It was a small hotel with great location to the beach. The staff was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend the Sun Beach Inn.

The hotel didn't have a pool but other than that it was great.

Decor functional (but dated). Unfortunately our towels were not the cleanest. Air-con & Fridge compressors noisy - especially at night when trying to sleep but everything works.

I was a solo female traveler and found my stay to be very satisfying. The house had many areas to relax in. Very comfortable atmosphere. I would jog in the morning around the safe single-family neighborhood. Management was regularly on site and very helpful. Beach was 11 miles away.

Very private and very tropical. Very good value.

The water was very close. You did have to walk a mile and a half to get anywhere restaurant wise. The beach was a black away.

It was very dark inside. Not clean. Bedsheets had stains on them. You were given two towels that would be washed weekly. Greasy/ rusty can openers. Bathroom was dirty their was dust everywhere on the fake flowers displayed. They had old rusty chairs to use at the beach and broken umbrellas. Nobody was inside to greet us- even though the woman lives on the property. The " breakfast" was three types of cereal.

Close to beach. Good location.

Laid back good place to relax. Beach near with many places to eat and drink. Margaritaville place being built near. Nice clean beaches with personable and helpful employees. Places to rent bikes, skates and many other items. Broadwalk they call it great place to walk without being in the sand.

'Old Florida'. Full of plants and flowers in large, shaded garden, but not 'manicured'. Beds very comfortable, Inn very casual. Wonderful location, just a couple of miles from everything, and walking distance to good, waterfront restaurant.

Liked everything. Will be back for longer stay.

An excellent vegan breakfast (I did not even miss bacon)! Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful outside eating areas with lush flowering gardens. Great to use the plentiful beach gear and bicycles for free! An easy walk to a sparsely populated beach.

There was a 5% charge if you paid with a credit card (this was not published anywhere). The upstairs neighbor had 'heavy feet.'

The cleanliness. It had all the amenities we needed also.

The shower was very claustrophobic.
