Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.

Every Single leg of our trip was delayed signifigantly... including a new flight we had to take because we missed our connection flight due to delays.

45 minutes delay and not clear way. Almost missed my trans-Atlantic connection

Flight was delayed by an hour and We had to rush and run so we will make it to our connecting flight! And then when we reached Naples, Italy , our luggages were all DELAYED!!! It was a real inconvenience to us!!

Everyone on board was great. It was just super late and we missed our connection in Frankfurt, and had to power through jet lag while we waited 4 hours in the terminal. My family missed a big welcome dinner in Berlin.

My flight was delayed and I was so worried I miss my connecting flights. Thank goodness for an amazing staff . Flight attendant was so helpful and very nice Calm me down and everything work out good I the end

They crew was very lovely, took off on time, arrived according to schedule. Was able to make my connection.

Horrible , we missed our flight because they were way to busy for there airport to handle. We waited in line for the over three hours to be told there’s nothing they can do. Worst experience in any airport ever ,staff member from Lufthansa made it there job to be rude and unhelpful. I’m going to be calling to see if I can change flights because a 3 hour layover in a poorly ran airport isn’t enough.

Frankfurt airport is the worst. Passengers are forced to use stairs to get to the terminal or catch a shuttle. Very inconvenient for passengers who are ambulatory challenged or have physical handicaps.

The travel from Munich to San Diego :Food and drink service was good,way to cramped on the plane for that long of travel.not even convenient for getting up to use bathrooms or stretch.we were mislead to believe our “air bus” was much bigger.

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!

Hated the food. Flew many business class flights on this flight little privacy should be more secluded Staff was great

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall

This time it was not good. The plane was not clean. It had a bad smell as if the cabin was not cleaned properly. The small sit pillows were dirty and blankets (even though they were packaged) did mot smell clean. Decaf coffee was disgusting and tasted like instant coffee.

Absolutely horrible HORRIBLENE! United airlines failed on every front. My trip was silosem to takę 17h nad endem up takimi 47h! I was treated poorely and I wasn’t reimbursed for all the problems.

Because of luggage I had to upgrade to premium economy , which was worth it!

Every thing was fine. The food was lack luster especially after leaving from Italy.

Very good except for the screaming 5 year old that was allowed to yell and scream whenever he wanted too! The mom obviously had no concept of “inside voices”!

I will never fly thru Frankfurt again I read it was bad changing plane but in my case complete nightmare

The flight was VERY delayed making what would have been a long layover in NYC into a mad rush to catch my connection. Other than that it was good.

A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are too close to the ones in front.

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.

Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.

Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.
