Friendly flight staff, spacious cabin, decent food, clean and well-maintained. Additionally, we were delayed by 30 minutes and still managed to arrive before our original arrival time at Gatwick. I haven’t flown BA in years but this trip has made me a new regular customer.

Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.

Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Food was ok

The customer service I received was horrible horrible horrible especially from the check in counter the were very rude . After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter

Boarding via bus to plane was an added hassle The cabin temperature throughout flight was uncomfortably cold On each trip I have made with BA ( 6 in last year USA to U.K. and Spain) lack of overhead luggage space is always an issue. I paid 65 pounds for an extra check-on small suitcase, yet I couldn’t even put a small holdall in overhead because others had whole suitcases in there. This needs to be re-evaluated!

Left the terminal building by bus to the aircraft. Had to exit the bus, WALK ACROSS the tarmac and up a set of stairs to the plane. REALLY, British Air couldn't find a proper gate at the terminal? What if it had been raining or my elderly mother that needs a wheel chair? BA needs to solve these problems fast if they want my service in the future.
