Cons (-) Issue at check-in where hotels.com/Expedia card was rejected by Days Inn system several times. Delayed 25-30/minutes to resolve. Entry key did not work at first try. A group of men were drinking alcohol and had loud music by our room. Said lewd remarks to females in my family. Changed to other side of hotel. Room had a bit of a bad smell. Room needed renovation urgently

Cons (-) I booked through Expedia & the new checkout person screwed that up due to lack of training according to the more tenured employee that came in the next day. We paid the price in time...10 of us waiting as we dealt with front desk trying to get it figured out.
