Foligno Hotels

Location and cost. Breakfast was very good. A little bit noisy but in all it was a very nice experience.

Family runned hotel in the middle of Foligno. Foligno has a beautifully city centre which is partly still under restoration. Some great shops and excellent restaurants on walking distance. Very friendly and wellcoming staff. Spotless room, very large bathroom. The pictures of the rooms being offered at this site do not match reality. No bubble bath in our room. Poor breakfast.

Very helpful reception, comfortable room, bed and bathroom , very good breakfast in interesting building and right in centre of town.

The location was excelllent with a very peaceful and relaxed athmosphere. We enjoyed the swimming pool and we could even have a light lunch served there. The staff is very knowledgeable about any place you may want to visit in the surrondings. There is free internet connection. Bevagna is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. This is excellent for having dinner without having to go too far from the hotel. We were very pleased with room 20 which we had requested at the time of the reservation.

Excellent reception beautiful public areas. Only spent one night but would definately return again.

the hotel is brand new resort facility with nice, spacious room and breakfast is outstanding with fresh squeezed orange juice and exquisite espresso machine. even though it was high season, it was good deal for the money

Simple and clean hotel at convenient location for touring the countryside. Nothing fancy, but very inexpensive and a good value. If you want to save money but don't want to sacrifice cleanliness, its good to keep in mind. I had no problems with using the WIFI in my room and at breakfast. They also provided a decent simple breakfast. There was road noise and an alarm outside that woke me early in the morning. There was also a loud group that made lots of noise until late at night. The hotel was fine in itself, but because of all the noise I had a terrible night's sleep. I would consider it comparable to a nice highway roadside hotel in the US with a good breakfast.

The location was stunning and so peaceful. We had a beautiful villa, not a single room, in amongst the vinyard with views of the hills and Assisi. It was wonderfully bucolic yet so convenient for touring Umbria. The resort manager was excellent - friendly, professional and generous. However, some of his stylish and rather gorgeous reception staff (initially at least) appeared aloof/unfriendly/unhelpful. Check in was a terse, "cold" and un-Italian affair. Our encounters "warmed" somewhat over the 8 days we were there but we never felt like "valued customers". This was not the case in the Restaurant or elsewhere around the resort - where staff blended professionalism with warmth and hospitality - where we flet welcome.
