The breakfast was really nice. Not gourmet, but the waffles were great and the eggs and sausage were good as well. The staff were all pleasant and responsive. In addition, this hotel is very well located. We are already planning our next stay.a
Pros: The room was fantastic. The balcony had an amazing view and the Jacuzzi tub with the ocean view was great! Neither of us could think of anything we would want changed to improve our experience.
Cons: I would prefer that the bathroom floor was tiled.
Pros: the view from my room was wonderful
Pros: THE VIEW.It was breathtaking. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed .It was well furnished and even had a fire place
Cons: The receptionist was a little akward at check in.I wish she would have been a little more friendly.Being a first time visitor I would have like to ask her a few of her recommendations.
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous rooms with fireplace and view of the sea. very nice breakfast. And really good wifi.
Cons: Everything was great.
Cons: Housekeeping made one bed but didnt change the sheets on the other. That was weird.
Pros: The room was great and comfortable
Cons: For the price of the room the continental breakfast was substandard, no better then a motel 6
I will never stay back at this hotel again
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: The office staff gave access to our room to another couple and deleted our key access. Plus the sound proof between 1st and 2nd floors is horrible. People above us kept us awake until after 1:30 am
Website says extra bend can be brought in for a price but then at the hotel was told I couldn't have more than 2 in the room reserved. Somehow my reservation for 4 turned into a reservation for 2. Possibly a problem with Priceline. The hotel needs upgrading. Both wife and daughter itchy on the sheets. No ventilation. No AC. Couldn't keep window open because of smell.
Cons: Outside smelled like dirt. Porta potty below the hotel decks. Couldn't accomadate my 2 kids in the room. Somehow I booked for 4 people but the reservation was for 2. Had to downgrade the room.
Beautiful setting. Lack of parking for office access.
Pros: The view from the windows of our room.
It was good enough to return to and that is definite.
Pros: We enjoyed the room looking out to the ocean, being able to leave the slider open for fresh air and the sounds of the area.
Cons: Not particularly
for the price it was not up to standard very outdated room
Best view of any motel on the coast, no beach but benefit of watching fishing boats coming and going along the rugged coast bring binoculars, small trail going to restaurants on the Wharf, best bang for the buck just go.
Pros: Excellent view, great hot tub, large shower, very nice continental breakfast was provided, they have upgraded to Blu ray players and flat screen TVs and mp3 players
Cons: New Couch and chair would be nice their uncomfortable..
Situated on the bay, North Cliff Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Fort Bragg. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and hot/cold buffet breakfast daily between 8 AM and 10:30 AM. Nice touches like fireplaces, bathrobes, and designer toiletries are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: This bed and breakfast is awesome. Breakfast was homemade and tasted like it. If you were to look up a old time B and B this is what you would see as the definition.
Cons: When you stay at a B and B, you have to realize this is not a 1.5million dollar home in the hamptons. This is someone's home and they are opening it up to you. Everything worked, room is a little small but like I said, it's just like staying at grandmas house.
Enjoy your visit to Fort Bragg with a stay at Country Inn. The spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.
Pros: Wonderful atmosphere--wonderful people who ran it and great food!
Pros: The Inn was very nice and our room was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and roomy.
Cons: The downfall was that it was only feet from the major highway through town. Logging trucks and other noisy traffic went by all night. Very had to try to sleep with all that noise. We were in the front bedroom so it might be a little quieter in the back
Pros: The breakfast was phenominal! I haven't had eggs benedict this good since dining at the Queen Mary. The room was also very comfortable and inviting. The hosts are very nice, helpful and accommodating.
WOuld stay again
Pros: Nice staff Free breakfast, home cooked, very good. Free off street parking TV and fridge in room.
Pros: The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We would definately stay at the Glass Beach Inn if we are in the Fort Bragg area again. Thanks Priceline. Beau & Joanne Broemmel
Cons: We can not think of anything. We loved the experience.

