Pros: This is my second stay at a Hampton in while traveling 20 hours across many states. I may make a habit of staying only at Hampton Inns as the 2 different ones that I stayed in on this trip were very clean and comfortable with great breakfasts.
Pros: Clean, safe, located right behind several restaurants and a convenience store.
Cons: Bed was a little firm for my taste but not uncomfortable.
Pros: Nothing as they put me in a smoking room and claimed the hotel was sold out so they could not move me. I am highly allergic to smoke. It was An awful night and I had to open the window to have Breatheable air.
Cons: Horrible experience as they stuck me in a smoking Room and said that was all they had because they Were sold out. I called from my room and nicely Asked again as the smoked up room was unbearable. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted some air freshner

Cons: Our main objective was to relax and enjoy the heated pool which clearly was NOT, the staff on duty said they would tell maintenance but at checkout the lady told us we could have used the pool at the hotel next door but the staff on duty didn't tell us.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Pros: good hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast that everyone can find something they like, free parking, clean
Cons: Mattress could be much firmer! but that is what you expect unless you pay $--- a night.
Pros: The Breakfast was very good
Cons: The TVs could be larger.
Pros: the cleanliness and safety for a female traveling alone
Cons: My plane was late so I missed my connecting flight and had to pay for a hotel in NY on Friday night, so I was double booked. I would have liked to have gotten a refund for Friday night.
Cons: I had previously stayed in rooms for a few days. This room cost me more and was no where as nice as the other hotels.
Pros: The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms reflected good maintenance and were properly serviced with ample supplies. The TV and Internet worked well. Beds were very comfortable. All in all a good value for the money spent.
Pros: Was kid friendly.
Cons: We were supposed to have a microwave and did not. Our refrigerator wouldn't get cold. There were stains on furniture. Mold in the tub. And not enough blanketsin the hotel for us to have two.
Pros: Very nice and spacious room and great breakfast in the morning. Also loved being able to check out late.
Pros: Hotel was clean and easily accessible from the interstate.
Cons: The hotel will not allow you to add a 'roll-away' if you are staying in a two queen suite. They only allow you to use one in their king bed suite. We would have reserved a different room or stayed elsewhere had we known in advance.
Cons: Very noisy
The staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, coffee was weak
Pros: Location, lots of food places to choose, shopping mall less than 2 miles away. Really nice public park and outside swimming pool less than a mile away from the hotel. Clean laundry room, exercising room and pool area. Staff kept the breakfast area clean.
Cons: Room accommodation, requested 2 beds, Internet kept disconnecting, clerk smoking in front of the entrance.
the hotel room and public spaces were clean. I loved that it was a non smoking facility, no smokey smell. The breakfast was good and that added to the overall value.
Pros: the food for breakfast was good, the place was clean, The beds where very comfortable.
Cons: the room only had a shower. I prefer a bathtub
Pros: There was nothing I didn't like about the place. Everything was great.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like
At Gold Vault Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of United States Bullion Depository. For a workout, you can visit the fitness center or go for a morning swim at the indoor pool. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The location is convenient for visiting my son in Vine Grove, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were initially given only one bathtowel for two guests. The towels are small and scratchy, but that's not unexpected for the price level. The beds were comfortable. Next time, I will bring my own pillows.
Pros: I was very pleased with my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I could hear other guests moving about, but the noise was not enough to disturb me or my sleep. The staff was competent, fast, and kind. I would certainly stay here again.
Pros: The front desk staff was very nice, friendly and kind.
Cons: The room was not clean. The switchplates had food/chocolate on them. Linoleum floor was dirty. If we could have gotten our money back we would not have spent the night at this hotel.
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Beds very hard, bathroom super small and breakfast selection minimal.
Pros: The staff was so nice.
Cons: Only that I could hear doors shutting all through the night.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed; noisy, ineffective air conditioner; dirty
The floors were nice in the rooms as they were laminate and not carpet. Not much for breakfast unless you like toast and no choice of cereal
Cons: we spilled some water on the floor, so we got a towell to clean it up, it was black when we picked it up.
The fact that the satellite connection was full outside in the parking lot but almost non existent in the room was a major problem. I could not keep in touch with family in Florida. I had to keep going outside to make calls or send messages. That is unacceptable in a location with excellent satellite reception just outside.
Pros: Located right near the Army base. Right on the main road. Near shopping.
Cons: Very very poor satellite signal in the room. It was great in parking lot but not in room...very inconvenient. The breakfast offered very little choice for food. Staff couldn't work the fax machine for something I needed faxed asap.
Pros: Over all things where good
Cons: My reservation did not give me a choose to get a smoking room. I ask to get a smoking room, and was told that there was not a problem and they would take care of it. When I got back, they told there was no room. They also had many rooms under construction

