Pros: So convenient and the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.
Pros: Lovingly preserved and maintained 60s motel in the beating heart of a great little town. The Smithsonian should kick in to fund this place. And the flowers! And great restaurants an easy walk away! The Pickle Jar! Anejo! Don't hesitate. Stay here.
Cons: That we only had one night to spend there. It's the perfect stopover before a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or before proceeding further out the Cape.
Pros: Everything was within walking distance. Clean, pleasant and quant.
Pros: Friendly staff/owner. Great price for the location.
Cons: Small bathroom, but doable. Location great. Walking distance to downtown. Free parking

Pros: the staff and the location. the room we (my12 year old daughter, her friend and I) ended up with was great - Beach house 21.
Cons: the original room we booked was really small and had a damp smell, so glad they offered the upgrade at a minor price difference.
Pros: The cheerfulness and prompt action to fix the issue we reported. The A/c had a musty smell and it was cleaned as soon as we reported it. , the owner takes pride in her work.
Cons: Breakfast could have eggs.

Pros: Quaint little place almost right across from the beach, staff was friendly, and parking was a secure lot right in front of the room.
Cons: My only complaint was that the room seemed/smelled a bit musty, maybe because it's so close to the ocean? Other than that, no complaints.
Pros: Even though the room is dated and small, it is very clean and the staff does a nice job keeping the grounds clean
Cons: Only glaring issues I could find was with the TV. It was a MAJOR one.. seriously they need to angle the TV about 5-8 degree downward so that is is view-able. Seriously laying in bed you can barely make out the picture. Not sure what they where thinking
Pros: Great location! Loved being next to the British Beer Company!
Pros: Location was perfect.
Pros: Proximity to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
Pros: Friendliness and proximity to the beach.
Pros: This is a well maintained inn next to Nantucket Sound.
Pros: 1) Location 2) Cleanliness 3) Value
Cons: There is a road between the Seaside Inn and the beach. But if you are prepared to accept this, the desirable features outweigh this.
Pros: Seaside Inn is located on the Nantucket Sound shore. The ocean view room I stayed in had been remodeled. The inn is next door to a British Beer Pub. This was a convenient and very pleasant environment. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: There is a road between the inn and the beach, so if I left the window open, I could hear cars passing by instead of gentle sea waves.
Pros: Location, friendliness of staff at front desk and housekeeping. Conveniently parking space and overall quaintness of the inn.
Cons: Lighting in the room was a little dark and we had a little trouble with TV , it shut off without warning every so often. It didn't impact our enjoyment however since we didn't stay there for TV viewing. Biggest problem? Too short a stay:)
Pros: The location, the price, the staff and the room. We thought it was a gem.

Pros: Clean, updated décor and bedding was great. We travel as a family of four and stay in hotels 3-4 times a year on Cape Code and the Inn on the Square was by far the best place we've stayed yet for the cost. Staff members were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Parking was not close. Had to drop the family and luggage off, go park and walk quite a distance to and from the building.
Cons: Door wouldn't unlock when entering room was not cleaned properly between days of our stay
Pros: Great value. Clean and friendly staff.
Cons: Unusual but at 3pm desk manager said would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours til room was ready. We made the reservation the day before. Took our cell number and called us about 4:30. Have stayed there at least a half a dozen times and would go back again.
Pros: The location was perfect to walk to the local restaurants and shops. There is a great bike path behind the hotel that takes you directly to the beach. It was ideal for a morning walk or jog.
Pros: Pool was very, very clean and the air temp in the pool area was comfortable. Large enough to do short laps. Was really impressed by the service of the gentleman at the front desk. Nice location in Falmouth. I certainly got more than I paid for.
Pros: There was some confusion regarding our reservation. For the inconvenience, Harbor View gave us a significant complimentary upgrade to one of their "Captain's Cottages"! Impeccable First Class Customer Service.
Pros: One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Not many frills but excellent place to stay.
Pros: Overall this was a beautiful hotel with on site restaurant. Rooms were lavishly furnished in beautiful white duvets and the color tones of the rooms truly gave it that Cape Cod feel. We were snowed in for the weekend and it was the perfect hotel for a quiet snowy weekend. Close to the downtown area, about a 7 minute walk away where we enjoyed unique cuisine experiences. Can't wait to return in not so snowy weather!
Pros: Clean. Comfy bed & pillow.
Cons: No elevator
Pros: Very comfortable beds, generics supply of towels, clean comfortable rooms, quiet and restful. Breakfast and lunch restaurant on premises. Good food and service.
Cons: Really all was fine. Location perfect for my purposes.
Pros: Furnishings were high quality, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food.
Cons: They needed more servers in their resterant.
Pros: Convenient, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms-- what more do you need!

Pros: Carol, the owner, helped me arrange ferry tickets, gave me advice about Martha's Vineyard, and was very pleasant, When I tried to extend my stay, even though they were fully booked, she made the extra effort to find me a room, and when that failed, she called around and found me another local hotel to stay in, and even called back later to make sure I had gotten in alright! LOVE the attention the staff gives. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't use the outdoor pool, but the location was excellent. I highly recommend this motel.
Pros: The location is great for shops, restaurants, the harbor & catching the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.... all within walking distance! It is family owned & very friendly. The room is spic & span. They have a lovely pool, too!

Cons: Bathroom was adequate but quite small and in need of updating. The shower was great (not at all wimpy) but hard to avoid water spilling onto the floor.
Cons: Pool was closed for maintenance knowing it was a long weekend with no jacuzzi in that area as well. Paid well above ----a night for a king bed and a staff with only one sentence 'sorry for inconvenience'
Pros: Good location, nice pool, restaurant and exercise room.
Cons: The shower drain was slow and the bath room was small for a 3 star.
Pros: Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Great location. Convenient to braces, Woods Hole ferries & downtown Falmouth
Cons: The lock on our door was broken
Pros: Staff tried to be helpful.
Cons: Hotel was under renovation and it as dusty and dirty, to the point of making us sick from the dust. We wish we were told before hand about the renovation. The air conditioning was not working, and overall condition of the hotel was poor.
Pros: Price was right for what it is.
Cons: Pool was closed on 4th of July weekend due to facility-wide renovations. Wouldn't a cape cod hotel do their renovations in the off-season? The draw of a pool was part of the reason I had booked this motel in advance.
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating
Cons: Facility under construction; limited amenities.
Pros: The rooms were OK for the money. Older and a little run down.
Looks like some quest may be living thier. No hair dryer, clock or iron in room these items may get stolen offen. Will not stay here again.
Pros: I was super relieved to find a room on the Cape in the summer even though we booked it just a few days in advance. The staff was very nice when we were checked in. Everything was clean. Everything went smoothly.
Cons: Beds weren't very comfortable, and it was just really noisy. Loud guests, and noise from the street just made it hard to sleep.