Pros: Location ! STAFF ! Unbeatable ! Just Awesome.
The Owners have 3 or more properties here, two located side by side. Both are awesome. In the whole of Fort Bragg there isn't another Hotel that's closer to beach. Literally an exclusive beach, even though outsiders can come in but hardly saw anyone. We saw sunset from our beds. Open the balcony door and run to the beach.
Best Staff I have seen. Very very courteous, absolutely ready to help out. We left a iPhone while checking out and had left Fort Bragg when they found and called us. They pre-heated our rooms.
Breakfast served in the morning is decent. We really liked the organic shampoo/conditioner/gel/cream they provided. Nice aroma. Robes were warm and comfortable.
Cons: Beachcomber - Bathroom could be a little bigger. Doesn't matter for few days, but that's the only negative thing I can think of.
Surf & Sand - Huge Bathroom. Absolutely perfect !
Pros: being on the pacific ocean; continental breakfast included
Cons: being right on top of others; no privacy at all

Pros: I could watch the boats come in and out all day and not get bored.
Pros: Even though the hotel was a bit dated, it was sparkling clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast room was attractive and clean. Our room was close to the bridge over Noyo Harbor so it was a bit noisy with the slider to the balcony open, but with it closed it was just fine.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was having to pay extra for a Yoplait yogurt at the breakfast bar, but it was only $1 so I guess it wasn't bad.
Pros: The location, the view, and the breakfast.
Pros: The rooms had plenty of space and were clean. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, many items to choose from and waffles cooked to order. some things did cost money but were only a dollar. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel on our next trip to the coast.
Cons: I kinda wish they allowed pets but I understand why they don't.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, convenient and easy to get to. We would stay here again in a minute. Staff was wonderful.
Pros: The view of Noyo harbor and the ocean.
Cons: Unfriendly staff; uncomfortable bed; lighting (washroom across from bed); small tv; no hot tub. For the amount of this room, I think we could have gone somewhere else and gotten more...continental breakfast offered no fresh fruit. I wasn't comfortable nor happy in this room. It was clEan and maid service was excellent. Not sure I'd go back.
Enjoy your visit to Fort Bragg with a stay at Harbor Lite Lodge. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include continental breakfast and WiFi. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: The rooms were clean, good sized and the staff was very nice. The grounds were kept up well and the stay was quiet and peaceful.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't anything special but it worked for us. The rooms didn't have air conditioning but we didn't need it since the coast was cool and there were fans in the room if needed.
Pros: Very Clean.
Cons: Beds aren't comfortable.

Pros: Great bed, refrigerator, microwave comfortable size and layout, satellite TV, quick check in and check out....wonderful breakfast with lots of choices.
Cons: The coffee in the room and at breakfast was awful. the price was a little high.
Pros: It's was so clean and comfortable. Very worth the extra penny's you spend. The breakfast was also very good. Even toward 9:30 (when it should be closing) they kept the food stocked. I will be back!!!
Cons: It said room with view in the description. Well the view was .... A tree and the top of the building.
Pros: Clean and the most comfortable hotel mattresses ever
Cons: Was described as a room with a view for $205 which we were fine with. The view was non existent unless you count some trees as a view. Then my card got charged twice once from the website and one from the hotel. Customers shouldnt have to make calls about this after their stay.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: Condition of plumbing in shower

Cons: Loud guests. I specifically asked for a quiet room
Pros: Clean and everything looked fresh. Paint and wall coverings looked new, bathroom clean and fresh. Also the way the rooms were laid out, ours was very quiet. Our unit had isolated walls from other units. Liked the double security of having a locked entrance door to the unit and then a locked room door.
Cons: I would have liked to have had larger towels! But I am nit-picking.

Pros: The Inn's fountain and gardens were beautiful. Kitchen was sunny and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and we had a nice rest. I liked that we could select our breakfast options from a menu the night before. We had a pleasant walk around the neighborhood and liked being within walking distance of town. Our host Gordy suggested that we see Glass Beach before leaving Fort Bragg. We did visit the beach and really enjoyed it.
Cons: We each had organic instant oatmeal and tea, and would've liked a bit more (fruit, toast?) for breakfast.

Pros: My grandkids loved the indoor pool and hot tub.
Cons: The carpets could be updated. Our room was full of stains. And the bathroom door had no lock.
Pros: Please, everybody stay away. I don't want their prices to go up. I love this place.
Pros: The location is perfect. The lady who runs it is very nice. Homemade muffins, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee were available. Pool was good for kids.
Cons: Just older needs updates, smelled old

