Pros (+) Clean, updated décor and bedding was great. We travel as a family of four and stay in hotels 3-4 times a year on Cape Code and the Inn on the Square was by far the best place we've stayed yet for the cost. Staff members were friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Parking was not close. Had to drop the family and luggage off, go park and walk quite a distance to and from the building.
Cons (-) Door wouldn't unlock when entering room was not cleaned properly between days of our stay

Cons (-) Unusual but at 3pm desk manager said would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours til room was ready. We made the reservation the day before. Took our cell number and called us about 4:30. Have stayed there at least a half a dozen times and would go back again.
Pros (+) The location was perfect to walk to the local restaurants and shops. There is a great bike path behind the hotel that takes you directly to the beach. It was ideal for a morning walk or jog.
Pros (+) Pool was very, very clean and the air temp in the pool area was comfortable. Large enough to do short laps. Was really impressed by the service of the gentleman at the front desk. Nice location in Falmouth. I certainly got more than I paid for.
Pros (+) There was some confusion regarding our reservation. For the inconvenience, Harbor View gave us a significant complimentary upgrade to one of their "Captain's Cottages"! Impeccable First Class Customer Service.

Pros (+) Overall this was a beautiful hotel with on site restaurant. Rooms were lavishly furnished in beautiful white duvets and the color tones of the rooms truly gave it that Cape Cod feel.
