The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

I love flying with United. Unfortunately, I flew on an older plane with minimal upgraded technology (no Bluetooth functionality or handy charging ports). Otherwise, the flight was great and even arrived early.

They changed my seats after I checked in and I was stressed from the time I saw that information until just before boarding, when the gate attendant fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. And if it couldn't be prevented, then the people on the phone I spoke with should have done something to help, which they did not, nor did they offer me compensation, just meaningless apologies.

Horrific. They missed my connecting flight to San Diego. I didn’t get there until Monday at 9am when I had a mandatory court settlement conference scheduled at 6am since we had parties on the east coast. This caused many issues. All because United apparently forgot to hold the doors open until my flight landed that only had a 10 minute delay. This was the last flight to Southern California. So I couldn’t even rent a car to finish the trip. United cannot be trusted when traveling on specific days and times since weather didn’t have anything to do with the delays.

My flight was delayed a very short period of time but they did not hold my connecting flight to San Diego, also through United. So they closed the doors before we got off our plane. They would only have to help the door open for another five to ten minutes. So I missed a court deadline for a manditory mediation settlement conference for my client. I had to get an associate to be there in person and be on the phone with him relaying what he needs to do the entire time. The court was very upset with me and so was my client. United cannot be trusted.

Seats were less comfortable and tight from Newark to Dublin, than my second flight ( small segment from Dublin to Lyon). Movie audio was with frying sound overall. Yet the worst was as follows: one male, (dark hair , glasses on) from the crew member was so cold and rough, while I remained with constancy polite and kind. Per exple with the noise level I could not hear him at first for beverages, he rolled his eyes at the third times I finally heard him. From the start, loading my small hand bags , he directly spoke to me and said “ I had to keep my shopping bad by my seat, under , while there was sufficient room and I was among the last to sit. I show him the space , his face was always dull, stoic, not welcoming as the usual crew members from any airline companies are. When I think of my experience I liard w Aer Lingus, this is the image that gets back to me. Needless to say that as a passenger and client, I felt belittled since all this happened in front of the surrendering passengers. It s an affront and not a pleasant feeling especially when being traveling which oftentimes involves stress with carrying, and making it on time. I like Aer Lingus so that is why I’m writing this critique so they can become better. The boarding gate was too small to board properly. Our seats were toward the back of the plane knowing we would be boarding after business class, we moved to that area after business class boarded. An Aer Lingus employee told us we couldn’t stand there. We explained we were the next group to board and wouldn’t even be able to hear when our boarding was called. She didn’t care and was not very professional. The cabin was freezing. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food. We were over an hour late coming into chicago because of weather which can’t be avoided. I asked the crew if they could make an annoucement for before whose final destination is chicago to wait and allow the people with connecting to deplane first. He said there are a lot of people with connecting flights. He said, it doesn’t matter. Well, yes it does. He could have been more considerate of his passengers.

Went to gally after meal service no one there / no self service for water at least. Waited 25 min for cabin crew to assist. No recycling of cardboard/ plastic - all put to garbage. Breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and an orange juice. Also I'm sure I booked a flight with checked luggage allowance but had to buy extra when I had my booking confirmation. Movies were good. Chairs comfy. Pillow and blanket and ac vents.

At check-in the unmanned machines said QR code was invalid so had to queue for over an hour to check in bags

There was no room in the seats, smallest room we've ever had and the food was awful.

I dont fly them much anymore. Other carries offere better pricing and better seating options

Seats weren't very comfortable for a long haul flight but the service made up for it.

Terrible! I had to cancel our flights due to my wife Carmen requiring an unexpected second cancer surgery. I first contacted orbitz about obtaining a credit due to medical interruption and orbitz directed me to TAP. I contacted TAP and the representative directed me back to orbitz and refused to even explain what TAP’s medical interruption policy was or how it worked—I wanted that information for a second call to orbitz. Terrible service at a particularly difficult time.

Food was edible, not great, and served by attendants who looked like they really were not happy working the flight. The section I was in was too warm making the 11 hour flight uncomfortable. Other areas on the plane were fine.

Checked bG chstgr was extremely high. Over $120. It was s bsit and switch knowing an international passenger would have t9 check a bag.

First, communication was terrible. The gate on our ticket was not what was reflected on the airport screens and TAP personnel were not present at either gate to answer questions. The flight was delayed and there was no announcement. Also, there was an equipment swap to a smaller airframe which affected our level of comfort. The root of all these issues was as a lack of communication. With air travel in foreign countries already being a stressful affair, lack of communication needlessly raises the level of difficulty.

Checkin was very slow, we had checked in online and hoping we could do a bag drop at the airport. However everyone with checked bags had to queue up and it took over 40mins. Our advice arrive extra early or you will be rushing to the gate.

Flight was good but seat in 12D was not comfortable, better on the Airbus 321 from Tampa to Charlotte. No breakfast was served before landing in zLonfon only a coffee and orange juice.

I was transferred to an American Airlines flight. The boarding was late and unorganized. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Will not use AA again.

The entertainment selection was ok, but overall not bad! The crew was great.

Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.

We were never able to take this flight because our first flight from Austin to Dallas was cancelled.

Our flight was cancelled on Sunday morning. We were supposed to take a short flight to Dallas from Austin, then a nonstop to Barcelona. We were rerouted from Austin to Miami on American Airlines due to storms we sat at the gate for 2 1/2 hours, pilot announced we needed fuel. In air pilot said we were rerouted to Fort Myers 30 minutes from Zmiami. Sat on tarmac waiting for a gate. Deplaned at 10:09. Pilot gave conflicting info about what to do. Missed Miami flight to Barcelona. Pilot announced crew was timed out and we would have to wait for a new crew. Waited a couple of hours. Got to Miami at 2:30 am. Gate agents at Fort Myers told us to go to D30 for hotel vouchers. No one was there. So we slept a little on the floor. Husband is 80 and I am 74. Rerouted to JFK at 9:54 am on Monday, then flight to Barcelona at 5 pm. We arrived in Barcelona a day late and missed the first night of our Oceania Marina cruise. We feel that we are due a lot of compensation for this trip from hell.

The check-in of my luggage was terrible. When purchased my tickets, one luggage and one carry-on was part of the fight. My flight was switched from British to American Airline. During check-in of luggage at the airport, I was denied and had to pay extra $75. How do I get reimbursed for this extra luggage payment?

More Indian vegetarian food options would have been better Availability of seat selection free of charge 72 hours before departure would be great

This was the second time on BA, food terrible, bathrooms gross,( granted, that was mostly due to the disgusting children urinating all over it)boarding was late and disorganized. No gate issued until last minute st Heathrow, bad system, caused undue stress. Seats were painful, that's what you get for traveling like a poor in economy, right BA? Should have been able to afford business or first class if you want to actually be able to walk upright without back pain after a trip.
