Very welcoming staff, giving us a warm feeling of having arrived home after a long trip. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood.

WiFi not working on 2nd floor for some reason.

Breakfast was awesome. Location was great.

Would have loved a hot tub.

Bathrooms were sparkling clean.

Very modern clean with decent size rooms especially for an airport hotel

They always seem to have banquets or receptions in the lobby. Its noisy and annoying

Registration staff very helpful and friendly. Room was nice size and very clean. Liked refrigerator in room. Liked the shuttle bus service and felt the 5 was reasonable for each way to/from airport.

The wifi was a little slow and difficult but worked fine after getting logged in.

luck of information, GPS could not locate this hotel. Address provided was wrong. Reception guy gave us also wrong information about the breakfast and shuttle bus. He said all is included but is not. You have to pay for breakfast 15EURO.

How easy it was to get there and to public transportation. The rooms were really clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

There was no small store nearby to by things we forgot (baby items, soap etc)

Price for parking is very expensive. Internet connection is very low and poor.

Michel, The owner of the hotel was very kind and patient. Kindly explained to me how to get to the city center and back. Hotel room was clean and adequate size to a single person. Dinner was very good. The lobby and restaurant are very nice and quiet.

External noise is very disturbing. The room is at 0 Floor and in the room you can hear everyone walking down the hall and hear speech even weak adjoining rooms. That was the only problem at the hotel but big problem in the hotel
