Pros: I was in and out quickly on a late check-in one-night stay, but staff was great and hotel is clean, modern design, serviced apartment amenities like kitchen and living area sofa are nice comforts. Breakfast buffet was good as far as hotel breakfast goes. Somewhat surprised there is no restaurant/room service, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Pros: I loved the room and shower. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was o.k.
Cons: I have terrible allergies. They allow pets at this property. The Pain de Quotiden next door decided to have a kitchen fire while I was trying to do work before checkout. It's not the hotel's fault, but the alarms went off and we had to leave the building if we couldn't stand the blaring alarm. I just decided to checkout.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great facility. Great location surrounded by wonderful options for social networking.
Cons: I purposely selected the Hospitality Suite 4 a romantic wknd. Staff forgot 2 clean tub nite # 2.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved how friendly everyone was- housekeepers, front desk personnel, breakfast staff etc. The accommodations were perfect for us and were clean, fresh and beautiful. The grounds were perfectly landscaped and manicured. There was a pool which was immaculate, a tennis/basketball court, a large outside grill which guests could use. The complimentary breakfast went above and beyond the typical fare one finds- there were hot and cold foods and a wonderful variety. In the evenings there was something different every night served free to guests- grilled chicken one night, various appetizers another. We were very happy and had a most enjoyable stay!
Cons: I cannot think of a thing we did not like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were large and clean. Great free breakfast. Facilities very nice. Highly recommend it.
Cons: Gym was way too small and limited.

4.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing really bad & nother really bad. Won't stay here again tho.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees seemed really pleasant, the room was nice for the price, and everything was functioning.
Cons: Although I appreciated the house staff's eagerness to clean the room, they opened my locked down (so that it would slam on the locked latch) in 15 minute increments from 10:45am to 12pm (check-out time). I'm usually up and gone by this time, but had woken up at 5am for a conference and was hoping to catch a nap before heading out. I understand there are many rooms to clean before check out and opening the door once or twice is an error, but five times was a little excessive/disruptive.

7.1 Good
Pros: The room had an actual kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, sink and garbage disposal.
Cons: The laundry room and fitness room has a sign that says the hours are from 6am to 10pm. I needed to do laundry and I had just arrived at 9:30pm. I was told the laundry would be open at 6am. Later, at 10:30pm, I walked by and the door was still unlocked. The next night, I forgot my laundry in the dryer and was still able to get it out at 11:45pm. The information sheet hanging in the room says the laundry is 'always open'. Which is it? The other downside for me was the lack of a common area for breakfast (or anything for that matter). The 'pantry' was available, however.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Rooms could have been a little cleaner
5.3 Okay
Pros: The staff were pleasant even though not truthful
Cons: No information in regards to construction. Upon arrival were told by staff that the construction was Monday thru Friday only ~ NOT! We stayed on the third floor just below a floor being renovated so you heard the saws, hammering, the sanding. And on our floor the construction workers had traced white texturing mud thru the carpets. We had smoking on a non_smoking floor, loud drunk men right across from my room. With my parents down the hallway...a woman alone with two small children this was not a safe place. We would have gone else were but our rooms were charged to my dads card prior to their arrival a day earlier.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location was good, close to DC . Friendly staff
Cons: Never told us that Hotel was under construction when we reserved our rooms. Noisy equipment the hole time. Suppose to be a pool and spa. No spa on the property. Very disappointed.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: There was a large central pool with a fountain. The sound of falling water was audible all night just outside the door.
Cons: The rooms are not on the inside of a building, but rather required outside maneuvering. I had an inside-(courtyard-)facing room, but going from room to lobby exposes a person to the elements. "Conditioning shampoo" offered in bathroom instead of separate products (i.e., not female friendly).
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Room, staff, breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: price
Cons: breakfast. no bacon. eggs cold.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: staff very nice, good breakfast
Cons: remote didn't work but was fixed by next day.
6.5 Good
Pros: The pool area was a hit with the kids. And it's open 10-10 with a lifeguard which was great. There was a decent free breakfast. The hotel itself was clean. Front desk staff was nice. It was only 2 miles to the metro. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the hotel.
Cons: It appeared to have a truck stop in the adjacent parking lot with truckers sleeping in their cabs. It didn't feel like the safest location at night. Hotel was severely dated although it was clean so this didn't bother us. Example of the age- it even had a dusty old sign pointing toward the "night club." Lol. Aside from the front desk and the breakfast lady the staff was not friendly. Not even a hello when you walked by.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Room was humid even with ac and it smelled musty

Cons: Noise, breakfast was awful and the coffee taste like mud.

