The staff were very helpful. It was pleasing to see that a 10.00hrs finish for breakfast meant that the staff didn't start clearing the dining room until 1000hrs. Unlike some hotels where a 10.00 finsh means that they start clearing away the food at 0900hrs. It is very much a late 60's/early 70's concrete structure with little external elegance.

It was a pleasant stay, Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very near the inner city good for shopping.

We found this hotel very pleasant, bar area a bit small and restaurant not open. however we factored this into the very good rate we got. Would always expect a restaurant in a 4* to enjoy a relaxing meal in the evening. Overall good value. No restaurant open in evening and size/location of bar. Definitely should factor cost of breakfast into rate. No where else to go and while 13 euro is reasonable still felt we had no choice but to pay this.

Location was good for our purpose (watching hockey tournament in Warsteiner Hockey Park and having food/beers in town) I booked on-line for a twin room and when I got there this was not available meaning I had to share the double bed with my mate! Nothing was done by the hotel management to compensate us for this error!!

Very central location, nice breakfast selection.

Nice, clean, modern furnished room, reasonably priced. Dogs were welcomed, with no extra charge. Hotel located in the center of town with free and ample, public parking, at least on Sundays. Asked for an extra pillow which was never placed in the room. Breakfast buffet doesn't seem to be replenished. We came to breakfast at 9 o'clock and there was almost nothing left. Staff proceeded to clear tables ignoring the fact, felt rushed to finish breakfast.

The staff has been very friendly. The look of the lobby has been very modern and stylish. Clean room Ash tray in the room has not been emptied, the shower gel has not been replaced after empty

the beds were marked as being deep cleaned each time someone had slept in them. The hotel is in the centre. Breakfast was adequate. The room/hotel was clean. There were quite a few stairs to climb with luggage. No porter, and you couldn't expect the reception girl to carry one's heavy luggage! They need a lift. Used bedding was in the corner of the entrance lobby!!! No facility to make a drink on your arrival, a tees made should be in the room. The hotel is in need of redecoration and modernisation in some areas.

Friendly staff, free internet, quiet room, convenient town centre location, value for money. (I did not have a car.) The room was a little too warm and a bit small. The desk staff were not able to give detailed advice about connection to the internet. The chair was covered with a rather sticky leather/plastic material.
