Pros: The hotel is located centrally in Firostefani, near the bus station and many restaurants or cafes. It has a very good sea view, practically i could enjoy the beautiful view of caldera and sunset in bed. It was the best thing to drink a beer on the tiny balcony during the time of sunset or take the breakfast, while the sun shines over the volcano island.
Cons: The waiter of the restaurant was not kind, i think, they are different departments, so it was not his job to serve the hotel guests. The food of the restaurant was not good, but expensive.( I had my dinners in a taverna on the left side of the main street to Fira, just 50m from Ferostefani bus station, it is my personal accommodation, the name is Simos.) It was very noisy in Remvi, because the restaurant plays music until late night, the refrigerator was loud, plus church clocks on friday.
Pros: The view of the hotel
Cons: The room is too small
Pros: Excellent view, cleanliness
Cons: Small misunderstanding with owner for the first night, but she didn't charged for it.
Pros: Not really a "hotel" rather a restaurant with some (very small) rooms. Location is super: caldera view, within easy walking distance of Thira, right next to a busstop, parking for cars nearby.
Cons: Breakfast: enough but on 6 mornings 6 times exactly the same.
Pros: great view of cliff, very nice hotel,we have our dinner just in front of our room seeing the sunset, highly recommend
Pros: Room small and quaint. Hotel in middle of fantastic Santorini architecture with fantastic view of caldera. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a wine while the sun sets. A few minutes walk from Thira.
Cons: Basic, especially the bathroom.

Pros: Beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the caldera. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast makes a perfect day.
Cons: Wifi is a bit weak inside the room.
Nice location - out of the bustle of Fira but within an easy walk. WifFi connection very good from the deck. Nice buffet breakfast served on the deck. Excellent coffee.
Pros: Thomas and Alex are great hosts - we were definitely given the feeling that they cared about us and our comfort. Housekeeping staff very meticulous. Loved the deck area overlooking the caldera. Rooms are spacious. The view is amazing.
Cons: At first I was a bit daunted by the all the steps but every thing else was so positive that I quickly forgot about them.
I am embassed to say how many photos I took from my balcony - but the views at sunrise, midday and sunset were each striking and memorable. My room and the entire hotel structure was classically and solidly built. Even my bed frame was built into the masony of the room - but the bed itself was very comfortable. There was a separate shower room off the bathroom that was built into the hotel structure. The hotel managers and staff were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They didn't hesitate to walk out to the street to make sure you could find your way. Although the breakfast food selection offering left a bit to be desired, the outdoor tables and view lifted one's spirit so much you really didn't mind. You found yourself going up and down steps quite a bit to get from one part of the hotel to another, but that should be expected on the rim of the caldera. There is a lovely pedestrian walkway that follows the caldera rim down to the busy downtown area of Fira, with its many shops, restaurants and museums - all within a pedestrian only area. It is about a 15 minute walk, but ladies should bring comfortable walking shoes because part of the surface is inlaid with rounded stones.
Pros: The view from my hotel room door was absolutely breathtaking. You could see the entire caldera, the town of Fira on the rim, and look down on the tourist ships far below. The hotel was nice and run by two fellows who were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: One minor thing that bothered me initially was that the local town had removed the sign pointing the way to the hotel as part of some roadwork. However, the hotel manager said the sign would be back up the following week.
Located in Fira, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Wall Paintings of Thira Exhibition and Archaeological Museum. Museum of Prehistoric Thira is 0.9 mi (1.5 km) away.
Pros: The owners of the hotel were very nıce and frıendly. The place and the vıew were good
Cons: It was a lıttle dıffıcult to get there.
Pros: Fantastic place to stay. Lovely pool, very friendly owners ... so relaxing. Hope to return soon.
Pros: Quiet environment with clean rooms.
Cons: Location is on a hill which make it difficult to get to the hotel. Bed was abit too hard for me.
Pros: The hoteliers (especially the landlady and her son) were very helpful, very nice and friendly.
Cons: Because of its position it was a little difficult to reach.
Pros: Very polite and kind staff. You have a feeling that all the visitors are like a familly in the hotel
Cons: The front rooms have a small problem with the noise from the road but if you close the doors and windows and open the aircondition the problem is over!!
Pros: Booking process, great pool, clean rooms and surrounding, breakfast, balcony with views.
Cons: The room that we booked was not provided, it took much discussion to get the room that we had booked and paid for. There was much questioning as to why we needed this room which was inappropriate as we had clearly booked it.

Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Rooms offer up nice touches like premium bedding and rainfall showerheads, along with furnished balconies or patios and LCD TVs.
Pros: The service was great, they kindly picked us up from the airport at 1am, and helped us printing a document, their treatment was very warm. The place has a good location, a 10-15 min walk take you to the cable car for the old port (or the donkey station), there is also a bus stop in the route to Oia next to the hotel.
Also nearby you can see the sunset next to a beautiful church.
Cons: Pillows could be a little softer :-)

Pros: Nektarios who ran the hotel was fabulous. I e-mailed to say we'd be arriving at midnight on the ferry from Rhodes and he organised a transfer for us and stayed in reception until we arrived. He organised tours, quad bikes, everything. He was great. Our room (on the third and forth nights) of our stay was lovely. Perfect location - good value for money. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast overlooking the caldera. Will definitely recommend hotel.
Cons: As with all our booking on booking.com, I felt that we were given the smallest room in every hotel. I felt that booking.com had been given the small rooms to sell on their site. We had room #1 for the first two nights of our 4 night stay - it was smaller than the other 8 rooms, next to reception, the shower was broken, couldn't hang up the shower hose and it flooded the bathroom and the air con remote screen was cracked. We asked to move and Nektarios moved us no worries! We also listed honeymoon as our reason for travel and not once was it mentioned. Did they know..? On leaving the hotel, we saw the staff sprinkling rose petals and lighting candles for another couple's arrival :(
Pros: Magnificent view from our room. Fantastic breakfast included. Clean. Plenty of hot water for bathroom. Polite/helpful house maid. Manager helpful.
Cons: Room was tiny. Bed was hard. Lots of small repairs needed like curtain hooks, towel rail. shower holder, wardrobe door. etc. Very noisy frig. Towels were very 'scratchy'.
Pros: The location in Firostefani was great, restaurants all around and only 10 minutes walk from the main city of Thira but much more pleasant ! The good surprise was the jacuzzi on the terrace, with a wonderful view on the sea. The owners are really nice, the breakfast was good and well served. A place to go without any hesitation !
Pros: Wonderful view, very good location, only few minutes walked to fira (main city).
Cons: no safe for valuables
Pros: Fabulous views and a very comfortable room for a very good price. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Great breakfasts, as well.
Pros: The view was phenomenal! The staff was helpful, kind, and friendly.
Pros: The value of the resevation lies in the incredible view that is on your doorstep and with such easy access.
Pros: The location & the views from the hotel
Cons: It was a little difficult to find
Pros: Friendly owner, good location, spectacular view from patio
Cons: no shower curtain, no shade on patio, place had little charm. Recommend staying there? Yes, but not enthusiastically.
Pros: hot tub and caldera view

Pros: Loved my stay here. I came for a couple days in low season and the suites had great views, comfy bed, good hot water, the breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold foods, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The private suites with views were a great plus. Very nice to sit out on your own balcony section and have some food or wine.
Cons: Not Dana Villas specific, but be aware in low season that there are less places open around. Still there is enough.
Pros: The gentleman at the reception is extremely polite and helpful. He is very serious about his job and treats you like you are a Hollywood star!
Cons: Totally loved it... the honeymoon suite was amazing!!!!... the outdoor jakuzzi is best, even in the winter months... amazing experience...
Pros: The manager was amazing. Very helpful and kind. He cares about his guests and their happiness. The location was breathtakingly gorgeous and the view of the Santorini sunset(which could quite possibly be the best in the world) could not have been better. This is a very romantic and comfortable place to stay.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: I loved the view from our room and the friendly staff who were always happy to assist us
Cons: The room was a bit small but we were still comfortable the views certainly made up for this

Pros: very friendly staff, outstanding view, quite alot of stairs but it wasn't that bad for the view
Cons: maybe better breakfast choices
Pros: the view was breathtaking each and everytime we opened the door in the morning. The steps were also a great little work out.

Pros: A lovely place with breathtaking views. The staff made us feel like family and we were sad to leave. A delicious breakfast was delivered promptly at 8am each morning and was a great start to our day. The location was perfect and walking distance to town.

Pros: We loved our experience here, Angeliki the owner and her family made us feel very welcomed from the first day. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday we feel the hotel's location is it's best asset. It's located close to Fira and Firastefani, Fira is where all the tourism is, but the hotel is closer to Firastefani, Firastefani and Imperviogli is the place where you should go, it's just beautiful. The hotel itself was clean, not too big but it was big enough for the both of us. Angeliki really made the difference, she was so helpufl with directions and recommendations of good restaurants (where locals eat), she even helped out in our final day there by taking us to the station in her car so we can catch the bus to the Port on time, thanks.
