This was our second stay in this small hotel and we found it very accomodating and the staff very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is plenty of free parking.

Sunday arrival made communication with the hotel crucial. They sent me an email in plenty of time to get the code before arrival. Free parking and easy to find my room. The property was very clean. Themed rooms was a cute touch. The breakfast was great and the shop on the ground floor offered some delectable Italian wines and food.
I wish I had a fan in my room. My room was streetside so voices and car noise echoed off the buildings. I wanted to close the windows but couldn't because it would get too warm. Also, not sure if the hotel advertises that there is no elevator and all the rooms are on the first floor and above. A handicapped couple checked-in after 10 and had difficulty getting up the stairs with luggage.
