped down the wall.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The service was exceptional. The front desk clerk even returned at 4:00am to have breakfast ready for those of us riding the Copper Triangle. Great value for our money
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice Mom and Pop hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly and there was an indoor pool and hot tub which was a plus. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave which was awesome to heat up our snacks and keep our ice cream colx.
Cons: Decor was lacking, very early 90s.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Gentleman that owned the hotel was friendly, there was a hot tub.
Cons: Power went out early, not his fault but we still had to check out by 10, which made getting ready difficult. Rooms were basic, beds were hard.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location is fantastic. Love Summit county, and it was within walking of one of my favorite restaurants.
Cons: Apparently I interrupted dinner time upon check. Took two bell rings to get someone to front desk, then she couldn’t find my reservation or didn’t understand me (language barrier???). After I showed her my email and the booking site she “found” it. Not sure what that was about? Very dated rooms and basic. I’ll pay a little extra for a Hampton or Holiday Inn next time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly, reasonable price, and clean.
Cons: Beds were a bit too firm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great pool, hot tub and sauna. Relaxing stay!

Pros: Room was very clean. Hotel was neat and appeared to be well kept. "Breakfast" was just sweet rolls, waffles, coffee, some juice, toast, etc. Quite spartan. Overall tough, both my wife and I were pleased with the accommodations.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Great value.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic.
7.0 Good
Pros: room was affordable. very clean, with friendly staff. towels folded very nice. Air & heater system worked well. Celica beware..they had a simple breakfast of cereal and breads, with apples & banana's. a good coffee & juice.
Cons: bed of sheet rock & firmest pillows we have ever had. husband had to roll up the bedspread to sleep on. mini fridge kicked on with a loud roar every 2 hours. we finally had to unplug the fridge so we could sleep. Celica beware..the breakfast was meager, with only breads & cereals, had no protein.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location. It's right off of mainstreet.
Cons: Everything. The room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. I was told it used to be a smoking room and that's why, but they might as well still consider to be a smoking room. The outside of the hotel looks fine - older, but fine. The second I entered the room I laughed. It was shockingly bad!! It was small, very old, dirty, looked broken down, smelled... just terrible. I actually had to go get a refund and find another hotel. And I always go with cheaper hotels when I travel (I'm not very picky and don't need luxury by any means) and I almost never have a problem. Considering all the places I've stayed, the fact that this one was so awful that I had to leave says a lot. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The cheaper price isn't worth it.
7.1 Good
Pros: Older Motel but a great value for the money. I did not expect a 5 star room, but it was clean, staff was very friendly and prompt. I showed up very late for check-in and the front desk clerk was there within seconds. Rooms are a little dated, but were clean and maintained. I would stay again. Great location right on Main Street in Frisco
Cons: Could use bathroom fans and flat screens, but then again I was not there to watch TV all day.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I like the location and staff.

Pros: great value - this hotel has plus quality finishes and features for less than the competition. i have stayed at plenty of hotels in the area, generally the ones in Alpine Inn's price range are much lower quality and the ones in its quality range are much higher priced. don't worry about freeway noise, i am a light sleeper and was on that side but it didn't bother me. i will stay again without hesitation.
Cons: breakfast was decent overall - cereal, bagels, etc. with hard boiled eggs for protein - but please don't slice the bananas, most of us want a whole one

8.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and created a very welcoming environment - there were even freshly baked cookies at the front desk when we checked in. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice.
Cons: The room was very hot - the thermostat was very difficult to moderate. The room was also very noisy - not only could we hear the conversations of the guests in the next room and the hallway, there was also a sign that kept banging against the building in the wind.
6.5 Good
Pros: Good value for single traveler
Cons: Lack of sound insulation, I could hear everything in rooms on either side and in hall way.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: There was a loud family in the next room. There was a few hairs around the bathroom.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very clean and with ample room to spread out luggage. The location is excellent as you can walk to grocery stores and restaurants across the street.
Cons: The queen bed mattress was worn such that I could feel the springs. The hallways and stairwells smelled like Pho. Beware that they will add on a $1.50/night charge for the in-room safe unless you verbally ask to be removed at the end of your stay.
7.7 Good
Pros: Good value. Clean. Big rooms.
Cons: Older hotel with furnishings.
6.2 Good
Cons: Stayed on the second floor, was very loud. Could hear people waking through the hallway all night. We could also hear doors, people walking from above and water running/flushing.
7.4 Good
Pros: Kids loved the pool and I liked the location for our activities.
Cons: The hotel could use a renovation. It seems older and my wife thought our room had a bad odor.
7.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was not bad. Friendly staff. Hotel needs some updating as its a bit run down.