Pros: When you won't give me a refund for a room I didn't want, at least do me the favor of canceling these stupid marketing surveys. Thanks for adding insult to injury.
Cons: I'm never using Kayak again.
Pros: Awesome room and location!
Pros: Never got inside to like anything.
Cons: Arrived after midnight and no one ever answered the after hours doorbell, or the after hours phone number. Waited and rang for about 40 minutes. Called the corporate number and even they couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Had to find a different place to stay which was hard at that time of night with a car full of small children.
Pros: inexpensive, clean, and breakfast on Sunday actually pretty good.
Cons: Rooms were ridiculously small staff was overly loud in the morning internet was non-existent no channels on the TV .said no smoking but the room reeks like cigarettes
Pros: Nice location
Regular breakfast, muffins cereals etc no eggs or waffles/pancakes, nothing fancy
Very small but sufficient room
Regularly decorated, not run down nor fancy
Seemed price for location with friendly staff was what put it up top for me
Cons: Add some waffles, you have a toaster
Please increase the pay for the housekeepers so you don't feel the need to put out tip envelopes
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: The people above us were very noisy, stomping and running back and forth until well after midnight. Thank goodness my husband has hearing problems! :-)
Pros: I really appreciated that the staff was friendly and the rooms were really clean. It was a good basic hotel to stay at. It was also a great bonus the frigerator was a good size. It was easy to find and close to many of the activities we were planning to do.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. It is a short walk through a tunnel to the beach.
Cons: There's no air conditioning, so the windows have to be open. During the day there's a lot of road noise from Highway 1, but that calmed down around 10pm and I was able to sleep well with the windows open all night.

