The wifi in the room didn’t work. No glasses to drink water, no fridge, air con doesn’t go lower than 24 degrees.

Pros:I loved this hostel it was absolutely amazing great service and they provided me with breakfast even though I had to check out extremely early in the morning.
Cons:DO NOT BOOK THROUGH KAYAK! I will never use kayak again as i found out when arriving at the hostel that Kayak booked me for two people when i clearly indicated i was only one causing me to have a whole entire room to myself which was not what i wanted as it was a hostel and the point of a hostel is too share to lessen the cost so i ended up paying so much more due to this mishap, so i strongly recommend booking this hostel directly through their website AND NOT THROUGH KAYAK.COM .

Pros:After reading some previous not so good reviews I can say that I was nicely surprised when I got to the hotel. I chose it because of the price and location, as I just needed something for one night between my flights. It is super close to the Airport and easy to get there by bus. My room was big and clean, with big bathroom and a patio. I got a great night sleep and breakfast in the morning. It might be a little far from the tourist attractions, but I highly recommend it if you need a place close to the airport

Cons:rude stuff, I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone let me inside the building, check-in took almost 1hr at night, wifi very slow, shower broken, they ask for a booking voucher while that doesn't exist and they get mad at me!!! TERRIBLE place. Please spend few more $ and stay somewhere else.

Cons:When we arrived at Centre Esplai Albergue's reception, they reserved 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds on each one instead of 2 rooms with 1 double bed on each ones. Rooms were very dirty and beds were with mustiness! Images on website aren't really. Nightly staff was nice and friendy, while in the morning other staff was very rude.

Cons:We wanted to check in with a child at 13.20h. The child wanted to go to the toilet. In the internet it said that check-in before 14 o`clock can be possible. The woman behind the recption desk did nothing to let the child go to the toilet. Than at 14.20 there were 2 new receptionist telling me I need a print out from the booking. But they cannot print out in the hotel. And the complete town doesn`t have a internet cafe with a printer. To show them my booking was not enough. To tell them the booking number was not enough. The child already had a wet pant. Than at 15 o`clock they finally gave me a key for a really grey and ugly room with 6 beds inside instead of 2, instead of the one with the nice picture from the booking plattform. The shower interiour broken, the curtains half existing, not washed. The breakfast toast and ham. I am a vegetarian. After asking both people behind the rection how to get to the aiport with the bus or metro. No answer. Besides, "take a taxi", somewhere is a bus. Somewhere in the hotel a small plan. No service thoughts. Did not even stand up to check why the 4 computer in the libery did not work. He only repeated. Put the password in the window of the computer... The password was not the problem. If he would have came behind the desk and checked, he would have known. I lost one day, the lazyness with which they worked was teriffic and the stay was a true horror. Not recommanded for families!!
