I only stayed the night before my flight and everything was excellent. The room was perfect and the location for me excellent. Super close to airport and have shuttle service.

Pros:Breakfast was okay, smoked salmon was great. Bed was nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Cons:Shower is a very bad design. Air conditioning was not working. On the first night, we had to remove an old used bar of soap from the shower from the previous guest. Unpleasant.

Cons:The maintenance guy had to come to fix the thermostat, it was a sauna inside the room. Even after it was supposedly fix it took a long time to work properly, wasted too much time adjusting in order to sleep

Cons:The rooms were extremely dirty. One of the garbage cans in the room still had garbage in it from someone who stayed previously. My sister and her husband broke out in hives because of how dirty it was. It doesn't look that bad in the main reception lobby but the rooms were another story. It was very run down. Check in was extremely slow and the hotel staff are not very friendly or helpful. We asked them to call a cab for us and each time they just pointed us outside and told us to look ourselves. Of course we looked and there was none so we had to go back in and tell them and they would finally call for us. It was just very unprofessional. I know this is a hotel by the airport so I shouldn't be expecting so much but I've had better service at a 2 star hotel. Book elsewhere if you can.
