Set in a historic Redwood Inn, this three-story facility offers nine rooms with independent bathrooms. It features a victory garden that teaches living soil methods for sustainable food production, with surplus food donated to the community. An onsite apiary supports beekeeping as part of its regenerative practices. This retreat provides comprehensive training in hospitality, covering innkeeping, gardening, landscaping, bee care, marketing, and international travel experiences. It also serves as a venue for events like concerts, weddings, and educational retreats. Committed to community wellness, we offer a free monthly stay to a veteran and their family as part of our "Salt Water Therapy" program, promoting healing and relaxation.

Pros (+) The Inn's fountain and gardens were beautiful. Kitchen was sunny and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and we had a nice rest. I liked that we could select our breakfast options from a menu the night before. We had a pleasant walk around the neighborhood and liked being within walking distance of town. Our host Gordy suggested that we see Glass Beach before leaving Fort Bragg. We did visit the beach...
Cons (-) We each had organic instant oatmeal and tea, and would've liked a bit more (fruit, toast?) for breakfast.
