Pros (+) The room had an actual kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, sink and garbage disposal.
Cons (-) The laundry room and fitness room has a sign that says the hours are from 6am to 10pm. I needed to do laundry and I had just arrived at 9:30pm. I was told the laundry would be open at 6am. Later, at 10:30pm, I walked by and the door was still unlocked. The next night, I forgot my laundry in the dryer and was still able to get it out at 11:45pm.