5.4 Okay
Pros: There wasn't much to like, other than it was a room (albeit an overpriced one) on a busy weekend.
Cons: The check-in person was very cold; room was not as clean as I would have liked; breakfast was awful. In the morning, there was no one at the desk to even ask if our stay was good (perhaps no surprise there) - just a basket to toss your key in on the way out.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: They turn the internet off at midnight. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Not sure where the luxury in the name comes from. ESPN and ESPN2 both did not work on the TV, and the internet was too slow to stream any live sports.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Our hotel room was clean. Beds very comfortable and the location was in the heart of everything. The free breakfast in the morning was adequate and appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
Cons: The counter space around the bathroom sink was inadequate especially for two female friends sharing a room......even for a couple sharing. The 10am required checkout time is to early. Hotels continue to shorten your stay when years ago it was a 24 hour stay you paid for. I know I am dating myself.....but 10am is just to early to require guests to leave. We did request a late checkout and we were given an extra hour....thank you very much.
6.2 Good
Pros: Clean, room was decent looking and done up ok.
Cons: Bed a little lumpy, smell supper cooking in employees residence, air conditioning a bit under sized and the breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen. That said cleanliness and a fairly new remodel are important.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff attention.
Cons: coffee
6.8 Good
Cons: A bit old
8.0 Excellent
Pros: CONVENIENT, POOL AND HOT TUB, ADEQUATE BUT NOT EXACTLY LUXURY..
Cons: OUTDATED SHOWER HEAD AND TOILET PLEASE ADD MODERN HOTEL LAMPS AND 2 MORE PILLOWS TO THE BED 50.00 FINE FOR HAVING A DRINK IN THE HOT TUB????
6.8 Good
Pros: Beds and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well.
Cons: Breakfast was cereal and cold/half frozen donuts. I thought it would be a bit more extensive than that, and at least the donuts could have been completely thawed. I chose this hotel over a competitor because it said the breakfast was included, but we ended up going somewhere else to eat. The front desk took a while to check in and they had their kid sitting on the floor in the office. No internet during certain times of night due to illegal piracy of movies? Really?
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: When you see Luxury in the title you expect a certain type of luxury. We rounded the corner to get our first glimpse of the place and our hearts dropped. It looked more like a run down motel than a luxury hotel. The first impression was a bad one. The landscaping was overrun by weeds, there were windows that were damaged and the sign looked like it was from the 1970s. The lobby was out of date and when trying to check in after ringing the bell, a young kid comes down the stairs wearing shorts and a t shirt... Not professional at all. We found no elevator yet our room was in the second floor. The stairs were norrow and steep. The room was clean but extremely outdated. Overall a very creepy experience... So much so that we cancelled our second night and decided to go somewhere else. We didn't even spend the night there. it was a $110 mistake that I learned from... Don't always trust reviews or the name of the hotel.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty rooms, stale breakfast, indifferent staff, dated hotel, etched. They have a lot of nerve including the word "luxury"in the name of their hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed & spacious room. Pretty quiet & also a good value.
Cons: Bare minimum breakfast & bad coffee. Small bathroom area & no bath towel bar.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Good location. Room was ok but not what I'd call luxurious, although it was clean. It was quiet even tho right next to the highway.
Cons: The front desk lady was not very nice or informative. Continental breakfast was awful. Old donuts and fruit. The room was freezing when we got in. Had to crank the heater for a while before it warmed up.

