The room was clean
The shower in room 12 was rubbish.
Large, spacious hotel. Comfortable sitting rooms. Very convenient location for Station or strolling into Town
I prefer a pot of tea with my breakfast rather than messing round with gadgets.
Room was good. Good location for the town and onward travel The Bistro food was average although the service was excellent. Great staff giving excellent service.
Clean comfortable room
The breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The room itself was ok, the breakfast was nice and the staff were very good.
The bathroom needs updating from the old toilet, the sink taps which were missing their H/C signs and didn't work very well either to the bath coated in non slip covering rather than having a rubber mat provided and the old shower, very disappointing. I requested a quiet room but we were put over the front entrance so heard lots of slamming doors until 1.00am. Evening meal was poor, I ordered spaghetti Bolognese but got penne pasta with very little meat sauce. Expected better from a Best Western hotel.
