7.1 Good
Pros: Staff at breakfast were brilliant - friendly, chatty, helpful. It was a very nice touch when the Owner Colm stopped by our table at breakfast to ask if all was ok and to thank us for our business. I’m Irish, my partner is German and we were there with two German families (friends) - all of us were very impressed with this nice touch.
Cons: If I could provide a ‘helpful’ comment - we ate in the Alamo Steakhouse on Friday night. We were a party of 10 - 6 adults, 4 children. We were served by 3-4 waiting staff and as a result there was a lack of consistency / follow through when being served, tended to - for instance 2 meals arrived incorrect / incomplete and a Pinha Collada has to be requested twice. All was fine in the end and the food was very good. Samantha settled our bill - helped us pay separately and she was a joy - good fun, interested and really connects with people! It’s evident she enjoys her job!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall experience was great. The room was clean. The bathroom was amazing. The bar is nice and spacious. I loved when the receptionist offered me a bottle of water when I checked out. It was a lovely small touch.
Cons: The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels. The view was not great. There was car noise when I opened the window for fresh air. I was given a triple room when I only asked for double.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All round good

Pros: Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly
Cons: The only downside was the parking. It wasn't very convenient and on some occasions, the secure parking lot was so full, we couldn't get in.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bed comfy
Cons: Water in the the wasn’t hot and we couldn’t use the leisure facilities as they were booked for swimming classes, maybe they shouldn’t advertise the facilities guests haven’t access to,and it is a noisy place to stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The swimming pool wasn't open to hotel guest until 2pm on Saturday because of swimming lessons. I think we should of been made aware of this at time of booking as we had our day planned

5.8 Okay
Pros: The food
Cons: I didn't like where we had to go for reception and breakfast . the door of our room had to be banged closed . people across from us was very loud and noisy we were up at 5:30am with the noise .
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable accommodation, good space.
Cons: Outside is a bit unkempt, really needed a good cleanup, cigarette butts everywhere. A bit of a brush and a little care would be a big help.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: We stayed in the Slaney suites and were initially given the wrong room (1 instead of 2 bedroom) and then went back and forth to the reception which is not located in the same building while it was lashing rain and got soaked three times as the new keys given did not work multiple times. Reported this to management as well who agreed there can be issues with the room keys issued ( if they know there are issues with the keys fix it).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast and Location the swimming pool was excellent all for a very relaxing experience.
Cons: Information regarding the swimming pool, to collect ticket at the hotel etc.. also the opening times sunday morning was a bit late at 9.00am for a morning dip.