Pros: Staff were friendly upon arrival, locations is good. You have the beach just across the street. There are restaurants around like Mcdonalds, a pizza place, taco bell just a short drive from there. there's a dollar tree in case you need to buy some essentials.
Cons: They need to upgrade those bed comforters, we checked the bed before going to sleep and one of the comforters had a big stain on one corner, not sure what was it but it was disgusting. We had to take them off and used our sleeping bags, good thing we had those. Rooms looked kind of old, but you get for what you pay. For a one night or just passing by it is a good place to stay.
Pros: The gardens and fountains were very nice. There are a couple of areas with outdoor seating. There was a gazebo, barbecue, and fire pit to enjoy. They have a great pet policy and a gated yard for your dog to run in.
The rooms were clean, but had a musty smell. We were in a pet room, so that could explain it.
Cons: The rooms were very small and I found it frustrating to maneuver around the furniture. The plumbing was poor. The sink did not drain properly. When the shower was turned on, half of the water continued to flow through the tub faucet. The toilet clogged and there was no maintenance onsite. Housekeeping missed our room. When we went to the front desk at 4pm we were told housekeeping was gone for the day.
Despite all of this, I would stay there again. It was worth it for the gardens and the dog policy.
Pros: The motel was nice however some of the walls were a little dirty and the shower was awful. The pressure for the shower was weak and the temperature was inconsistent. Despite the above issues, my boyfriend and I were comfortable in the King Bed Room.
Pros: Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, service was food.
Pros: Weather was cool while home was very hot. Even needed a coat one day. Gardens are beautiful. Great place to sit and read a book. Location is good - next to small shopping center with grocery store and restaurant. Easy hop to downtown and not far from Mendocino.
Cons: Pillows were a bit to stiff for me.
Pros: Gardens bbqs Fire pit
Pros: I could see the ocean from my room which was clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The staff was helpful and happy. Breakfast was simple, but free! The gardens were beautiful even in winter. I will return again to see their summer glory!
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cold, but they had fruit.
Situated by the ocean, Surf Motel and Gardens is a great choice for a stay in Fort Bragg. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby scuba diving, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Bonuses like sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all rooms.
Pros: Convenience and location. Cleanliness and the staff.
Cons: Not enough parking when you are full (no vacancy). Key card failed twice while we were their.
Pros: friendly service, accommodating, allowed early checkin. Rooms were relatively sound proof.
Cons: the color of the building
Pros: Check in is at 3:pm, we arrived at 1:pm, the attendant did not hesitate to offer me the room, she said, "let me go look if it is ready", she came back checked us in.Clean room. Friendly people. Nice TV set.
Cons: A/C unit was a bit noisy, but it was OK. Put the do not disturb sing but they went in anyways. Side note. The cafe in the property, staff was great but food was so so.
Cons: They acted put out, the room smelled really bad, there were spiders on the beds, they went into the room with the not disturb sign up, there was no wi-Fi most of the time for me to work and when they went in to the room they turned of the a/c we had turned on so the room would at lest be cool.
Pros: Friendly staff, super close to Glass Beach (walking distance), close to main part of town (3 blocks to North Coast Brewing Co.).
Cons: Old motel, traffic from highway is noticeable, showers no bathtub
Pros: Great Room.Awesome Friendly Staff.Very Clean.
Fort Bragg Travelodge in the Historic Fort Bragg area includes attractions such as California Western Skunk Train and Majestic Redwoods. Guests at the Fort Bragg Travelodge appreciate amenities such as Continental Breakfast and Free Wireless Internet. Fort Bragg Travelodge offers Luxury Accommodations on California's Mendocino Coast. We offer family suites as well as charming single guestrooms with AC/Heater units in all rooms. Sorry No Pets Allowed.
Cons: It was run down and dumpy. First room we were in looked freshly painted, but musty. No phone, no cell service and wifi didn't work. Completely issolated in uncharted territory was a bit frightening. Second room we were in, the bathroom was so tiny I was claustrophobic. You couldn't even dry off without stepping into main room. Wifi somewhat worked but still no cell service and the room phone wouldn't call out. There was also ants everywhere. Bed had a pee pad under the sheets and was gross. The Thai food was disappointing as well. I asked for it to be cooked a little spicy and it was bland and mushy. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Would have rather gotten all my teeth removed then stay ever again
Pros: Our room was nothing special. There was a microwave and a coffee maker (but not creamer of sugar). The beach is just a five minute walk.
Cons: Wi-fi was non-existent. Old TV. Generally a bit on the run-down side.
Pros: I liked that it was set back a bit and not right on the highway. It was quiet and the beach access suburb. Enjoyed a wonderful sunset!
Pros: The location and the private beach were nice. The view of the private beach from the balcony was also nice.
Cons: The rooms are old and not necessarily well maintained. The maid service was awful. We had no maid service on the first day and only partial maid service on the second day. Our coffee pot and cups were not cleaned and the beds were poorly made. The 19" TV worked well but was too small for the room and # of occupants. The wifi and cell service were non-existent in spite of having a wifi name and code.
Pros: This motel needs to be updated. Maintenance is poor. 19" tv, really? I haven't seen one of those since the 70's. Bedding and towels probably from the 70's. The door would not stay closed. Went to breakfast and came back to find the door wide open. No cell service. No wifi.
Cons: Nice parking lot.
Pros: The staff is really nice, the place is near several hiking spots and close to the Fort Bragg downtown. It has a private beach!
Pros: Quiet environment
Cons: Ocean view is kind of misleading
Poor customer service
Misleading room rate
Lights in room very dim
Furnitures and TV are old and outdated
Beds are too soft
Pros: Front staff guy was great.
Lawn and yard area
Cons: A little worn
Tiny bath towels
No extra power outlets
Cons: The lady at the counter was so rude we walked out and didn't stay. Because of our reservation terms we had to pay for a full night still. We had to pay our one night and drove 8 miles north and found a much better hotel for the night. Stay away people.
Pros: It was quiet and we liked the beach just down the hill
Cons: The bathroom very worn
When visiting Fort Bragg, Pine Beach Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the outdoor tennis courts for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Viraporns Thai Cafe, which serves dinner. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: The floors _were not clean. Resturanst war good.
Pros: Quick check in
Pros: For ten dollars less than the Travelodge down the road, we got three beds in two rooms and newer, nicer facilities.
Cons: The wifi didn't work. Boo.
Pros: Loved that it was dog friendly. Staff very helpful, friendly and accomodating. What a wonder town to visit, and the Motel 6 is near everything you want to see and do!
Pros: Great staff! Very helpful. Quiet and pretty clean. Nice pool. Great for the price.
Cons: No fan in bathroom. No breakfast.
Pros: I liked that the place was small and convenient. It was VERY kid friendly. Not the place to stay if your looking for upscale. The restaurant in the parking lot was good too !
Cons: My bed was uncomfortable and felt old and not enough blankets.
Pros: No extra charge for my dog.
Cons: The wifi did not work, the microwave was broken, the tv barely worked, The fire alarm went off at 1am, and the staff, firemen, and police could not turn it off for over an hour. So this building needs long overdue maintainence. Also this is the most expensive motel 6 I have stayed in, in the worst condition.
Motel 6 Fort Bragg CA is located along scenic SR 1, and only minutes to the beach. TW's Grille is on-site. Enjoy our indoor heated pool, fitness center, conference room, microwave and fridge in all guest rooms, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
