Pros (+) Hotel just opened and obvious staff was overwhelmed.
Cons (-) Small things. Drawers in bedroom already do not work properly. Room was drafty. Obviously did not have proper insulation around bedroom window. No wastebaskets in either bedroom or bathroom. Staff struggled to keep up with breakfast and were obviously frazzled.