Cons: WiFi was very slow
Breakfast not appealing
No Hot Tub at the pool
Room temperature hard to control
Pros: Our stay at the hotel was amazing ! We all enjoyed it ❤
Pros: The rooms were very clean and huge!
Cons: The guy at the front desk was kind of rude and not very helpful.
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very much recommend.
Pros: The front desk manager, Gary, was extremely friendly & helpful & so was the lady working the continental breakfast. The mini fridge, coffee pot & microwave in the room were nice. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate & plentiful. The lobby & breakfast area is really nice.
Cons: We are usually fans of Baymont Inn, which is why we stayed there. But this was clearly one of their older properties & was reflecting it. As a fan, I'm reluctant to be critical, but this property needs some help. The elevator worked only intermittently & we ended up having to carry all our stuff both up to our room as well as back down the next morning vs using the provided luggage carts (not a big deal since we had 3 adult males in our group). The free wifi, would cut out repeatedly & often. The pool was out of service (we were offered the use of the pools of neighboring properties). Though the beds, furniture & bathrooms seemed clean, the carpet was not & left dirt on our feet & socks as we walked on them. The tv remote in 1 of our rooms didn't work (which the manager quickly resolved). Some of the bathroom tiles in one of our rooms was coming up. None of The bed pillows matched & a couple of them were really lumpy & needed to be replaced. lastly, though the only entrance to the hotel is through the main door by the front desk, there are emergency doors at each end of the building in the stairwells which can only be opened from the inside. We found BOTH these doors had been propped open with rocks to keep them from closing. Baymont Inn, you're better than this...
Cons: the towel and wash cloth that was hanging in the bathroom looked like someones cleaning rag. They were brown. The area around the hotel was dirty. It was not what I expected from an Econo Lodge. The breakfast choices were limited.
Pros: Front Desk person very friendly.
Cons: Found a bedbug on my clothing after checking out.
Pros: the location for me was good
Cons: not much of a contenail breakfest
Cons: The carpet needs replaced
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, great working a/c, nice flatscreen tv with great channel options, microwave and fridge, very comfy beds, lots of pillows. Great place to rest your head. Some road noise due to location but kept a/c fan on and it drowned it out.
Pros: Average experience
Pros: The price
Cons: It was very old! Also had a lot of outside noise and look very dirty! Would not recommend if you want to be comfortable!
Pros: Extremely clean with great staff. Main location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
Cons: Close to the highway so the noise level is high. Older hotel with outdated furniture. But beds are comfortable
Pros: The amount of tv channels
Pros: Great value, and close to the Army Post. The the staff was wonderful. We had two rooms booked separately and the staff worked to make sure they were together. For an older hotel I was very pleased.
Cons: A small thing, but hair dryer in one room did not work, but I forgot to tell the staff.
Pros: The staff were helpful and kind! We felt welcome and were accommodated instantly when we needed something.
Cons: This hotel need new bedspreads. The bed spreads were clean and appeared to have been freshly through the laundry..
great location. surrounded by convenient places to eat.
Pros: the location

Pros: Rooms and hotel were very clean. Good breakfast. Very satisfied for the money.
Cons: The room had a musty smell to it when we first walked in, but it looked clean and nice.
Pros: The pool and outdoor area was good and the guy that checked us in was really nice.
Cons: The down stairs bathroom was horrible. Told the staff they just locked the door and hung an out of order dign on the door. It was over flowing into the hall way and the mess was still there the next morning.
Pros: The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was great. The room was clean there was a mini fridge with freezer a microwave and cable TV.I'll definitely say it was worth the money for my wife and I.
Cons: we have no problem whatsoever with the hotel everything was great.