Pros: The check in staff was wonderful, the check out staff in the morning 4am seemed a little bit ungrateful.
Cons: When checking out I didn't even get a thank you for staying with us. When asked about lobby coffee all he can tell me is I don't know how old it is. There was a huge Jacuzzi in the room and I felt a little guilty to turn on the water since it was meonlymyself. Half that size would work great

Pros: It had a bed and was close to where I needed to be. It was also the cheapest hotel in the area when I booked it last minute.
Cons: The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and by the third day everything I had there smelled like smoke. The room was not completely cleaned when I got there, there was trash left by the last guest and no toilet paper. TV reception went in and out and the free internet was too slow to be good for anything but checking email.

Cons: -room was extremely dirty hairs on sheet urine on toilet seat and floor, asked the unfriendly guy with bad attitude at the reception to change room he said all booked I can’t, next day there was a lady at the reception trying to call booking to get a refund. Never again.
7.7 Good
Pros: Location, price
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Bed, kitchen and bathroom are very clean, well-designed floorplan. Great value, especially the mobile rate when using your phone to book the room.
Cons: The spring mechanisms on the doors are set too strongly, which results in the doors slamming shut and shaking the walls. Hotel management should adjust the force on the springs to minimize noise.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The roons are nixe because they have the kitchenette but you get pieces of kitchware upon several request. Room 411 this time the electric stove top small eye won't come on and A\C leaked two personnel came up to check
Cons: Nothing was done two days later after calling the front desk again my room was changed to 433 which took away from me enjoying my time here for work. And this room 433 the stove top small eye want turn off.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Really outdated room, everything is cheap and stained. No basic amenities like a full length mirror or a coffee machine. Lumpy bed, scratchy linens, threadbare permanently stained towels. Room was very poorly cleaned. Should not advertise free breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or extra. You definitely get what you pay for. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. I was only in the room for 5 1/2 hours. If you are looking for something cheap and comfortable this is it.
Cons: I didn't like that for breakfast all they offered was coffee and granola bars and other small snacks.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, near shopping mall. I ending up staying 2 nights.
Cons: everything was satisfactory
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: leaving
Cons: The free breakfast was a muffin and really bad coffee. Someone was smoking on our non-smoking floor and when we reported it the front desk did nothing but shrug and say sorry. The fridge didn't keep anything cold. The place was a dump.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: location
Cons: no make-up service; no utensils provided, unless requested; I'm not even sure they knew we were coming.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty room and poor customer service
6.0 Good
Pros: Ample parking included in price.
Cons: Needs to be updated inside. Carpets are not indicative of being clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No hassle about my fur babies.
Cons: The cabinets were not stocked with the basic necessities. When you arrive in the middle of the night it would be nice to have things to use.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I knew what I was getting when I booked. People seriously expect a 5 star hotel for pennies... Budget hotel that was quite clean (no smells) and a staff that was present and kind. Breakfast was coffee & a packaged muffin. Overall, cheap and easy!
Cons: No trash bins outside... Where are people supposed to place their waste and the pet waste too? I like this Extended Stay very much.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I can't say that I liked anything "best". The things that I did appreciate were mediocre at best. The hotel was in a decent location close to the Fair-Oaks Mall. Parking was sufficient.
Cons: The most disappointing thing was the "free breakfast", which is one of the things I look for in a hotel before booking. Here, this consisted of coffee & hot water, instant oatmeal, and some packaged muffins and granola bars on a bureau in the entrance :(
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent and no hold for incidentals.
Cons: Overall it has seen its better days. Brown and ugly.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff, nice guy
Cons: Ac not working
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location, got a good price off of Kayak.
Cons: There were several small dark red stains on the sheets. While it was December, there was no comforter in the bed, just the sheet and 2 relatively thin blankets. When I checked in, there was a used washcloth sitting on the top of the shower rack, folded in half like someone had left it there to dry out. The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars, pre packaged muffins, apples, coffee, and instant oatmeal. This was a last-second need so I primarily chose it based on price, but definitely deserving of the 3 star rating.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location and good looking property and grounds.
Cons: Room was a bit disappointing. Multiple cigarette stains in the comforter. Multiple leaking holes in the sink faucet. Air conditioner malfunctions kept the room cold, but with a consistently loud clicking that made it difficult to sleep.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was not equipped as promised, staff was not helpful at all, the rooms were small, dirty and outdated. The "breakfast" is non-existent. I doubt the positive ratings on this hotel are legitimate. There is no way anyone would rate this hotel with a positive rating.
Cons: Nothing positive to say about this property at all.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room was spotless. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: The last time they remodeled was in the 1900s. Everything except the TV was old school. The carpet was fairly new and clean. If you dont mind old school its an ok place.

Pros: Bad and expensive not clean 67 $ per night is too much for this motel I give it half star
