Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's excellent location and generally friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, aging facilities, and a lack of proper maintenance or renovation, especially regarding amenities like the pool, air conditioning, and room furnishings. While some guests enjoy spacious rooms and good food, others are disappointed by the dated decor, ongoing renovations, and insufficient communication about these disruptions. Overall, the hotel is seen as having great potential but currently falls short in cleanliness and upkeep.