7.1 Good
Cons: A little dated.
4.8 Okay
Cons: Hotel was very noisy.
6.6 Good
Pros: Location - convenience and access to highway and shopping.
Cons: Slow flushing of the toilet, not enough electrical outlets in the room, electric outlets not conveniently located next to bed. Exercise room equipment was not well maintained - elliptical machine squeaked
4.0 Okay
Pros: Liked the proximity to the ski areas and shopping.
Cons: Did not like: The overall cleanliness of the hotel. Mold in the bath/shower area. The floor of the shower room had faux hardwood floors which had a pool of water and mold underneath. The sink faucet leaked when the water was being used. Housekeeping did not change the sheets. towels were old and rough like sand paper.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great free breakfast.
Cons: Toilet kept “running” even after maintenance call. Couldn’t contact front desk on call from room using “0” on the phone. Lobby was freezing and not “welcoming”. Most of the areas including were dated. TV didn’t have some “normal” channels.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location is great. We were up from Boulder skiing for a few days and did not want to pay the high prices to stay at a mountain resort (hotel, food, parking, etc).
Cons: I stay more than 100 nights a year at Marriott properties so I may be a bit spoiled but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The beds were rock hard, there is no central heat / air, no power outlets in the room, and the entire place smelled like a mix between a wet dog and old bong water.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The fact that the pool and hot tub were indoor, somewhat friendly staff and location was okay.
Cons: There was a thermostat that didn't work, an extra ac unit, a hole in one of the walls, beds that felt like they were made of BRICKS, the fact that the hot tub was grumpy and had what felt like dysfunctional jets, leaks in the ceilings and what looks like mold, unfinished ceilings in the room, huge gap between the door and the molding - we could see through the gap into the hallway and last but not least, a fire sprinkler in the room was wrapped in either a shirt, rag, or sock.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Decent location, complimentary breakfast was nice, also nice to have a workout room and pool access
Cons: Room wasn't great. Upon arrival the bath drain was clogged and the bathroom in general wasn't very clean. Also this hotel charged my credit card for the stay when I already prepaid thru Kayak!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good staff, nice having restaurant attached, good location.
Cons: Lukewarm shower, 1 mini sized shampoo for both myself and spouse, shower rod busted so curtain wouldn't close, no air/ac, dirty. Will not stay again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Modern design style Quick & easy check-in/out Helpful breakfast staff Proximate location Large hot tub (jets lacking) Average pool for similar facility Breakfast was average, but allowed for flow of traffic
Cons: Parking is lacking and inconvenient on busy weekends Bathroom/shower facilities were menial and tiny No power outlets for charging electronics, except next to the sink Beds were hard, pillows were lacking Room 626 echos, floor was very noisy, lots of door slamming Wi-Fi was slow Over priced for the provided ammenities
4.5 Okay
Pros: The staff let us change rioms wohocch was nice.
Cons: Overall very dated and dingy

4.0 Okay
Cons: My iPad was stolen by the maid. Days Inn management wouldn't return my phone calls. Finally I called the police.
6.5 Good
Cons: Hot tub was not hot ,bathroom was falling apart
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was nice and location was good. It was a decent room for the money, but there were some items that other hotels provide that weren't provided.
Cons: Most hotels provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion and soap. This one only provided soap and shampoo. I didn't bring conditioner because I expected it to be provided. The continental breakfast didn't have a very good selection. Most hotels have some hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy), the only hot food here was waffles if you took the time to make them. TV was a bit smaller than I was expecting based on my previous experiences with staying in hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff was, overall, very good. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The female desk clerk that came on duty at 7am would change the TV channel from the news to a talk show. We asked her to change it back. She did not.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST, BETTY WHO WORKS THERE IS THE WORST HUMAN ALIVE. CAR GOT BROKEN INTO. KIDS SMOKING CIGS IN HOT TUB AREA. CALLED A LAIR AND CHASED OUT FOR ASKING FOR OWNERS INFO. DONT EVERY STAY HERE !!! EVER
5.1 Okay
Pros: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find, and within pretty short walking distance to the outlet stores and several good places to eat.
Cons: The sheets were the only clean items in the room. The desk and bedside tables were sticky and had visible filth on them, the floors hadn't been swept, and there was a used washcloth and empty shampoo bottles left in the shower. Additionally, the pool was out of order, and the elevator was a bit rundown.
