The bathroom was very modern but its fittings, or lack of them, meant that the ergonomics of using it fell short. No shelf space to place your toiletries, Nor in the shower area either. The sink was small and shallow with the water spout protruding too far out. This resulted in a slow flow of waste water to exit the plug hole, coupled with the inevitable splashing of water onto the floor, particularly when washing your face. The light from the bathroom lit up the whole room because of the glass wall, meaning one of us could not sleep on while the other was using it. The safety deposit box was placed above the fridge meaning that the interior of it felt like an oven. Therefore, we could not place mobile phones, IPads or watches in it for safe keeping. On a more humorous side the hotel lift was the slowest lift we have ever used. We used it twice to to go to the rooftop bar but there was no one up there - not even a barman.
